The room itself was generally clean and tidy, featuring a refrigerator which was handy for storing purchased fruits and other food items. There's street parking available, and the hotel is very close to the airport. I've stayed here before."

"Super convenient, whether you're heading to the airport or the city center, it's just a three-minute walk to the S-Bahn. Amazingly, there are three decent-sized supermarkets within 100 meters. For food, Arabian BBQ is the main option (and it's delicious), but there's also an Asian buffet nearby that's around €20 for lunch and €30 for dinner. If you're into fitness, TRU Fitness is close by, and a day pass is only €10, which is a great deal. The hotel doesn't have a water dispenser, and you only get one large complimentary bottle of water, but the front desk said the tap water is drinkable. Conclusion: I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hamburg."

"The very friendly service at the reception and the very clean rooms deserve special mention. The location is also good, and the internet connection is even first-class. However, the family room (double bed and bunk bed) lacks a place to store suitcases. Unfortunately, the TV cannot be connected to the internet. Otherwise, as mentioned, we were very satisfied."

"The location is fantastic in my opinion! There are good connections to the subway and commuter rail, and the bus stop is just around the corner. Buses run every 20 minutes. The food at the hotel is good for the price. The reception staff is very friendly. The room was clean, except for the dusty windowsill, hence only 4 stars for cleanliness. I can't comment on breakfast, as we didn't have it. Otherwise, we are very satisfied with the hotel. So, for the price, it's excellent!"

A Good night sleep in a comfy double bed after a late night sauna on 7th floor after a day of exploring the tourist attractions of Hamburg thanks to the convenient train station 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Friendly staff and a tasty all you can eat, breakfast buffet sets you up for a day of exploring Hamburg Harbour and other tourist attractions. Highly recommended."

"Location: Bus stop in front of the hotel. You can reach the central station in half an hour. The hotel is quite clean, though the hotel itself is a bit old. The design of the bedside lamp is very uncomfortable. It’s not on the side but at the back of the bed. You may hurt your head or back if you want to leaning. We don’t have the time to enjoy the sauna or fitness so nothing to share about this."

"Everything was perfect, but one thing that could improve. I stayed in the room which exactly on the side of the access door to the rooms area. It was a little noisy, as you could hear when the door is opening and closing."

"Good neighbourhood, plenty of shops and food. easy connection to city centre. Feel safe when walking alone at early morning to catch the train to airport. Parking at shopping mall, with PCard only €3 per day. no problem assess the car at night or drive out the carpark at Sunday."
