"We booked two Comfort Rooms for our family of four and were happy that the hotel assigned us two rooms right next to each other. That made things much more convenient for us. The rooms themselves were quite small, though. Once we opened a large suitcase, there was barely any floor space left. The bathroom was also on the small side. On the positive side, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and we slept well during our stay. A nice touch was the complimentary minibar, which included a few soft drinks, a bottle of beer, and two small bottles of water (one still and one sparkling). It’s hard for me to judge the location overall, but there is a tram stop nearby. Tram 19 provides easy access to places such as Marienplatz and other parts of the city. We also used Uber to travel to and from Munich Central Station, which cost around €16–20 each way. Breakfast was decent. The highlight was definitely the egg station—the freshly cooked fried eggs were delicious. The bread selection, however, was fairly basic and not particularly exciting. Overall, it was a bit disappointing as we expected more from a 4-star hotel."

The hotel was clean , it had a small refrigerator , in our case touched us the last floor and had no air conditioning but if two fans that helped enough , they were very warm days . "The Holiday Inn Munich City Centre is a popular hotel for local tourists. It has a lot of rooms, and it's super convenient because you can walk directly from the subway station to the hotel through an underground passage, as long as you take the correct exit. This means you don't have to brave the cold outside. The rooms are a typical European size, and the cleanliness is good. The hotel lobby has various facilities, though the convenience store is a bit pricey. However, just outside the hotel's underground passage, you'll find various supermarkets that have everything you could need, which is really handy."

"Super location, very friendly staff. Rooms spacious but difficult lighting (dark), Bathroom had no shower, shower only sitting in the bathtub possible. Bathroom untreated, dirty bed layer on one of the beds. However, would be changed to note immediately."

"The room was not so big, but we just stayed for a night. They have everything you need fridge, fan, shower gel, soup, TV, internet. At the reception nice friendly personal who meets you, check in was very fast, just need to feel up the form. Then they suggested us water and coffee for free. If you’re a bit hungry there are also some snacks. Good location if you travel with FlixBus, the station is 10 min by feet. Highly recommend. And also they have a parking if you you come by car. 15€ per night. Very good price for this hotel. Already in my favourites 👍"

"The room is clean and matches the photos. It is on the smaller side (there were limited space for luggage) but it is perfect for solo travellers or students. The bathroom is bright and clean, but there are issues with the shower, though. The water temperature sometimes fluctuates wildly. The reception staff is friendly. It has been a good stay."

"Overall, everything is fine. The hotel isn't new, but the rooms are clean and cozy. The beds are comfortable, as is the rest of the furniture. There are outlets next to the bed and interesting nightlights that can be directed in any direction. The kitchen has an interesting design, including a folding faucet. It's compact and functional. The ability to leave luggage is also useful."

"Love the comfort in this place. The convenience of moving around and also the distance from Marientplatz and Englischen Garten. The convenience of travelling by train too when off to sightseeing. Nearby bakery and doner shop for food and breakfast is great. Room is clean. accessible by elevator. Comfortable enough for solo travellers. However requested for Non-smoking room but almost every night room smells of cigarettes smoke. Not sure if the smell comes from the ground floor or comes from ventilation of other rooms. Overall stay is comfortable except for the cigarettes smell."
