PPlatondiI liked the location, because it’s close to tram. Supermarket Kaufland is close to the hotel, around 5 minutes walking from hotel.
Unfortunately I was sad because of no-cleaning policy, but since it’s apartments, it’s acceptable.
On 2nd day there was a fire alarm in the whole hotel, so we has to go outside and wait. We couldn’t understand the reason of fire alarm.
The room is small, maximum for 2 people.
Utilities are provided. But you need to buy nespresso capsules for coffee machine.
You can stay in this hotel until 5 days, in my opinion.

RRomstarBoth trip com and the Hilton website mentioned a balcony being included in the room we selected it wascthe main reason we chose tgis hotel over others.
Unfortunately, on arrival, we were informed there are no balconies for any rooms in the hotel.
The room itself was ok. No fridge in the accessible room. I'm uncertain why the difference?
The location is walking distance to PT, the old town, restaurants and supermarkets.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every detail of my stay was taken care of. The amenities were top-notch, adding to the overall comfort and enjoyment of my trip. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Отель расположен в двух минутах ходьбы от Старого города на тихой улочке (надо сказать, что в пределах Старого города транспорт кроме трамваев вообще не ездит), поэтому в отеле тихо. Есть лифт, терраса, тренажерный зал, прохладительные напитки в свободном доступе в лобби для гостей, бутылка воды в номере в качестве приветствия. Персонал нам, по крайней мере, попался приветливый, дали карту города и адреса ресторанов. Недостаток один, и он будет критичен в жаркое время года, - в номере нет кондиционера.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, with a parking lot underground, but the service is a bit average. My colleague told the front desk that he would check out one day in advance, and they agreed. But after checking out, the hotel called to claim the money.

UUlrikeThe hotel is about 4,5 km from Freiburg, but is very good to reach. Has a bus stop right in front of the door. The staff at the reception was very friendly and premature. The breakfast was rich, but was quickly empty by staff shortage and was only then filled again. That was really not so nice although very many tables were laid. The rooms are large, very clean and clean every day. Even a small refrigerator and safe. Since there is no air conditioning, a large ventilator is in the room. It also cooled well, but the noise disturbed during sleep at night. But all in all, we were very satisfied and can still recommend the hotel that came into the years.

GGuest UserWe waren op doorreis en hebben hier overnacht. Een gezellig typisch Duits hotel waar je ook voor vakantie of een weekend prima kunt vertoeven! Mooie omgeving. Ook diverse restaurants en ijssalon op loopafstand. Ik kom hier waarschijnlijk nog een keer terug!

FfcklThe room is quite far from the city center and is very small. It was difficult for two people to open both suitcases. The hallway had a strange smell. Check-in and check-out were very convenient. The front desk staff were friendly. Just remember that bus route 22 to the city center doesn't run on Sundays; you'll have to take a taxi!
