"I stayed at ibis Hotel Quito for a three nights and really enjoyed my time there. The hotel is clean, modern, and in a super convenient location — close to restaurants, shops, and easy access to main attractions around the city. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions or give local tips. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed — comfy bed, good Wi-Fi, and hot shower (which I really appreciated after a long day out!). Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, and the coffee was great too. The hotel also felt very safe, which made my stay even more relaxing. Overall, it was a great experience — simple, comfortable, and excellent value for money. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Quito"

"The room was neat and clean. It is the unprovoked design of a mirror in the middle of the two wardrobes, and I can't cover it. The TV is not good-looking and the function is a bit problematic. Breakfast, it can be said to be very ordinary. The restaurant production can be said to be quite general and very salty. But the scenery here is really first class, nothing to say. Still recommend this hotel. Service attitude is also very good."

"good surroundings, taxi station across the street but 20 min walk form metro station, a lot of dining places around and a big commercila mall wothin 10 minutes walking, room equipment is OK."

"Very good hotel, the service is very careful, learned that we are from China, specially wrote a welcome letter in Chinese, including Quito restaurants, specialty shops and other messages. In addition, don't worry about the hotel in the pedestrian area. The pedestrian area can pass the car at night. We land at 1 am and take a taxi directly to the hotel entrance. You can also call the pick-up and drop-off service through the hotel."

That said, the view from the upper floors is fantastic and definitely a highlight of the stay. Additionally, the breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety and tasty options. "Choosing this hotel for my business trip to Quito was a fantastic decision! The hotel environment truly lives up to its reputation as a garden hotel. The front desk service was excellent and efficient, the restaurant food was superb, the breakfast buffet was plentiful, and there was even a gym. The hotel is located in a safe area near a large park in the city center, where you can also exercise and take walks. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again next time I have the opportunity to visit Quito. Very satisfied! 👍"
