Hotels near Cathedral Regensburg in Regensburg

The worker at the check in was very intrusive with his questions. Asking why are we checking in when we’re just living in Regensburg, as if we’re not allowed to stay at a hotel just because we live in Regensburg. Told us there was no parking available anywhere in their hotel so we had to find a parking on the streets which was very hard to find. Room was very clean though.

The hotel is located on the edge of the city, quietly located but a slightly downstairs area. There are many free parking facilities before the hotel, but mostly very full in the evening and you will only get a free place for luck. The breakfast is good and sufficient, but mostly no clean tables were available, so we had to contact the staff extra. In the nearby hotel (foot-by-foot 10 minutes), there is a few ways to go to dinner in the evening. In general, for a weekend, it is perfectly enough for the price-performance ratio.

We were very prematurely received and the service was excellent. Better really can't. If we come back to Regensburg, we will definitely come back. Otherwise note : there is a deep garage and other parking facilities, including loading stations for e-cars. A lift is available, seating options (particularly for smokers interesting) in the outer area, everything top clean and stylishly furnished. You can buy another buffet breakfast. Although the location is not very convenient, there are also supermarkets nearby. If you go to the city center for ten minutes, the room is beautiful, the health is very good, and the breakfast is very rich.

The hotel is situated in the outskirts of the city, about 12 minutes drive from the old town. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the area is quite large. Breakfast is also very good, because it is a BW diamond card member, the hotel also waived parking fees. Especially the water flow of the flower sun is very strong, which is very important for bathing.

The hotel is in a great location if, as in our case, you're going to a concert on the piazza. It was also clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn't have any towels in the room. And the booking confirmation looked like breakfast was included, but according to the receptionist, it wasn't. And I hadn't realized that it had been a while since I booked the room. All in all, the stay was really good. Thank you.

The hotel is clean and modern, 15 min walk from the city centre. The electrical grips were not working in our room. The small concern is the parking: paying at €15 a day but our car didn't come back because of our baggage add-on.

Rooms were clean and well maintained, staff friendly and attentive for both hotel and restaurant. They were in the middle of an electrical referb so all the corridors were filled with protective carpeting, hanging wires and workers. Rooms could do with AC, it got warm and humid.

Everything was nice. Stuff was nice, breakfast was nice, the room was very comfortable.

Bed and comforter were quite comfortable for a good night sleep. Air conditioning was fine.  However, if you don’t own a car, the location is not really good; The hotel is located in an industrial area with many trailers and trucks. The nearest bus stop is situated 10 mins away, so I was pretty anxious to walk to and fro between the bus stop and the hotel, especially when it’s dark. (And the bus comes hourly on weekends.) For the room: It would have been better, if a kettle was provided.
