YYoYobixiazaiciI arrived quite late, but the front desk service was excellent. They even offered a free room upgrade and asked if I wanted a late-night snack – the fermented glutinous rice balls were absolutely delicious! The bedding was super comfortable, and there was a bathtub. I was traveling with my mom, and the hotel's location is fantastic; it's very close to the White House. Just exit the elevator, turn right, and walk about 200-300 meters, and you're at Exit B of Songhua Road subway station, which is quite convenient. It's also only two stops from Qianling Park. The snacks near Qianling Park are a bit cheaper than those in Huaguoyuan. This hotel has an excellent location; you can book it without hesitation!

GGuest UserWe arrived in the afternoon from the city center, and couldn't figure out how to exit the subway station. After calling the front desk, they advised us that exit A2 was the easiest way. It only took a few minutes to walk to the hotel, which was more convenient than I expected. When we got there, it wasn't too busy, and the staff were friendlier than I anticipated. During check-in, they kindly told us about the hotel's breakfast times. I hadn't considered breakfast when booking, but the front desk staff, Xiao Wang, offered a member-rate breakfast which was quite a good deal, much cheaper than buying it outright – big thumbs up for that! Haha. Plus, there's Guichu Sour Soup Beef right next to the hotel, so we just went there for dinner. The hotel room card gets you a 10% discount, though I felt a group purchase online was still a bit more cost-effective. Oh, and the hotel's airport shuttle needs to be booked in advance; it's not available 24/7. We booked our shuttle for the next day at the front desk when we checked in. It only took a few minutes to get to the airport, which was very convenient. This trip to Guizhou was a great experience; everyone here seems so warm and hospitable. I'd love to visit this city again if I get the chance!

MM497500****This is my second time staying at Manhui Sujia Hotel, and I'm not disappointed. The hotel not only provides free coffee, juice, milk tea, facial masks and eye masks, but also free use of washing machines and dryers. The lounge area at the front desk is also very thoughtful. The hotel also has a homemade guide for reference. It is really friendly for foreign tourists. The sanitation is super clean and tidy, even the dead corners are cleaned very well. The service of the lady at the front desk is super good and super enthusiastic. After sending us to the room, she also introduced us how to use the facilities in the room. It's so thoughtful. I highly recommend it, highly recommend it, and I say it three times because it's important. I will bring my friends with me next time.

The breakfast dishes are not extravagant, but clean and tidy, and the healthy ingredients are the highlights. The service staff in the dining area cleaned up neatly, the hot dishes were all covered with heat preservation, and the tableware code was neatly placed without oil. Choose rice noodles with fried eggs, peanuts are very fragrant, with steamed corn sweet potato coarse grains, watermelon, small tomatoes and other fresh fruits, as well as yogurt, coffee, small snacks, less oil and light, and balanced meat and vegetables. Dining when working on business trips is worry-free, great.

MM432712****The room's environment and hygiene were excellent, and the buffet was also very good. The front desk lady and the manager were very friendly. The room type we initially booked didn't have a window, but after discussing it, they upgraded our room. The room came with noise-canceling earplugs and disposable toilet seat covers, which was very thoughtful. It offers great value for money, and I highly recommend it. The location is also very convenient, close to the provincial hospital, making it easy for medical visits.

Cchrischan1609First: this place is not a Carlton Hotel chain hotel. It is a rip off name. Secondly: it is located on the 8th floor of a commercial tower. As a 3 star rated hotel in china, it's on the high end of the scale inside. as a solo traveller, i am mainly looking at convenience and hygiene. I booked this place for it's proximity to the train station for my early morning flight. Arriving at the station, it took me 40 minutes to find my way to walk over to the hotel, and would have appreciated more information. How to get there: Exit the station at the west plaza, on your right somewhere, you will find a path which leads to an underpass to cross the highway. Walk straight into the basement of the commercial building, turn left and then go up the escalators. Then the hotel's lifts are on the left as you enter the building. The current state of the elevator lobby and the lift is dire. See photos. Cigarette butts, and renovation mess. In the reception, there was a lady in front of me that was haggling the prices of her room. Just so that you get an idea of the place. Once I got into the room, it was fine. Quite a nice area. But there was no Aircon control, it was all centralised, but at least it was cool in Guiyang that night. There was a wet mark on the sofa, see photo. I inspected the room for hygiene, and it was ok, clean towels, clean toilet, clean sheets, pillows didn't smell. The toilet flushes well, and shower room was clean. In fact, apart from the sofa mark and the rug condition, everything was good. I marked down the hygiene mainly from a suspicious wet mark and the state of the lobby/lift. I used the self checkout in the morning to catch my train, since the reception was sleeping under the counter. It takes 10-15 min today walk to the station with luggage, with no rain shelter. Be aware. It is probably better to just book a hotel in a slightly better area and take a cab.

11588500****The overall environment was very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. However, because it was a weekend, some other tourists were drinking and talking very loudly late at night. We were staying on the first floor, and they were making a lot of noise in our vicinity and in the stairwell, causing a disturbance for quite some time. Otherwise, it was fine.

바바보888Just a few minutes' walk to Erqi Road Food Street, where I indulged in Changwang noodles and crispy glutinous rice until I was stuffed! 😂 It's also about a ten-minute walk to Guiyang Station, and the Metro Line 1 is close by, so lugging luggage wasn't a hassle at all. The rooms start at 42㎡, with expansive panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding was just the right firmness, ensuring a really comfortable sleep. The front desk staff were efficient with check-in and even thoughtfully provided a small map of local eateries – excellent attention to detail. This will definitely be my first choice for future business trips to Guiyang.

GGuest UserGreentree Eastern Hotel is the largest airport hotel in Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, located at AC Park. It has four towers. Check-in is at the fourth tower. I thank the receptionist for reserving an aircraft-flying-view room at the third tower. Focal length of an aircraft taking off from Guiyang is 200mm to 400mm above. I choose to stay at Greentree Eastern Hotel because the hotel does not charge room key deposit and it is the newest airport hotel opposite the Guiyang airport Terminal 3. I also want to test plane-spotting at this hotel. Besides, the nearest place to enjoy lunch and dinner is of less than one minute walk from the hotel, also at AC Park, and I get to enjoy extremely cheap Guizhou cuisine. I am very happy that I have selected the right airport hotel. During my vacation at Greentree Eastern Hotel, two incidents happened. Firstly, the receptionist told me that to print my boarding passes, I need to forward the online boarding passes via WeChat for the hotel to print the boarding pass. However, I explained to the receptionists that I have difficulties in using WeChat after registering an account. One of the receptionists helped me forward one boarding pass to his email address and from his email address to the hotel printer on Friday. I got the first online boarding pass in black and white. On Saturday morning, I attempted the same but the other receptionst-on-duty refused to help me. The other incident is at the hotel restaurant Bellagio (鹿港小镇). There is no restaurant staff to take the breakfast vouchers. Therefore, many guests have taken advantage of eating breakfast at the restaurant for free and before 7.30 am, many breakfast items were snapped up. I hope that Greentree Eastern Hotel can provide better printing service and enforce the rule that a restaurant staff should be at the reception desk of the restaurant to collect the breakfast vouchers. Other than the above, I will stay here again for plane-spotting purpose if necessary.
