"The hotel is in East Berlin. It seems to have been renovated by a factory building. The housing space is not large, but it is adequate, clean and cost-effective. There is an Asian supermarket next to it. It is run by Vietnamese. The pure ribs only cost 5 euros per kilogram. There is a bus in front of the hotel. Car M8 can go directly to the railway station. It is very convenient for us to go from Berlin to Frankfurt. Simple accommodation is quite satisfactory."

"Very disappointing experience. We arrived at the hotel at around 12:45 with our family and an exhausted child and asked whether it might be possible to access our room a little earlier if it was available. We fully understand that the official check-in time is 3:00 PM. However, the hotel knew that we had been sitting in the lobby waiting for almost two hours with a very tired child, yet no effort seemed to be made to prioritise our room or find any solution for us. What made the situation particularly disappointing was the complete lack of flexibility or consideration. We were not demanding something unreasonable; we were simply asking whether, given the circumstances, the room could be made available slightly earlier. We were also going to check out very early in the morning, meaning that we would not even benefit from the official check-out time until 12:00 noon. For a hotel of this standard, I expected a much more welcoming and customer-oriented approach. Small gestures and a little flexibility can make a significant difference to a guest’s experience, particularly for a family travelling with a tired child. Unfortunately, the way the situation was handled left us feeling that there was very little interest in helping us or making our arrival more comfortable. On top of that the room wasn't fully clean. "It was easy to access from tram station, nice staffs. We have to use stairs from 7 to 8 floor, it can be hard. Guest kitchen was honestly messy and not clean, but it is the hostel. There was hair dryer, shower, there were everything that I needed. It was good staying."

"The hotel room was very spacious. Even though I booked a twin room, they actually gave me three single beds. The hotel breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious. It's also very convenient with a tram stop nearby."

"It is very comfortable hotel. The room was not so much expensive, but the staff was really kind and amiable — they answered all my questions and explained everything about my stay in details. Despite the fact that rooms had no personal bathroom, it haven’t caused me much inconvenience. Toilet room was clean, showers too. There were no queues for using them. Personal sink in room was really convenient to use. Bed in room was clean and warm, I liked the view from the window of the quiet street. Thanks a lot, I hope I will be able to visit Berlin and stay in this hotel again!"

"Location of hotel is excellent for visiting Berlin attractions as the U Bahn is outside the hotel. The hotel itself is friendly, clean, lots of amenities & free water/tea/coffee/fruits/pretzels & cookies available from the rooftop lounge. The shower deserves a special mention as it is big & very powerful. The rooms are ample with a large comfortable bed. The sauna and fitness space was a great addition to the hotel and made the stay very relaxing."

"Had a great stay here! The room is spacious, clean and modern with all the comforts you need. There is luggage lockers, laundry and common area on the ground floor making it suitable for all types of travellers. The building is very secure and has an inviting vibe from the moment you walk in. I would recommend completing the guest information via the Hotel Bird app before you arrive to ensure check in is easy. The hotel emails you a great information pack on the first day about using the amenities which is really helpful. It is close to the train station, eateries, supermarket and pharmacy so you have access to everything you may need. However, if you are looking for nightlife in Berlin this is not the right area to stay as there is not a lot going on. The only two pieces of feedback would be the comforters felt a little dusty and there was some dust under the bed as well. The english instructions to use the laundry could be clearer."

"I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and highly recommend it. The room was nice and modern with thoughtful extra touches. Service was excellent, always friendly and helpful. They handled special requests efficiently and gracefully, making the extra effort with a smile on several occasions. Only ate breakfast but the coffee was excellent and the breakfast was really nice with waited service with some healthy options. The neighborhood was charming, felt very safe and had some nice local restaurants to choose from. "
