"This is my second time staying at the Hanover Intercity Hotel. Last time, the room on the 3rd floor was fully equipped, but this time, the room on the 1st floor had no kettle, no coffee maker, no refrigerator, and the glass door to the shower had no sealing strip, causing water to overflow and flood the bathroom floor (making it easy to slip). Water had even started flowing into the bedroom. Why did these things happen...? The room was terrible, and at midnight, the hotel promptly changed our room at our request. The hotel's description did not match reality!"

"Easy check-in, friendly staff, clean rooms and very accessible. Very modern as well. I do wonder though how secure the mobile keys are. Everone with your first name and room number can enter your room’s door via the online site."

"Less than 15 min walk to city centre in snow. Room was nice and warm with the cold outside. Could fill up my thermosflask with hot water in the breakfast area for free. Was a bit disappointed that you could only stream to big television with Apple-devices. Would have been great to watch a movie on that screen warm and cozy in bed."

"Nice and clean at a good price. The room was sufficient for a family staying one night. Bed and toilet door needed to be tightend as they were very noisy an vending machine gave the wrong product but staff was not helpful. I think the ”service-lack” was due to understaffing. Looked like 1 guy had to take care of both breakfast and reception and we saw nobody in reception from morning and until we left at 12."

"The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Hanover Central Station, which is super convenient for getting around. The breakfast area is spacious and the food is decent. The room isn't luxurious, but it's clean, tidy, and very quiet. It's great value for money and I'd recommend it."

"The traditional room facilities are older, but very clean. The provision of disposable slippers is a bit unexpected. The location is great, just opposite the train station. Maybe not in summer. There is no air conditioning, and European hotels generally don’t need much service."

"The room is quite big for Germany, clean, sanitary and comfortable. It is also close to the train station and can be reached on foot. The transportation location is good, not far from the airport. The hotel has simple meals and the pizza tastes good."

"Hotel is new and looks good. Nice bed and good pressure on taps. Food wise the buffet for breakfast was nice. Just one issue please add German sausages to breakfast."
