"Very chic, relatively new, and modern hotel with a perfect location right in the center of Munich Pasing, just a 5-minute walk to the train station. Although the room was relatively small, it was very clean and well-insulated against noise from both outside and inside. I'd happily come back again!"
"🚗 Fantastic Stay with Amazing Free Parking and Wonderful Staff! 🚗
If you are looking for a comfortable, stress-free place to stay in Munich—especially if you are traveling by car—Hotel Blutenburg is an excellent choice. I had a wonderful experience here and would definitely recommend it to fellow travelers.
🛏️ Pretty Nice and Clean Rooms
The rooms here are pretty nice, very cozy, and kept spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring Munich. The overall vibe of the hotel is very peaceful and traditional, making it a relaxing home base.
A Quick Tip on the AC: It is important to note that the rooms do not have air conditioning. However, this didn't ruin my stay at all! They provide fans in the room, and because the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful, you can easily leave the windows open at night to let in a lovely, cool breeze without being disturbed by city noise.
🤝 Exceptionally Nice and Welcoming Staff
The hospitality here is top-notch. The staff members are really, really nice, genuinely welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel incredibly comfortable. They are happy to give you local tips, recommend nearby bakeries for breakfast, and help you navigate the local transport. It truly feels like a warm, family-run business.
🅿️ Amazing Free Parking!
One of the absolute highlights of this hotel is the free parking. Anyone who has traveled to Munich knows that finding parking can be a total nightmare and incredibly expensive. Having free, secure parking right at the hotel is an absolute game-changer and saved me so much money and stress!"
"Clean and well-maintained with good facilities, though the room was a bit small. It's a bit far from the city center, but the tram access is convenient enough. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. My only concern was that they didn't provide a tag when storing my luggage, which felt a bit insecure."
"Perfect!! Highly recommend!! I’m glad that I cancelled another hotel and booked this one for my stay in Munich! Super friendly staff (all of them! Helped me a lot) nice room spacious for one person, kettle, coffee water provided. Diverse breakfast buffet with good price. Super close to train station to go to the center within 2-3 stops. A review can’t describe all how happy I was with my short stay here! Ah, they also provided hot lemon ginger water in the foyer, appreciate it in the freezing winter days"
"The room was clean and tidy. I liked his hand sanitizer and moisturizer the most. The taste was the best I had ever used! But the room did not have a phone and did not provide slippers. I had to go to the front desk to say anything. Breakfast is not bad"
"My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was excellent value for money, especially considering its location and convenience.
First off, the hotel is very close to Donnersbergerbrücke station. You can walk through the courtyard and up a passage to the bridge, and you'll be at the station in just three minutes. Alternatively, there's a path next to the road that takes you down to the platform from the overpass, though it's a bit further.
There's also the Trappentreustraße tram stop right on the main road. Using any of these options, it's only three stops to Munich Central Station, taking less than five minutes.
Getting to the Old Town is also incredibly convenient, taking no more than eight minutes.
Right across the street, you'll find Edeka, Dm, and Lidl supermarkets, and there are some fantastic Bavarian restaurants nearby. While the hotel breakfast selection wasn't huge, being able to make my own waffles and enjoy some fruit made for a very pleasant experience.
The bartender was incredibly friendly and even recommended some authentic Munich beers for me to try.
Front desk service was also very friendly, and the room was spotless. As for the bathroom, as long as you don't pull the showerhead up too high, you won't spray water all over the place.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers visiting Munich on a budget."
"The hotel's location is super convenient, situated at the intersection of two subway lines. One line goes directly to the airport (though it seems to be under maintenance recently), and the other, along with a bus route, provides direct access to the city center, including the train station and attractions like the BMW Museum, Munich Residenz, and Marienplatz.
The breakfast was delicious, and the service was incredibly warm and welcoming, exceeding our expectations for a travel accommodation experience. If I ever come back to Munich, I'll definitely choose to stay here again!"
"The location is perfect: the train station is right next to the hotel, and the main train station and airport are easily and regularly accessible.
The bed was very good, especially the firm mattress. However, the pillows were too soft and not filled enough. The Wi-Fi in the room was excellent. The room cleaning every three days was perfectly acceptable to me.
Disadvantages: No slippers, no refrigerator. The hairdryer made strange noises, the heating was very loud, the walls were a bit stained, and the ceiling was a little too short for someone who is 1.70 m tall.
Conclusion: Despite these minor drawbacks, I would definitely book here again, especially because of the location!"
"I have been a customer to the A&O HOSTELS LIAM AND HACKABURKE Munich Germany 🇩🇪for almost a two years now and me booking with 'Trip.com is one of most easiest ways and affordable cost I have ever booked at A&O I encourage all economic travelers to do business with ”Trip.com” for better affordability and a good customer service."

Great
LLouise7052The overall stay experience was excellent. The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and efficient during both check-in and check-out. Requests were handled promptly and with great hospitality.
The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Facilities were in good condition and provided a pleasant environment for guests.
Breakfast and dining options were fresh, well-organized, and offered a good variety of choices. Replenishment was timely and the dining area was clean and comfortable.
Great value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.
