Due to noise issues in the room I initially booked online, the understanding and experienced hotel staff promptly upgraded me to a fantastic Deluxe City View room. The presentations, gifts, and overall arrangement in the room were simply outstanding. I would also like to thank the concierge team for making reservations at all the restaurants and beach clubs.

AAnonymous UserLast-minute booking for a staycation, and overall, it met my expectations. The room was very spacious, and not having a balcony was fine for a short stay. The small kitchen was fully equipped with a microwave, crockery, kettle and all necessary details well taken care of. I particularly liked the shower, which had strong water pressure and flow. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The only downside was the bed—it was too soft for someone with back pain. However, given the price, it was a great stay. Recommended if you don’t mind a softer bed.

SSara BaunEverything in this hotel was just right. The staff were kind and professional, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The bed was very clean and the linens felt amazing — soft, fresh, and the pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were spotless. One special detail we truly appreciated was the beautiful view from the bathroom window in our room — it made the stay feel even more special. We didn’t try the breakfast because we preferred to explore cafés in the city center, but everything else exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserGood hotel if it were 3 stars but for a 4 star hotel dissapointing. Gym only 4 machines Total, no weights, swimming pool small and not well maintained. Cleaning ladies extremely nice. Not worth their price. Good location 5 min away from the beach and 10 min away from rue d'Antibes

GGuest UserFirst of all, up to 5 stars of the hotel lacked a convenient location of the roses on the sides of the bed (one was at the bed and the other near the entrance). The rest of the hotel is good. It was warm in the room, the air conditioner worked constantly for heating. The room was clean as in the photo on the Internet. The bathroom was new, with fresh repair. We were provided with additional hygiene. There is a staircase and an elevator in the hotel. To get to the rooms you have to walk through the breakfast room and climb up the other staircase above. The concierge usually sits in the breakfast room, but as a crowd to someone comes - immediately approaches the entrance. Very polite all, we were able to leave the bags to the receptacle after the eviction. When entering the boarding house, they asked for a document - they took the driver's license instead of a passport without problems. I asked for a room with the balcony, but it wasn 't as we were told, but we got the French balcony - beautiful !!! The view was on the city, good.

SShamin GholamiWe booked this place for the pools, the spa and the parking. Upon arrival we were told the parking is full, we don't have breakfast although I showed proof in app and in my emails. After getting to ”our room” we found it was already taken (there was an upon luggage on the bed) and we were informed someone got upgraded to our upper floor room with breakfast and we got their lower floor room (without breakfast, which would explain the initial confusion ). They asked for a credit card for the mini fridge goods but our mini fridge was empty. We didn't have enough towels and I literally had to bring them up myself. The upper floor/outdoor pool (the oke in the first picture of the hotel) needs to be booked the same day and has 10 spots only with no booking limit per person and the spa/massages were fully booked (with only one 30min available at 7:15am and we are a couple) needless to say we didn't get to enjoy neither. We used the sauna and there were no towels, although mandatory to use in the sauna as per their sign, no water to rehydrate and no water to pour on the stones for steam. We didn't go to the indoor pool initially because of screaming/shouting kids although there were signs with instructions for a quiet and relaxing area. Honestly, I feel like we were scammed 😪 would never stay again and really wished we booked another place especially given the wide variety of beautiful Hotels in the area. Moreover the room didn't have a ceiling light but just ambience lamp, ours was constantly flickering so we turned it off and spent our time in the semi-darknes (room 325).. The breakfast was good and the staff lovely, we interacted with Joao (upon arrival with the big mess up, he was very helpful and apologised many times), Manal and Nabil and they were all great and very helpful.
