"Great for 1 night and good connection to metro „Hammer Kirche“. Walkable within 7min. Drech connection to Hamburg main station!!! You see that the hostel is a little out-dated, but all on all it’s good for 1 night."

"It was very strange that the key card here uses a red light and multiple beeps to open the room door. Normally, hotels would just have a green light and one beep to enter. Here, you have to wait for the light and beeps to finish flashing before you can enter. At first, I thought the key card wasn't working, so I went to the front desk to ask for a new card or a different room. It was very comfortable, and I appreciated the glow-in-the-dark star stickers on the ceiling. However, there were no tissues provided, and no laundry service."

A Good night sleep in a comfy double bed after a late night sauna on 7th floor after a day of exploring the tourist attractions of Hamburg thanks to the convenient train station 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Friendly staff and a tasty all you can eat, breakfast buffet sets you up for a day of exploring Hamburg Harbour and other tourist attractions. Highly recommended."

"Good neighbourhood, plenty of shops and food. easy connection to city centre. Feel safe when walking alone at early morning to catch the train to airport. Parking at shopping mall, with PCard only €3 per day. no problem assess the car at night or drive out the carpark at Sunday."

"It's not in the city, but not far from the city, about 4 subway stops, with U1 and S1 lines nearby, 300 meters walk away, and it's very convenient to take the subway to download hvv. It takes about 15 minutes to take a taxi to the airport, but the fare is expensive, about 35 euros. The surrounding area should be residential, relatively quiet, with Lidl, REWE, DM and Decathlon nearby, convenient for buying daily necessities, and many restaurants. The hotel is a normal ibis, with spacious rooms and OK services. Toiletries and slippers are not provided, but German hotels should not provide them."

"As a young female who travels solo, I felt very safe staying here. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful and the location is great. Easy access to the S and U bahn (approx a 10 min walk) which will take you into the city centre. The room was clean and spacious. Beds were also really comfortable. I will recommend this to my friends/family when they visit Hamburg."

"Location: Bus stop in front of the hotel. You can reach the central station in half an hour. The hotel is quite clean, though the hotel itself is a bit old. The design of the bedside lamp is very uncomfortable. It’s not on the side but at the back of the bed. You may hurt your head or back if you want to leaning. We don’t have the time to enjoy the sauna or fitness so nothing to share about this."

"No issues with the hotel itself and the service (both are excellent), the only downside is the location. Nothing particularly interesting in the surrounding area and the construction made it tedious to get to but on the plus size, the train is a quick 10 minute walk away."
