"An exceptionally comfortable and tastefully furnished apartment on two levels, also suitable for large families. Plenty of space and practical storage for suitcases. Equipped kitchen for quick meals. Excellent windows! Despite traffic noise outside, it's completely quiet inside! Skylights offer a view of the stars! Very friendly and accommodating staff."

"The hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk to Pasing train station, and Pasing Arcaden is also quickly accessible. Unfortunately, the hotel is very noisy, which severely disturbed my sleep as you could literally hear everything from the neighboring rooms. The double bed was made of two single mattresses with a gap in between. On Sunday, room service started cleaning the neighboring rooms and so on as early as 9 AM, making it impossible to sleep in. I didn't get a good night's sleep."

"Stayed 7 nights. Business hotel type. Expect minimum service. Full of people in breakfast room everyday. (One staff was particularly rude. One time, she scolded me for bringing the water bottle to my table because my hands were full and was not capable of pouring water.) There was once breakfast was out of order and was diverted to another one. The order was chaotic. No staff to manage the situation. I also had a day with only half housekeeping work. Hotel acknowledged it was their fault but with no immediate action taken until the next day because housekeeping was already gone. There was also fire alarm event happened during my stay while having breakfast. Everyone of us had to go outside until confirmed safety by professionals. Turned out it was due to someone smoking.

"The hotel's transportation is quite good. Although it's not directly next to Munich Central Station, it's quick and easy to get there by public transport, with a tram stop right outside the hotel. It's also close to the S-Bahn station, which is convenient for getting to the airport. The service was decent, and the facilities were pretty good. I stayed for four days."

"The traffic is particularly convenient, just next to the subway station, two or three minutes walk, there is a big supermarket nearby to shop. The front desk of the hotel is very polite, the health service is very good, and there are safes and refrigerators. The overall price is really high."

"I had the suite room. Comes stocked with one time juice, beer, and soda. Every day you get water and coffee replenished. Sofa bed was comfy as was the double bed. Balcony was relaxing. Ask for a change of towels or room cleaning preferably the night before or when you leave in the morning on your excursion so that your room will be how you want ot when you return to it."

"The transfer station is about a 22-minute drive from the old town. I arrived around 9 PM; there were free parking spaces available. I didn't see any commercial areas near the hotel. The room was large, a little old, but clean. The underfloor heating was very warm. I forgot to take pictures."

The room was a bit small, but it had a separate hallway area with a wardrobe. The bathroom was nice with a good layout. The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. AanmqThis hotel has a very modern design, which is great. The breakfast selection is quite rich. The surroundings of the hotel are very peaceful and green. There's a metro station and light rail station within 500 meters, making public transport convenient. The front desk staff provided prompt service. We booked a room with an extra bed, but when we checked in and got to our room, we found there was no extra bed. Since it was already midnight, the housekeeping staff had gone off duty. To our surprise, the front desk attendant quickly helped us set up the extra bed. LOL.

AAnonymous UserThe room isn't huge, but it's sufficient. The bathroom and bedding were clean. They provided a complimentary bottle of water. However, the mattress dipped in the middle, which wasn't very comfortable.
The location is incredibly convenient, very close to the subway station.
There's a PENNY supermarket just across from the hotel's side entrance.
Breakfast was mediocre. The lids on the hot food containers need repair; they wouldn't stay open. I'm quite tall, and even I had trouble closing them once opened. One day, a lid wouldn't stay open while I was serving myself, and it fell and hit my hand. It broke the skin, and seven days later, I still have a large bruise. (The restaurant supervisor gave me some medicine).
The room had a balcony, which was lovely, but it seemed unused for a long time. The table and chairs were dusty, and there were even cobwebs. I wiped some of it, but stopped because my arm started to hurt. If you're a solo traveler and don't spend much time in the room, I wonder if the hotel has rooms without balconies, which might offer more interior space.

SSC CheersThe hotel room is very comfortable. The bedsheets smell hygiene and good. I love the bathroom with beautiful bathtub 🛀. They provide very comfortable bathrobes by default. Their service is excellent. Can ask for extra still water and standard stuff without charging.
I would definitely wanna book the same hotel if I am in Munich. Location is just next to the main interchange train station with direct ride to Munich Airport.

GGuest UserAt this hotel, I had trouble using the induction hob because I wasn't familiar with its operation. I contacted Trip.com customer service, and even though it was late and I couldn't cook on the first night, they were very proactive in helping me communicate with the hotel staff. The next day, the hotel staff came and tested it, confirming it was working, and even wrote down the operating instructions for us. I'm really grateful to both Trip.com and the hotel staff. This hotel is very close to the subway, and there are shopping malls and supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient. The room is spacious, and we had no problem opening up two 28-inch suitcases. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils and even includes seasonings.

The location is definitely the biggest advantage of the hotel, as it is very conveniently located close to the main train station. The hotel was also flexible and helpful with a few practical things: luggage storage worked without any problems, and getting a second room key was also straightforward.
Unfortunately, the actual hotel standards were less convincing. The room was generally clean, but the cleaning felt rather superficial. There was still some dust and dirt in the corners, including in the bathroom. It wasn’t bad enough to make us uncomfortable, but for a 4-star hotel, we expected a higher level of cleanliness.
One of the biggest issues was that the air conditioning was not working during our stay. We were not informed about this in advance or when checking in. Luckily, there was a thunderstorm during the night, which cooled things down a little. Without that, the lack of air conditioning could have been a significant problem.
The room amenities also felt rather basic. The pillows were far too thin, and the towels in the bathroom felt almost like disposable towels and were not particularly comfortable. Overall, there was a recurring impression that the hotel was providing the bare minimum rather than trying to offer a proper 4-star experience.
The breakfast itself had a reasonable selection and was generally fine. However, the breakfast room was located in the basement and felt quite dark and cramped.
There was also one unpleasant interaction at breakfast. When I arrived, I was asked for my room number and gave it as requested. A few minutes later, a staff member came back and told me that breakfast was not included in my booking. The way this was communicated felt more like an accusation than a simple question or clarification. I was quite sure that I had booked breakfast, and after checking again, she found that it was indeed included. There was no real apology afterwards. This may well have been an isolated incident, but the interaction was still unpleasant and did not improve the overall impression.
Overall, our stay was average to slightly below average. Given the price and the expectations that come with a 4-star hotel, we expected considerably more. The location is really the main highlight.

I was surprised there was a toilet/shower in the dorm room which is very convenient. Everything is clean and modern. There's a kitchen for use or you can also order from the bar (ground floor or rooftop)

walking distance to the train/metro station, there's also a tram stop right in front of the hostel. I get to Marienplatz from hostel within half hour.
Could be improved :
wifi is very weak in the room.
