A great value for the price. I had a single bed in the room, a locker with a padlock, and shared toilets and showers. The rooms and toilets were clean and well-equipped – bed linen, towels, soap, and shampoo were provided for everyone. A fantastic value for the price. The hostel also has a café where you can buy coffee and breakfast at a reasonable price. I recommend it.

Good location and nice breakfast. Had luggage room to store luggage after we checked out which was very convenient.
The main problem was that air conditioner was not working. The lady in the front desk told us the air conditioners were not working in the whole building, so they could not do anything. I stayed on the 5 th of June, and it was 26 celsius degree. We felt very hot in the room, no fan, no air conditioner. That means no air flowing in the very small room. We woke up several times and sweating. My hair and my nighty were wet. Finally I got up to shower again. But we were still sweating, couldn’t sleep well the whole night. That was terrible for tourists if they could not have a good sleep. I thought the staff should tell the customer that the air conditioner was not working before check in. Let the customer choose if they still want to stay. We ended up our sweating after we went to the strong air conditioning restaurant to have our breakfast.

The room was spotless and the air conditioning excellent. We loved the peaceful atmosphere, the charming courtyard, and tasteful decor. The location is perfect, right by the old town and a short tram ride to the beach via Pont de Fusta. Although we didn’t try the breakfast, we enjoyed exploring local spots in the old town. The staff were very helpful, storing our bags and arranging our return taxi.

The hotel itself is very nice. It looks beautiful and is very clean. My problem with the hotel, and this is no reflection on the staff, is that the pool, bar, and restaurant were all closed. The weather was beautiful and the main reason we picked this hotel was based on the pool on the rooftop. That was incredibly disappointing, so if you plan on staying here any time other than the middle of summer, don’t expect to use any of the amenities.

Location: 10/5 just next to the train station and very close to most of the attraction area around 25 - 30 mins. And 1 hour to the airport.
Safety: 3/5 be aware that there is no separate locker in the bedroom however there is a locker room where you can store your big luggage but there is no way to prove the owner as everyone just get the key enter the room and take whatever they want. There is no staff monitor the luggage storage so I end up kept my luggage inside my bedroom and I experienced one of the lady in my room approached my luggage twice but she ran away when she found that I catch her hence I need to keep my luggage on my bed on chained it.
Amenities: 1/5 no towel, no soap
Facilities: 3/5 to shared for 20 peoples you have 2 toilet and 2 shower room however the cooking area and social area is nice.
Recommend for those who spend less time in accommodation and carry less stuff or non-valuable item. Be caution if you stay in 10 bunk beds room you may face a difficulty in sleeping as at the night many people keep getting in and out and make a noise even there is a rule to reduce the noise after 10 but obviously not all traveller following that.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The price was a bit high this time, but I had a meeting scheduled here with a client, so I couldn't change it. Overall, it's still pretty good. However, the shower pressure was a bit weak, and I hope they can improve that. Everything else was standard and acceptable. Plus, there's a shopping mall right behind it with plenty of food options.

Not far from the airport or city center, and there's a subway station right downstairs with a large supermarket nearby, which is really convenient. The staff were also quite friendly. However, I think the air conditioning in the room isn't working so well, probably because the hotel is a bit old.

The room is small. The open bathroom is attached to bed. From bed you see who is in the toilet doing his things and the shower, which is double, too big for the room. The doors of the toilet and shower do not close and the water is out. There is no extractor of moisture and smell. Hears noise from outside and from the restaurant that is below. Otherwise basic. Care for what it is. That if, very friendly workers and good location to walk.

The apartments are very nice but only when we arrived we notice the smell of cigarette, but good was everything very clean and ordered.
We had the bad luck of having the broken sofa in our apartment but there were overtowels, soaps, cotton, a stick, a ladder and a board and there was even a small stick.
As for the kitchen, it would be good if they put it a little more, for example, by putting more bayettes instead of just one and of non-drying fabric, a shoe and a picker instead of a small shoe and a shoe, more waste bags, a cutting table, Some batter, even small, a larger vitro or sticks and sleeves that match the size because they were hardly fit and was very uncomfortable.
And finally, security, there is no reception and everything is for a code that comes to your mail, the portal code is the same that opens your apartment and is not our case, but there were many people who said their code upside not knowing it is also the code of the Your apartment by risking your safety, I suppose you would have to improve that as by putting different codes at home door or by switching by cards or keys, but usually we have a great deal with my family, Thanks Limehome and thanks for the details of the cookies.

