Always nice to stay. Just a few steps from the city center and the harbor. The breakfast is a dream and you should not skip it. And you also should book a room with harbor view.

Excellent attention, we arrived early to keep our bags, but as there was room availability they delivered us the room before check-in.

The hotel is in a good location, in the center of the old city, the visitor center is out, the old square, and it is convenient to eat. Convenient to visit the attractions. Staff service is very good. After getting off the cruise, because I went to France to play, I provided free luggage storage before check-in, like it. It is a quiet and beautiful four-star hotel. In the suburbs, you need to take three bus stops from the city! About 15 minutes! There is a forest behind the hotel, and the air is fresh and beautiful! The only downside is that the curtains on the windows of the street are only halfway. They can't completely cover the windows, and the privacy is not enough! I don't understand what the Germans think, after the replacement of the room, the front desk helped upgrade to the room facing the woods, there are roller blinds covering the windows, free upgraded rooms, the front desk guys are particularly warm and friendly 😊, impressive!

check-in has to be exactly at 15:00 and we were there 10 minutes before 15:00 they still didn't let us check-in early (which doesn't makes sense since so many hotels allowed early check-in if the room is ready) so why bother let the guests wait longer outside? and the housekeeping didn't knock our door at all in the morning and just came in our room while we were asleep. also no fridge whatsoever to store cold drinks

The hotel is centrally located at the city port tram station and is clean and maintained. Unfortunately, the staff always appeared to be revised. In the registration area, many people are always looking for something from the reception, that would not be the case if you were to work it quickly. There are digital terminals, but they are not used by anyone because they probably do not meet the customer's wishes and needs. Our room was in the third floor in the outer corner and was very small, we had no effort to stick over our own bag. A family with several children nearby, we realized it immediately at 5 a.m., then it was soundly shouted by the thin walls. I don't know why we were done this illness. In fact, we wanted to try the hotel chain, but it was unfortunately unable to convince. Breakfast is charged extra with €13.90 per person, we find it very expensive, since we went next to one of these supermarkets and picked us up a sweet particle and coffee from the machine, since I was with €1.50 per person with. As the buffet is, I cannot say, but it is clear that it was quite noisy and uncomfortable there, you could not really have been able to have breakfast in peace. Comprehensible, the family probably sat back there and has noisy told everyone how present they can be. For one night we find this hotel perfectly suitable, but more not. The hotel is simply clean, located at the park behind the Baltic Sea Stadium. The two stars at the service have the really (no irony!) friendly older gentleman in late and also the delightful night service in the roll. The young lady is recommended to go to the day service a profession where she does not have to/shall/shall be able to handle with customers.

Perfect location, right next to Rostock train station, but unfortunately this meant a lot of noise at night with the window open, as there was no air conditioning. Otherwise the room was OK. Free water as a welcome and a small fridge for personal use. 👍 Didn't have breakfast because there is a bakery right next to the hotel with breakfast options. 😋😉. Service was good at reception. On the downside, you have to pay the bed tax three times even though you're only there for two nights. 😞 The city is within walking distance and worth seeing

Equipment simply but senseful and clean. Community baths have fallen out of time and ensure noise in the night. Price/performance is not given, construction noise, breakfast is not included.