GGuest UserWhile your hotel facilities are acceptable, the operational failures and hostile staff conduct during my recent stay were entirely unacceptable.
My room was located excessively far from the lobby, which amplified a serious safety hazard: the in-room telephone was completely broken. When I discovered the television was also unusable (stating the room was ”not checked in”), housekeeping dismissed me, forcing me to walk all the way to reception just to report your own technical failures.
Worse, I experienced an emergency when my phone died without a universal adapter. Instead of helping me during an urgent situation, your staff predatorily refused to assist unless I purchased an overpriced adapter from the hotel. To top it all off, the reception staff were cold and dismissive. Their complete lack of basic courtesy and welcoming demeanor went beyond poor customer service. it felt distinctly like racial bias.
A broken room phone is a safety violation, but your staff’s total lack of empathy during an emergency is a failure of management. I expect a formal response regarding how you plan to address these room defects and the deeply problematic behavior of your front desk team.
GGuest UserA hotel with a good location and a fashionable feeling in front of the station. It was good to have a sauna that can even take an outside air bath on the terrace. I happened to be able to stay at a cheap price, so I'm satisfied, but I think it's a little expensive at a normal price ... Well, Germany itself is expensive, so it can't be helped.
GGuest UserThe location was fantastic, very close to the station and within easy reach of the city center. The neighborhood felt very safe, which was a big plus. It was also great to have a supermarket and a coin laundry within walking distance.
The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. When the hairdryer in the room wasn't working, I went to the front desk and they immediately lent me a spare, which I thought was excellent service.
AAnonymous UserNear to main station, exit from nord exit for a shorter walk. Also a few steps away from the metro station. There is a tram at the door, which is convenient.
We were given a corner room with king size bed. The room layout was however awkward, with very little walking space and space for luggage. The toilet was also very small. The mini bar (with coffee machine) was placed in a cabinet, without lighting, which was quite odd. The wifi in this room was not good, could only get signals near the toilet. We had a second room on the other side of the corridor, and the wifi worked well.
As the room is near the tram, it was not quiet at night. You could consider the same hotel on the other street for a quieter room (which we also stayed before).
However, service was good and we appreciated the amenities in the room. It was a good night sleep.
GGuest UserHotel teams are very kind and ready to respond to your requests.
Food is perfect and delicious.
Hotel is quite new and clean.
Location is a bit far from Munich center but it is very convenient for traveling. Also, very clean and safe area.
Hotel is far from train station just 1-2 min walk.
MMinachi-This hotel is super close, only about a 5-minute walk from Munich Central Station. The hotel itself is a bit older, but it's very well-maintained and clean. For a Japanese person, the room felt incredibly spacious and comfortable.
TTravel itinerary 1Let's start with the spa - an oasis of relaxation and rejuvenation. From the moment I stepped into the tranquil haven of the Vier Jahreszeiten Spa, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of serenity and well-being. The spa facilities are impeccable, featuring a range of treatments and therapies that cater to every guest's needs. The expert therapists displayed a deep understanding of their craft, ensuring a customized and revitalizing experience. After indulging in one of their signature massages, I felt completely refreshed and invigorated. The spa's attention to detail and commitment to providing a sanctuary of calmness was truly impressive.
As for the location, Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski is a true gem in the heart of Munich. Situated on the prestigious Maximilianstrasse, it offers an ideal home base for exploring the vibrant city. From the hotel, you can easily reach Munich's iconic attractions, designer boutiques, and renowned dining establishments. The convenience of being able to stroll through the historic city center or simply step outside to admire the beauty of Maximilianstrasse made my stay even more enjoyable. It's a testament to the hotel's commitment to offering guests the best of Munich right at their doorstep.
The overall experience at Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski was nothing short of exceptional. The luxurious accommodations, attentive staff, and attention to detail throughout the property were all factors that contributed to a memorable stay. The blend of classic elegance and modern amenities created an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere, which I found to be both comfortable and inspiring.
In conclusion, Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski Munich is a top-tier hotel that truly understands the art of hospitality. The remarkable spa and the unbeatable location in the heart of Munich set it apart as a destination that caters to travelers seeking a perfect balance of relaxation and exploration. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to experience the best of Munich in a luxurious and welcoming setting.
\\O_O/Given the comments I read from other travellers, the hotel actually has far exceeded my expectation. First of all, there is a U-bahn station right next to the hotel, which takes you only 2 minutes to the central station. The room is spacious, clean and air-conditioned, which is rather rare among other hotels in Germany. It also comes with a large window, which makes the entire room bright and cosy. The front-desk service is 24 hours. The staff are all friendly and helpful.
GGuest UserAt this hotel, I had trouble using the induction hob because I wasn't familiar with its operation. I contacted Trip.com customer service, and even though it was late and I couldn't cook on the first night, they were very proactive in helping me communicate with the hotel staff. The next day, the hotel staff came and tested it, confirming it was working, and even wrote down the operating instructions for us. I'm really grateful to both Trip.com and the hotel staff. This hotel is very close to the subway, and there are shopping malls and supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient. The room is spacious, and we had no problem opening up two 28-inch suitcases. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils and even includes seasonings.