PPassporttoPalateThis is my second stay in this hotel and it is just as I remembered. The staff are very friendly and go that little extra to make sure you are comfortable and to help as needed. At check in they give you a card with restaurant recommendations from places nearby. The girl at the front desk told me which were her favorites and recommended a few extra.
The rooms are spacious and clean. They have giant windows for natural light and plenty of space to move around. Bigger than your average euro-hotel room, for sure. The facilities are solid. The gym has a personal trainer if you wish to book a session - otherwise it's free to use, well laid out and well equipped.
The hotel is well located - right near the main square and a short walk from the railway station. There are penty of cafes, restaurants, shopping streets etc nearby. And plenty of bus route readily available if you wish to venture further - down to the beach for example.

The hotel appears to be a local chain that does not as easily accommodate those who are not connected to it. This was my 6th and last stop on my trip to Europe, and it was the only place that did not include water. In fact, nothing in the minibar was included and that was not well marked in the room. Breakfast was quite good, but service was not as good.

Hotel reception is not 24 hours, so make sure you text them if you are arriving outside the operating hours. Room comes with kitchen amenities but no water provided.

GGuest UserVery good, very close to the Science City, the Science Museum is very interesting. There is also a very large Carrefour supermarket and a shopping center with many shops and restaurants nearby. There are Chinese restaurants, Western restaurants, kebabs, Japanese food, etc. next to the hotel. There are many free parking spaces with white lines around, but it is not easy to find a space. We parked the car in a large parking lot 10 minutes walk away, which is also free. The roads in Valencia are too difficult to drive. There are many traffic lights at the roundabouts. Be careful when driving by yourself.

AAmeseeThe hotel was perfectly located and clean. Just the lifts took really long to get down. We booked 2 rooms, 1 was located on the 8th floor and the other on the 5th floor. Sometimes it took us 10 min to get down as 1 of the elevator was broken.

GGuest UserGood hotel in a great location if you want to be near the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, if you wish to be near the old town its not so good.
The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the metro but there are bus stops nearby, if you wish to explore other parts of the city.
The hotel itself is located next to a shopping centre, one of the hotel exits leads directly into the shopping centre, it has quite a few restaurants there as well as shops.
The rooms are fairly spacious, the bathrooms are quite nice, although i didnt like the sliding door, I would much prefer a normal shutting door.
Breakfast wasnt the best , the ”hot” food was always luke warm at best. While there was quite a selection of food to chose from, it was mostly quite basic and nothing exciting.
Bizarrely they played music in the corridors, which you could hear from your room, maybe its just me but I thought it was a bit strange.
Ultimately a nice hotel, nothing amazing

VVivian tripThe hotel is located between two stations, and is very convenient to various attractions in the old city. It can be reached by foot.
Cabi was very enthusiastic when checking in. He asked us if we were tired and said he would complete the check-in procedure as soon as possible. There was coffee and water to drink next to us. He gave us a map in Spanish and said we could ask him anytime if we had any questions.
This is his fourth day working in this hotel. I hope he can have a good time at work and keep his enthusiasm❤️🔥
The room's color scheme, bed and pillows were all very comfortable. This was the first time during my trip that I didn't wake up in the middle of the night.

I booked double-bed room, but hotel connected with me in a few days saying it's not available and suggested me a triple-bed room instead for the same price or full refund (though my booking was non-refundable). I accepted the new room and it was just great! Panoramic windows almost like a balcony. Very clean and comfortable bed. Fridge right in my room! And microwave in the corridor (though one was not connected to the electricity - the other one on the floor was). It would be great to have a teapot, too (but I managed to heat water in the microwave). Excellent wifi. Host was very nice and explained everything upon check-in, self check-out early in the morning is available. Shower gel & shampoo provided. Would be great to have cups to put toothbrush.
It can be noisy outside (2nd floor), but I closed the windows and it was calm. You can hear doors clapping from other neighbors- though it's not surprising for the hotel.
District is great - Consum supermarket just 1 min by walk, Mercadona - 5 mins. Lots of cafes around. Metro 5 mins by walk, city center 30 mins by walk, very convenient to get to the railway station.

But beds were very loud even doing nothing just turning around. So make sure carefully read reviews. However, maintenance seems to be difficult, and there are quite a few broken parts. ＜Price＞ On this trip, I arrived in Valencia via Rome, Florence, Nice, Genoa, Montpellier, Barcelona, and Madrid, but the hotel prices in Valencia seem relatively expensive. I thought this hotel was price competitive, but the price suddenly increased over the weekend, so I gave up the extension of stays. There are a lot of group tourists, and when they stay, the price seems to go up.＜Comprehensive＞ Overall, it can be said to be a good hotel.
