"Had a lovely stay, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We requested a room close to the elevator and they gave us a spacious one just as we asked. The location is fantastic, especially if you're visiting during the Christmas market season; everything is within walking distance. The only downsides were the weak internet connection, so it’s better to have your own data plan if you rely on being online, and bed sheets are only changed upon request. Overall, still a pleasant experience and would recommend for the location, helpful staff and lovely spacious rooms!"

"My children wanted to have chocolate on Easter morning.My kids really wanted it, so I asked a male room cleaner for an Easter rabit chocolate, but I don't know the name. After wait a few minutes and then he got me one. he was so kind and thankful, but I couldn't tip him because i didn't have the cash. Please pass this massage on to him. Thank you very much."

"Excellent hotel, just a 2-minute walk from the metro. You can reach Cologne Cathedral in about 20 minutes on foot. The staff at the hotel are very pleasant, and they even let me check in early. The breakfast was superb, the mattress was great, but I had some issues with the pillows. Also, there were some concerns regarding soundproofing, though it's possible I just had very noisy neighbors."

Environment: The hotel is conveniently located not far from the train station and city center, about a fifteen-minute walk, which makes getting around easy. It's also quiet as it's not directly in the bustling downtown area."

"This stay was a truly fantastic experience, earning a five-star rating! The hotel's location is a real plus. It's right next to the subway station and a few minutes' walk from the shopping district and food court, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. The most surprising thing was the service. The front desk clerk greeted us with a smile throughout, checking us in quickly, and proactively recommended nearby hidden gems and must-try restaurants, even providing tips on avoiding pitfalls. He was incredibly thoughtful. The room exceeded our expectations. It was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The sheets and duvet cover had a subtle fragrance and were wrinkle-free. The bedding was as soft as a cloud, making it impossible to get up. The soundproofing was excellent, so I couldn't hear any outside noise at night, and I slept soundly until I woke up naturally, completely free of fatigue. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, complete with toiletries, and the hot water supply was always available."

"This hotel is very new and well-equipped. It is a very cost-effective hotel in Europe. The transportation is convenient overall, but if you use public transportation, you should be careful when you come back at night. You will pass a very dark park. The nearest supermarket is 14 minutes away on foot. If you need anything, you can buy it when you pass by the supermarket and bring it back to the hotel. Otherwise, you have to go out and walk for a long time."

"The hotel is situated at around 5 minute walk from the Train Station. We arrived the hotel by a late ICE train at night, there is no problem regarding safety or ease of access. The reception is 24 hours manned, and has a self-service drink kiosk which you find rare to be free on European budget hotel chains. Overall lovely staff and big hotel. Note this hotel has only stair access, but to be fair for the price we paid for it is totally acceptable."

"Good central location from which you can quickly reach everything important. Very friendly check-in, which made special room requests and late check-out possible without any problems. Restaurant and bar with a beautiful view. As in other 25 Hours, the concept is implemented in an entertaining way, but the practical aspect is not always the main focus. However, I have never had a lack of space or sleep. I would be happy to come back at the next opportunity."

"Facilities: The hotel is quite old, and the elevator is tiny, full of vintage charm. The main issue was the bathroom: there's no floor drain, so after showering, the whole bathroom was flooded. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was decent. Environment: It's not far from the station and there are plenty of good places to eat nearby, which is convenient. Service: It was alright, nothing special."
