The staff members are really, really nice, genuinely welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel incredibly comfortable. One of the absolute highlights of this hotel is the free parking. Anyone who has traveled to Munich knows that finding parking can be a total nightmare and incredibly expensive. Having free, secure parking right at the hotel is an absolute game-changer and saved me so much money and stress!"

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. My only concern was that they didn't provide a tag when storing my luggage, which felt a bit insecure."

"The room was clean and tidy. I liked his hand sanitizer and moisturizer the most. The taste was the best I had ever used! But the room did not have a phone and did not provide slippers. I had to go to the front desk to say anything. Breakfast is not bad"

"My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was excellent value for money, especially considering its location and convenience. First off, the hotel is very close to Donnersbergerbrücke station. You can walk through the courtyard and up a passage to the bridge, and you'll be at the station in just three minutes. Alternatively, there's a path next to the road that takes you down to the platform from the overpass, though it's a bit further. There's also the Trappentreustraße tram stop right on the main road. Using any of these options, it's only three stops to Munich Central Station, taking less than five minutes. Getting to the Old Town is also incredibly convenient, taking no more than eight minutes. Right across the street, you'll find Edeka, Dm, and Lidl supermarkets, and there are some fantastic Bavarian restaurants nearby. While the hotel breakfast selection wasn't huge, being able to make my own waffles and enjoy some fruit made for a very pleasant experience. The bartender was incredibly friendly and even recommended some authentic Munich beers for me to try. Front desk service was also very friendly, and the room was spotless. As for the bathroom, as long as you don't pull the showerhead up too high, you won't spray water all over the place. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers visiting Munich on a budget."

"The hotel's location is super convenient, situated at the intersection of two subway lines. One line goes directly to the airport (though it seems to be under maintenance recently), and the other, along with a bus route, provides direct access to the city center, including the train station and attractions like the BMW Museum, Munich Residenz, and Marienplatz. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was incredibly warm and welcoming, exceeding our expectations for a travel accommodation experience. If I ever come back to Munich, I'll definitely choose to stay here again!"

"The location is perfect: the train station is right next to the hotel, and the main train station and airport are easily and regularly accessible. The bed was very good, especially the firm mattress. However, the pillows were too soft and not filled enough. The Wi-Fi in the room was excellent. The room cleaning every three days was perfectly acceptable to me. Disadvantages: No slippers, no refrigerator. The hairdryer made strange noises, the heating was very loud, the walls were a bit stained, and the ceiling was a little too short for someone who is 1.70 m tall. Conclusion: Despite these minor drawbacks, I would definitely book here again, especially because of the location!"
