Overall, I'm very satisfied! The service was excellent, and every staff member was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The snorkeling in the hotel's marine area was absolutely stunning, with much more beautiful coral than other hotels I've seen. The food wasn't particularly outstanding, but I get the impression that's just the general dining standard in Egypt, so don't expect too much. The price was reasonable too. Highly recommended!

Zayn_CaAbsolutely outstanding stay at White Hills Resort in Sharm El Sheikh. Honestly, this is one of the very few hotels I’ve ever stayed at where I genuinely did not want to leave.
Everything was exceptional, spotless cleanliness, incredible attention to hygiene, amazing food, entertainment, and an atmosphere that made the hotel itself feel more enjoyable than going out. Every time I left the resort, I found myself wanting to come back because the experience inside was simply on another level.
What impressed me most was the leadership and responsiveness. I had one small concern, which I communicated, and I saw real change in less than 24 hours. That level of professionalism says everything.
A special thank you to the reception manager, the room service manager Waleed who went above and beyond to help my fix my luggage bag zipper so I can continue my trip smoothly, Yusuf from the evening service team (who welcomed me with such genuine kindness and warmth), and Nader by the pool an absolute star. Every morning, if he saw me on the balcony, he would greet me with a warm good morning and even bring my iced coffee without me needing to ask. That kind of personal touch made me feel less like a guest and more like I was at home.
White Hills Resort sets a standard that many luxury hotels should learn from. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was amazing—from the delicious food to the excellent service and comfortable room. The staff were very friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better.
The beach itself looked absolutely beautiful. The only downside was that it was rocky, but for those who love snorkeling or diving, it’s actually perfect!
Overall, I truly enjoyed my time there and would definitely recommend it.

The hotel service is very good, and the facilities are well maintained, especially the children's playground, which is very new. The lifeguard is very responsible and pays attention to every child, which makes people feel at ease. All the waiters are also very proactive. Fathalla cleans very cleanly and keeps the guest rooms very clean every day. This hotel is highly recommended and is a good choice for vacation.
Our room type includes three meals. We go to the buffet every day. I am very happy that I don’t have to worry about ordering. The hotel also has a shuttle bus to and from the hotel. If you don’t want to walk, you can take a bus.

Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel, and I would rate my experience 4 out of 5.
The greatest strength of this hotel is undoubtedly its people. The staff are consistently warm, welcoming, courteous, and always willing to help, creating a genuinely pleasant atmosphere throughout the stay.
I would like to express my highest appreciation to Mr. Mohamed Omran, the Club Lounge and Front Office Manager. His professionalism, leadership, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction are truly exceptional. He leads by example, treats every guest with respect and sincerity, and represents the highest standards of hospitality. He is, without question, one of the hotel’s greatest assets and someone who deserves special recognition for his outstanding work.
My sincere thanks also go to Mr. Mohamed Badawy, whose kindness, friendliness, and positive attitude made every interaction a pleasure. His willingness to help and his warm personality left a lasting impression and contributed greatly to the quality of my stay.
I would also like to recognize Mr. Mahmoud, the night buggy driver. Every night, when we returned through the main entrance in the early hours of the morning, he would drive us back to our room with a smile, professionalism, and genuine courtesy. Despite working late-night shifts, he consistently displayed a positive attitude and excellent service. He is a wonderful example of hospitality, and I genuinely believe he has the qualities and potential to grow into a leadership position in the future.
While the hotel has an outstanding team, I believe it would benefit from placing greater emphasis on room maintenance and preventive upkeep. The rooms are comfortable, but some areas would benefit from more regular maintenance and attention to detail. Addressing these points would bring the physical product in line with the excellent service provided by the staff.
Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. The professionalism, dedication, and hospitality shown by Mr. Mohamed Omran, Mr. Mohamed Badawy, Mr. Mahmoud, and the rest of the team made a significant difference to my experience. I look forward to returning and hope to see the hotel continue to improve, as it has all the ingredients to deliver a truly outstanding guest experience.

The staff was very kind and helpful. It's a huge hotel with a private beach and swimming pools. It's only a 10-minute walk from Naama Bay city center. That suits us well. What we didn't like, compared to another hotel we stayed at in November, is that here they serve water in a carafe at the table, and the minibar is extra. If you have a late flight, I recommend booking an extra night because each additional hour you stay costs about 10 euros just to keep the room, and dinner is about 25 euros per person. The all-inclusive wristband will be removed at 12:00 PM, which is check-out time, and drink prices are similar to Italy. Otherwise, everything was fine. If you want to stay close to the sea, you should book Novotel Beach; Novotel Palm is across the road, a 2-3 minute walk away, but much quieter and more peaceful.

One of the most budget-friendly 4-star options.
This is an option for guests who aren't easily spoiled.
Major downsides:
Loud music until 11 PM.
A lot of Russians who drink beer and rum and coke non-stop every day and loudly discuss politics, among other things, for the whole hotel to hear.
The hotel management team is very unfriendly, unlike the staff who try to be hospitable and create a pleasant impression. This positive impression is ruined by the administration, who try to rip you off at the first opportunity.
Our booking didn't include lunch on the first day; it was included on the day of departure. As a result, the administration almost refused to let us have lunch for half an hour, demanding money.
Keep this in mind.

MeowmHighly recommended this hotel. When you check in they will give you a bracelet and you have to wear it till you check out. Breakfast is included for all guests, however they have a special “all inclusive packages” for some guests with different prices which i couldn’t find in trip.com. Lunch buffet is 560 EGP, dinner buffet is 750 EGP. If you want to eat outside I would recommend Al Hariri restaurant with 15mins walking distance. The first day when I arrived i ordered room services which comes to a surprise because it was a huge portion! Super worth it. Water heater works well but have to turn on for 5mins before it gets warm. HOWEVER, I wanted to buy ice cream at the pool bar but the staff charge me 100 EGP but when my friend bought it they only charge her 40 EGP. It was exactly the same ice cream…I guess in Egypt they could open any price they want, they will charge you for air too if they want…

Sheisrussian1Excellent hotel, stayed for several days. The food is good, there are entertainers, and various activities are held throughout the day. There is a separate playground for children. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They clean well, the room is clean. I recommend the paid shuttle service with the Fanar reefs. The shuttle runs frequently and regularly, four times a day, and the ride is 5 minutes. A taxi is $1. The nearby beach with a reef is free, but there are no toilets or showers, and the sun loungers are located very close to each other.
