"pod was clean and decently comfy, yes the mattress is abit thin but it was still alright! noise level was minimum apart from the guy in the pod below snoring one night.. but if you are a light sleeper hostels arent for you anyways! toilets were amazing, i loved that there was a combined toilet+shower which felt very private 🙏🏻 mirror in the pod was really useful too. would 100% go back 👍🏻"

"The hotel's decor and facilities feel a bit dated, giving it the vibe of an old local establishment. The room was very spacious, more than enough for two people, and the bathroom was also large, though the sink was quite high – perhaps for taller Europeans. There's complimentary water in the room, but it's only replenished when the room is serviced. You need to hang the 'Please Clean' sign on the door if you want housekeeping. We stayed for 4 nights and our room was only cleaned twice, providing only two bottles of water, as we didn't realize we had to hang the sign for cleaning. The hotel has convenient parking for 30 Euros/day. The front desk service was excellent, very warm and attentive, and communication in English was easy. The hotel's location is superb, with an Asian supermarket, Chinese restaurants, local eateries, and Italian restaurants nearby, along with many shopping malls and a 24-hour McDonald's. There was also a Christmas market. It's not far from attractions; a 9.5 km walk will get you to the TV Tower, Museum Island, etc. Driving is also an option, but parking near the attractions is difficult. Overall, I'm very satisfied!"

"I want to hear the truth and look down. The location is really good, 128 bus directly from the airport can point to the hotel. Not far from connecting the subway in all directions. Breakfast is indeed good. But still advise you not to live, haha 1. The whole hotel did not have air conditioning in the summer, I experienced the window in the house is broken, can not open, but the front desk smiled to tell you that no room can let you change, you can only endure 30 degrees, then change for you tomorrow, love you! 2. The Berlin Airport is not far from the city, and the hotel is not far from the airport, so if you don't want to sleep, you can count up and down every tenth of the plane. Anyway, when you see the plane, the others in the room are not very clear about you. 3. Under the hotel is a nightclub. If your room is close, then you can fall asleep at 4 in the morning. Of course, you don't care! If you ask me if European tourists are not living well? Haha, I tell you that their lifestyle is different from us, so they can bear it. "The hotel is very comfortable and has a free breakfast, but it is too expensive for what was 21€pp. The location is far away, free parking in the area and the tram+tren combination to go to the center in 45min. It may be too far away and located in the opposite direction of all the interesting of the city, but it is for a stick."

"I recently stayed at the BB Hotel Berlin City Ost and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, exceptionally clean, and offers great value for money. The room was comfortable and quiet, ensuring a perfect night's sleep after a day of exploring Berlin. Its location is a major plus, with excellent public transport links making it easy to get anywhere in the city."

"The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early and leave our luggage after check-out. The hotel's location isn't ideal; it's close to nice, well-known shopping areas, but in our opinion, it's far from historical sites and attractions. Walking was difficult, so we constantly had to buy tickets for public transport. If you don't want to buy public transport tickets all the time, you might want to look for a more central location. The hotel is rated 4 stars, but I'd say it's more like somewhere between a 3 and 4-star property."

"Repeat stay whenever I am in Berlin for work. Great location - supermarket, eateries for all budgets, and lux mall all just a short walk away. Broken church is 10min away on foot, bus 100 and subway station close by too. Room is clean and practical, albeit small, and breakfast spread is quite generous."

"Excellent hotel in a prime city center location with convenient paid parking right downstairs. It's very close to Museum Island, within walking distance. The rooms are beautifully decorated and modern. The breakfast is quite substantial for European standards, and they even have robots to deliver items to your room. Great value for money!"

"I found all the staff at the hotel to be very friendly. The check-in service was excellent. I was asked about my room preference, which was accommodated. Furthermore, the room was already pleasantly pre-cooled when I arrived, which was great given the summer heat outside. The air conditioning also managed to keep the room perfectly cool on subsequent days, even with temperatures over 38 degrees Celsius. So, it didn't really matter that one of the bath towels was a bit worn out and had two holes :-)"

"The hotel is really good if ur looking forward to do trips throughout the days. Pretty much every location is accessible very good with the nearby underground. The hotel itself is nice looking and clean, it seems expensive. The rooms are good! Big bathroom, enough space and storage room! Our personal highlight was the working minifridge!! Even though the view isn’t special, from our room you could only see the building and its garden nextdoor."
