The hotel is well-designed, distinctive and convenient. You can walk to the main street by shopping. There are supermarkets, churches, schools, and bars around.

Disposable items (toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers) are not provided.
No breakfast (can go to the restaurant or supermarket on the side)
The bathroom and bathroom are glass doors, do not pass through the roof (and the roof is empty), noisy when used, especially affecting another person to sleep at night, the water pipe is very loud, and the smell is mixed in the bedroom when going to the toilet.

Take A1 15 minutes from the airport to the hotel directly, the location is first-class, from the city center and the main church are within ten to fifteen minutes of the trip, five minutes to the olive market, you can have a big meal, the room is newer, there is an elevator and air conditioning, but the front desk is only at 7 am. Go to work, In the early flight checkout, you can put a door key directly in the room, there is boiled dumplings, other personal items should be brought by yourself, the facilities are new and clean, there is a 24-hour supermarket near the station, cost-effective, recommended

This hotel is relatively small, and the facilities are relatively old. The safe is an ancient one. I closed it and it couldn't be opened. It seems that there is no electricity... and the washbasin is outside the toilet. The whole decoration feels a bit like an urban-rural junction? The main thing is that there was no hot water on the first night of check-in. The next morning, the staff promised that it would be fixed during the day, but when I came back in the evening, they still said there was no hot water... I asked the front desk for a solution, and then they moved us to another HM hotel chain. I strongly recommend everyone to stay in another one... because it is newly renovated, the room is huge and very modern, and there is a bus stop for the A1 airport line downstairs. Figures 2 and 3 are the new hotel we moved to later.

I recently stayed at a hotel and would like to share my review based on different aspects. The location of the hotel was quite good, earning a score of 4. It was conveniently close to a beautiful beach. However, the hotel was a bit far from the city center, which may be a drawback for some guests.
In terms of service, the hotel staff was excellent, receiving a score of 5. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a satisfying stay.
Cleanliness was another positive aspect of the hotel, deserving a score of 5. The rooms and common areas were well-maintained and tidy.
However, there were a few drawbacks in terms of amenities. The rooms were quite small, and the soundproofing was not great, resulting in noise from the adjacent rooms and hallway. Additionally, the balcony was located too close to the neighboring room, which compromised privacy.
Overall, the hotel had a good location near the beach (4/5) and provided excellent service (5/5). The cleanliness was also top-notch (5/5). However, the small room size, poor soundproofing, and proximity of the balcony to the next door were areas for improvement (4/5).

It was nice that there was a small balcony.
The fridge wasn't cold, so I asked the front desk, but they said it couldn't be helped.
It also said that Apple TV was available, but when I received the remote and tried to operate it, it didn't respond.
I asked the front desk about this, but the cause was unknown.
The bed, bathroom, and toilet were all simple and clean, with blocking curtains.
Although it was a very comfortable environment, there was a charge for water from the second day onwards, and I would say it was neither good nor bad.
If I come to Mallorca again, I think whether I would stay at the same place would depend on the price.

Nice hotel, great views, clean rooms, wonderful staff from frontdesk to restaurant as well as housekeeping. They have a little teleferico that drops you off on streetlevel, where buses to the city go (line 4 & 20). Itâs about 15mins to the city by bus, and about 45 mins walk, along the harbour, which is a nice walk. Downside was that the food wasnât great, but quite expensive for the area. Also, the walls are thin and thereâs a gap underneath the door, so the room is very noisy.

The Mini bar was open for drinking on the first day, saving the trouble of going to the supermarket to buy water.

The only downside is the parking lot, which is full and makes parking a real ordeal. The area is very ugly! All drunk teenagers! Walking around is very unpleasant.

