"Very disappointing experience. We arrived at the hotel at around 12:45 with our family and an exhausted child and asked whether it might be possible to access our room a little earlier if it was available. We fully understand that the official check-in time is 3:00 PM. However, the hotel knew that we had been sitting in the lobby waiting for almost two hours with a very tired child, yet no effort seemed to be made to prioritise our room or find any solution for us. What made the situation particularly disappointing was the complete lack of flexibility or consideration. We were not demanding something unreasonable; we were simply asking whether, given the circumstances, the room could be made available slightly earlier. We were also going to check out very early in the morning, meaning that we would not even benefit from the official check-out time until 12:00 noon. For a hotel of this standard, I expected a much more welcoming and customer-oriented approach. Small gestures and a little flexibility can make a significant difference to a guest’s experience, particularly for a family travelling with a tired child. Unfortunately, the way the situation was handled left us feeling that there was very little interest in helping us or making our arrival more comfortable. On top of that the room wasn't fully clean. "The hotel was cleaned very clean, the soundproofing was done well, and there was no noise when I caught up with the marathon. I also arranged to check in at noon in advance. The service is very good. It is generally at the front desk. There are two staff members who may check in or ask for a while. Check out and put the card directly in the front desk box. It is very convenient. It is quite close to Alexandria Square. There is a convenience store in the station to buy water. The hotel does not provide free drinking water. The location is more convenient. The bus to the east gallery has to go far. The traffic to other attractions is very fast. There is no need to transfer to the airport. There are a lot of food nearby, there are several Asian restaurants within ten minutes of walking, and there are more cafes. The only McDonald's that needs to avoid lightning in Alexandria Square, the choice is very expensive and unpalatable, no seats must be taken away, don't step on this McDonald's pit 🕳️"

"I booked this for a three night stay in Berlin and had a lovely time. The room was dated, but clean, and the beds were very comfy. One issue we did have is that we were given an adjoining room that was locked from the other side. It was explained to us that only the hotel staff could open it, but it did feel strange until they explained. We didn't have breakfast but the restaurant looked nice. The best part was the location, it was a great place and we could walk to most attractions or get the u-bahn from right outside! I would definitely stay again."

"Excellent location! Central yet quiet. The staff is wonderful, very friendly. The room is compact. The beds are comfortable. The plumbing is in good condition. The room has a refrigerator and a safe. Cleaning is done every other day. Minor imperfections in the interior can be forgiven because of the location."

"we arrived late, we booked room with balcony but was given none and we were told it is afrench balcony even if in our booking description it is balcony and not french balcony. we complained and was transferred to the one with real balcony. it could have been avoided have they properly assigned a right room category. brekafast was ok more like turkish breakfast."

"I just wanted to drop off my luggage before check-in and use the restroom quickly, but the staff kindly directed me to the lounge to take my time. They were so friendly! "Premier Inn Berlin is a solid price-performance hotel in a very convenient location, just next to Alexanderplatz. The rooms are somewhat small, but clean, functional and comfortable enough for a short city stay. Public transportation access is also very easy from the hotel. The only downside was that some of the lobby staff seemed a bit weak in customer communication and not particularly welcoming."

"The hotel's decor and facilities feel a bit dated, giving it the vibe of an old local establishment. The room was very spacious, more than enough for two people, and the bathroom was also large, though the sink was quite high – perhaps for taller Europeans. There's complimentary water in the room, but it's only replenished when the room is serviced. You need to hang the 'Please Clean' sign on the door if you want housekeeping. We stayed for 4 nights and our room was only cleaned twice, providing only two bottles of water, as we didn't realize we had to hang the sign for cleaning. The hotel has convenient parking for 30 Euros/day. The front desk service was excellent, very warm and attentive, and communication in English was easy. The hotel's location is superb, with an Asian supermarket, Chinese restaurants, local eateries, and Italian restaurants nearby, along with many shopping malls and a 24-hour McDonald's. There was also a Christmas market. It's not far from attractions; a 9.5 km walk will get you to the TV Tower, Museum Island, etc. Driving is also an option, but parking near the attractions is difficult. Overall, I'm very satisfied!"
