Got there a little early, and asked to store our luggage until check in time of 2pm but the young man said let me check if your room is ready, which it was, he let us have the room and directed us where to park our car. Fantastic service. We had a lovely room and throughly enjoyed our stay in Cartagena. What a lovely city

Excellent location, room was spacious with views of the town and the sea , bathroom had a good walk-in shower . Could do with more hangers and shelves to put clothing , as there is plenty of space . Breakfast excellent quality and plenty of choice , the service was efficient and the staff worked very hard !

We stayed two nights on October 8 and 9. They did not fix the room despite having requested it in the afternoon, because when we arrived after eating it was not fixed. When we left to go to the spa, we found the cleaner and told her and when we returned, nothing at all. No cleaning, no towels, no bathrobes... Nothing. No way. A shame because everything else was great: breakfast, the room, views, the grounds, the spa, the beautiful plants...

We particularly appreciated the welcome; the staff is very friendly. The rooms are spacious, and we liked how clean they were. The hotel's location is close to public transport, which allowed us to leave our vehicle in the secure garage. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, and the soundproofing between rooms was insufficient. The refrigerator wasn't working. The restaurant was more than mediocre.

I expected better for a 4-star hotel at the price it's charged. The hotel is simple and has paid parking.

We only stayed one night but I have to say that this hotel enthusiasted me. Very friendly reception staff. The room we received, wide and beautiful . Breakfast, superlative. Fresh and quality products. Coffee. Possibility to choose different pads with the Nespresso machine.

The hotel lobby rooms are large and very comfortable. The underground parking lot is also very large. The room facilities are a bit lacking, there is only a TV and 2 cups in the bathroom, and the parking fee is more than 13 euros per night.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The car park is very tight and entry access is particularly difficult but it’s doable. The hotel did charge 10 euros for parking which I wasn’t made aware of beforehand. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was decent. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and a gluten-free section 👍 But the coffee machine wasn’t working so the only hot drinks were from an express machine which wasn’t great. Location was good and we got a taxi into Murcia centre for 9euros. Decent hotel to use as a base for exploring the area.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, modern, and offered a beautiful view. I was particularly impressed by the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The location is also perfect—close to everything but still quiet enough for a good night's sleep. I will definitely be returning!