GGuest UserJust returned from a 4 night stay. Lovely hotel higher up from port. Looks like recently modernised very clean and rooms very spacious with everything you would want, including a mini fridge.
Used the lovely pool which was a hidden gem at back of hotel with a life guard pool 2.2m deep so you need to be able to swim! Fortunately we had the pool area to ourselves which had great views.
Opted for breakfast which was good with a wide choice most days things ran out but were restocked. Pre booked for âŹ14 fairly good value and convenient as not much around otherwise.
Easy to get into old town and port either a 10 minute stroll down hill to shopping centre with restaurants or a taxi for around âŹ10 each way.
Only criticism would be not very disabled friendly with no bars to hold onto on stairs down to breakfast and unless you got cabs everywhere you need to be quite fit to walk to get out and about.
Overall a nice little find and would recommend.

It was nice to have a pool but very small and the jacuzzi bubbles wouldn't ever work. Breakfast was nice but busy abd quite expensive. The location worked well for easy access to the beach and some nice restaurants.the bus to palma is outside which is ideal.

GGuest UserThe location is very convenient for beach lovers and there are nearby stops for buses to town and the airport. I had a very positive experience with almost all staff except for one lady. Hate to do this but will point out what rubbed me the wrong way. After breakfast one day I went to fill my travel cup as I have a special tea and wanted to drink it while getting ready for the day in my room. She came to me and said that taking out coffee âis not possibleâ. I explained it's just hot water and she walked away. On face value it's nit a big deal but really, what is it one coffee for a hotel in which a breakfast is already included? And she assumed it was coffee while it was just hot water. It was mostly the manner of her approach. There are right ways to talk to your guests and that wasn't it. Another thing is the noise- you can hear everything and everyone. The bar is frequented by local people and it could be noisy as well. I have to say the bar noise didn't bother me, it in a way added to the atmosphere, it was nice to be in a place that the neighbours love and we're genuinely enjoying themselves. But it was very annoying to hear guests slam doors in the middle of the night, using the toilet, having loud conversations, even cleaning their sinuses... I'm not sure if anything could be done about it as the walls appear to be paper thin.

GGuest UserThis was a quick trip but the hotel was very nice inside. The room was great for and us and very comfortable with great views over the harbour. There was construction works happening on the outside (front) but that didnât really matter to us as we were only there for the weekend. The pool was a nice temperature on a hot day and although we couldnât get a sunbed (arrived at the pool around lunch time) we had a lovely breakfast and the ice cold beer definitely helped us to relax.
The nightlife around the hotel can be a little loud due to the number of sports/Irish bars near by and it made the walk home from the city interesting. However the atmosphere was good and we didnât mind at all. If you had kids then it could be a little intimidating I would think.
We also checked in very late (after midnight) which wasnât a problem at all and we got our room straight away
Overall weâd definitely consider staying here again.

GGuest UserOverall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was also very good, with a nice variety and good quality.
However, be careful when booking the hotel with children. When we made the booking, it was stated that children stay for free. Naturally, when booking a room for three people, you would expect that everything is included for all three guests. There was no information anywhere that we would need to pay an additional âŹ40 per day for the child.
When we ordered breakfast and dinner, no additional information was given that we would need to pay extra for the child. Only two days before our arrival did we receive a message saying that the childâs breakfast and dinner would cost âŹ40 per day. Since we stayed for six nights, this added up to an extra âŹ240, which is not a small amount.
Overall, the hotel is very nice, but the information regarding childrenâs meals is misleading, so please be careful.

GGuest UserThe stay at the hotel was rated very well. The room was clean and fragrant, it was not too hot, but slightly cool - just how we like it. Interesting shower đ A short 3-minute walk to the beach, and 10 minutes to the center by car. There are also buses. Palma Aquarium is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. We really liked the location. A very nice bar on the 8th floor with a jacuzzi and a sea view đ During a week spent in Mallorca and staying in four different hotels, this one had the best breakfast.
Two things I would find fault with:
1) We got a room on the side, overlooking the garden and the hotel next door, from which loud sounds of air conditioning or something else came. This went on all the time and did not provide silence.
2) We spent two nights at the hotel. On the last day we had to get up early in the morning at 4 am to catch our flight. We asked the reception to prepare us a takeaway breakfast, but they refused, because the hotel does not do that, even though we paid for breakfast in advance. Instead, they offered us fruit. We wanted something more substantial, so they told us to go down to the kitchen in the morning and something would be waiting for us on the table.
