"This was our first time in Frankfurt, and this hotel was quite good. The best part was its excellent location, making it easy to get anywhere. Although many people say the area around the train station can be a bit chaotic and close to the red-light district, advising against going out at night, I personally didn't find it that bad. Just be a little cautious. We could walk or take public transport everywhere we wanted to go and see sights, which saved us a lot of time. I was traveling alone with two elderly relatives this time, and they were very comfortable. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the hotel, especially the staff, who were incredibly friendly. When I mentioned the sink wasn't draining and the kettle had issues, they immediately offered to change my room and ended up giving me a family suite. I really didn't expect them to be so helpful! "Wonderful stay during my 2-week vacationIn Frankfurt in Lumierie hotel I stayed 5 nights Food: The breakfast is excellent! It offers a fantastic selection and is a great way to start the morning. Location & Transit: Unbeatable. It is a simple 10–12 minute walk to the Main Train Station, and the S-Bahn 8 and 9 lines are located directly across the street (a one-minute walk). Amenities: There is no free bottled water inside the rooms, but the front desk customer service counter has refreshing, cold drinking water ready for guests. Nightlife: For evening entertainment, the TFN Sky Bar is close enough to walk to, or you can easily take a short cab ride or the S-Bahn 8/9.The amazing breakfast and convenient transit access made my trip perfect!"

"The location is great because it is right in front of the tourist attraction. However, the room size is a business hotel room size and is compact. Breakfast is simple as expected from a European business hotel."

"The location is fine, next to the train station, there’s a supermarket just next to the hotel. The front desk guy was very helpful, nice and polite. I have already changed the hotel just earlier and I didn’t want to have another kind of conversation about changing room, I was more that 48 hours on the way. The room didn’t have any extra things except for soap and washing gel. I would give this hotel 0 for cleaning, because when I was already in the shower I found black hair and a used razor with lots of hair as well in it. And it was too late to change rooms or complain. The linen maybe wasn’t changed quite a bit, or just wasn’t washed well."

"This hotel is very close to Frankfurt Central Station and has a view of the Main River, though a building in front blocks most of the scenic view. Our first room was very noisy, but after speaking with the front desk, they immediately switched us to another room. The city view from there was also nice, and being on a higher floor was a plus. Housekeeping is on demand; you can scan a QR code to schedule it. Since we were only staying two nights and wanted to be environmentally friendly, we opted out of housekeeping. There's complimentary lemonade downstairs."

"This hotel has been around for a while. I used to stay at another one, but it closed down this year, which is a shame. I arrived in Frankfurt at 1 AM, and it was great to find a direct passage from the main train station to the hotel. You have to ring a bell or use your key card to get in. The room facilities looked quite new and were very good. I also thought the soundproofing was good; it wasn't noisy at all. Breakfast was just okay. It's super close to the bus stop, just around the corner. The location is perfect! I'll be staying here regularly from now on."
