GGuest UserToo many advantages: It's incredibly convenient to get to the beach; it's a 3-4 minute walk from the front of the hotel, and a 5-minute walk from the back. There are supermarkets: Spar, Eroski City, Lidl, and Rossmann drugstore. Breakfast from 7-10 am is delicious and has a wide variety of items. After breakfast, there's refreshing lemonade and coffee available in the restaurant for guests to help themselves. The gym downstairs is well-equipped, and there's a small swimming pool on the roof. It's very quiet at night; the dim lighting is perfect for those sensitive to light. The air conditioning in the room is very cool; I usually have to turn it off because it's 35 degrees Celsius outside, but the room is always pleasantly cool. The toiletries are complete: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, and hand cream/body lotion are all from Ritals Jing, and I love the scent. I'm very satisfied with the bed; I can't stand very soft beds because they make my back uncomfortable, but this hotel's bed is excellent. There are three types of pillows to choose from. The hot water is great; showering is comfortable, unlike some reviews that mention no hot water. The service staff I encountered were all very satisfactory, unlike some reviews that describe them as rude. From the front desk staff (Oscar was especially adorable; we saw him again when we checked out on the 7th day), to the housekeeping staff, and the restaurant staff (a very kind old gentleman cleared the dishes every morning), I would give full marks to all the staff we encountered during our 7 days and 6 nights! The cabinet under the TV could be easily opened with a gentle push to reveal cups, a safe, and a mini-fridge. There was a hairdryer and a large plastic bag in the wardrobe drawer. If I had to point out a few shortcomings, they would be: 1. They should learn from Chinese hotels; if they don't clean the room, they should at least provide two bottles of water. For environmental reasons, we only requested cleaning twice over 6 nights. We only received two small bottles of mineral water upon check-in on the first day. If we had booked 6 nights separately, wouldn't we have received 2 x 6 bottles? For €300 per night, they couldn't even afford a bottle of water. 2. The toilet paper was extremely thin, only one layer thick. 3. There was no toilet brush next to the toilet, which was very inconvenient.

GGuest UserThe room is big and relatively new, but the shower room is designed for disabled people? It is very difficult to take a shower... I don't know how the front desk guy arranged it... The Mini bar was open for drinking on the first day, saving the trouble of going to the supermarket to buy water.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is actually acceptable. I wouldn't go back for the price, not to mention the service. Excellent breakfast. The best thing about it is José at reception! He's extremely attentive and willing to advise you on everything you need to know about Palma! The only downside is the parking lot, which is full and makes parking a real ordeal. The area is very ugly! All drunk teenagers! Walking around is very unpleasant.

GGuest UserJust returned from a 4 night stay. Lovely hotel higher up from port. Looks like recently modernised very clean and rooms very spacious with everything you would want, including a mini fridge. Used the lovely pool which was a hidden gem at back of hotel with a life guard pool 2.2m deep so you need to be able to swim! Fortunately we had the pool area to ourselves which had great views. Opted for breakfast which was good with a wide choice most days things ran out but were restocked. Pre booked for €14 fairly good value and convenient as not much around otherwise. Easy to get into old town and port either a 10 minute stroll down hill to shopping centre with restaurants or a taxi for around €10 each way. Only criticism would be not very disabled friendly with no bars to hold onto on stairs down to breakfast and unless you got cabs everywhere you need to be quite fit to walk to get out and about. Overall a nice little find and would recommend.

GGuest UserNice hotel but reception could do with updating processes as there was always a queue and several times our key wouldn't work. It was nice to have a pool but very small and the jacuzzi bubbles wouldn't ever work. Breakfast was nice but busy abd quite expensive. The location worked well for easy access to the beach and some nice restaurants.the bus to palma is outside which is ideal.

GGuest UserOverall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was also very good, with a nice variety and good quality. However, be careful when booking the hotel with children. When we made the booking, it was stated that children stay for free. Naturally, when booking a room for three people, you would expect that everything is included for all three guests. There was no information anywhere that we would need to pay an additional €40 per day for the child. When we ordered breakfast and dinner, no additional information was given that we would need to pay extra for the child. Only two days before our arrival did we receive a message saying that the child’s breakfast and dinner would cost €40 per day. Since we stayed for six nights, this added up to an extra €240, which is not a small amount. Overall, the hotel is very nice, but the information regarding children’s meals is misleading, so please be careful.

GGuest UserThe stay at the hotel was rated very well. The room was clean and fragrant, it was not too hot, but slightly cool - just how we like it. Interesting shower 😁 A short 3-minute walk to the beach, and 10 minutes to the center by car. There are also buses. Palma Aquarium is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. We really liked the location. A very nice bar on the 8th floor with a jacuzzi and a sea view 🙂 During a week spent in Mallorca and staying in four different hotels, this one had the best breakfast. Two things I would find fault with: 1) We got a room on the side, overlooking the garden and the hotel next door, from which loud sounds of air conditioning or something else came. This went on all the time and did not provide silence. 2) We spent two nights at the hotel. On the last day we had to get up early in the morning at 4 am to catch our flight. We asked the reception to prepare us a takeaway breakfast, but they refused, because the hotel does not do that, even though we paid for breakfast in advance. Instead, they offered us fruit. We wanted something more substantial, so they told us to go down to the kitchen in the morning and something would be waiting for us on the table. It turned out to be two slices of bad white toast bread and two slices of salami, a banana and that's it... We were very disappointed, and the staff could have tried harder, leaving at least some croissants or just a little more choice.

GGuest UserMy positive experience with Hotel Mirador in Palma, Mallorca began as soon as I entered the lobby. I was greeted warmly at the desk where they solved several problems with my booking which was made by Trip.com. Specifically, for some reason my reservation was in the name of a Trip.com employee and not me! Second although I had booked for two nights with continental breakfast, the reservation was made for one night with lunch and dinner and a SEPARATE reservation was made for one night with no meals. Third, a reservation was made for a ”Family” room instead of a single as I requested. This made my stay more expensive than I planned for. Through all of these difficulties the staff at the Hotel Mirador treated me exceptionally well and made many phone inquires until I was able to get a room.
