The location is perfect - within a 10–15 minute walk of almost all the main attractions (30 minute walk to Les Machines de I'îIe), making it incredibly easy to explore the city. The rooms are comfortable, and the hotel has beautiful lounge areas, both indoors and outdoors, where it's a pleasure to relax after a day of sightseeing. We also loved the complimentary Nespresso coffee and tea available in the lobby. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is its extraordinary staff. Every single member of the team was genuinely warm, welcoming, incredibly helpful, and exceptionally professional. Their kindness, attentiveness, and sincere desire to make every guest feel cared for were evident in every interaction. It's rare to come across such a remarkable team, and they turned a lovely stay into a truly unforgettable experience! We left with wonderful memories and heartfelt gratitude. J'ai passé un excellent moment à l'Hôtel Oldegar. Dès l'arrivée, l'accueil a été très agréable. La situation géographique est idéale, l'hôtel étant situé à proximité immédiate de la gare, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements. L'ambiance de l'établissement est particulièrement sympa et originale grâce à la mise à disposition de vinyles à écouter, avec même la possibilité d'en acheter sur place. Le petit-déjeuner est complet, proposant tout le nécessaire ainsi que certains produits locaux appréciables. La chambre était correcte et propre. Seul petit bémol concernant la salle de bain : la douche est un peu petite et ne dispose pas de fermeture complète. Cependant, cela reste un détail mineur qui ne m'empêchera pas de revenir lors de mon prochain passage à Nantes. Je recommande !

I had an excellent stay at Chachacha Hotel. The hotel is new and very clean, which immediately made the experience comfortable. The service was exceptional — the staff proactively helped me carry my luggage to my floor even though I never asked, a thoughtful gesture that truly stood out. Before checking in, I requested to leave my luggage at the hotel for a few days, and they were fully willing to assist me without any hesitation. Their flexibility and helpful attitude made my trip much easier. I also had some questions about getting a SIM card, and one of the female staff members kindly helped me search for the nearest Free Mobile store. Her patience and willingness to assist showed how dedicated the team is to supporting guests. The room was well‑maintained and equipped with air conditioning, which made the stay pleasant. The room is on the smaller side, so it’s more suitable for a short stay, but it was perfectly comfortable for my needs. Every staff member I met was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their professionalism and warm attitude created a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. All in all, the stay was perfect, and I highly recommend Chachacha Hotel for anyone looking for a clean, modern environment and exceptional service from a team that truly goes the extra mile.

The room is small, but very comfortable and clean. Close to Nante Railway Station, convenient transportation. Not far from the house is the ruins of the Grand Duchy of Brittany, which is worth seeing. It is very convenient to eat, laundry and exercise around.

Facilities: The room was quite small, comparable to the size of a budget inn in China, and ventilation wasn't great. No toothbrushes or slippers were provided, so you need to bring your own. It's acceptable for a business trip, but otherwise, you might want to reconsider. Environment: The hotel is right outside the Nantes train station exit, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and the restaurant was spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and helped us check in early. Storing and retrieving luggage was also seamless. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, no significant issues.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Apar**ent was excellent as was the view from the windows. Lots of space to relax in and plenty surface area for cooking and serving dinner (nice big wooden table). Would have given it 5 stars (rather than 4) for amenities except we had difficulty operating the cooker (neither of us had used an induction hob before and didn’t know that we needed to match the pot size with the ring/hob size and so it kept turning off confusing us). It was for my birthday and the staff had put happy birthday balloons on the bed and that was a nice touch. It was a good birthday and I enjoyed the space, wine and food we cooked. Shower was also noticeably nice.

Perfect for rest. The place in this hotel is great. Officers are also very happy to help. The guest room is very elegant, with a huge and comfortable room. We will definitely live here next time

The hotel is close to the train station and easy to get around the main city centre. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The room however I am not sure how to rate it, there is no net curtains so people can see into the room when open the curtains; the heater is below the desk and the control is hard to get to. The most amused thing is toilet seat is so high that my feet were not able to touch the floor!! My room is further away from the lift, and the wifi signal in the room is very weak and keeps dropping off.

I went for an oversea training in Nante and spent 2 weeks in this hotel, I chose this hotel is mainly because of their flexibility on Trip.com and the price is within company requirement. The location is good, around 15 mins walk to city center, and door step to Tram station. The service and cleanliness are just normal, the facilities are quite old school, especially the TV. It's a stand TV, really ”long time no see” this kind of TV in a hotel. Have wardrobe, no safe box or lockers, shower cubicle is small. However, as what we always say, you get what you paid for. There was one day the cleaner helped me clean the room then left my window opened (wide open mode), I'm staying on level 2 (1st floor as per the lift), if someone want to climb up, will be very possible. The 2nd time room cleaning didn't have this issue, so I guess it's the first cleaner forgot to close my window. In addition, the first cleaner never re-fill the toilet roll for me, at first I thought here need to purchase toilet roll (as a budget hotel), so I bought some tissues on my own. Then 2nd time room cleaning, the cleaner left me 2 more toilet rolls... then I realized, the hotel is providing toilet rolls, just the 1st cleaner forgot it. In conclusion, the 2nd cleaner is good, the 1st cleaner is a forgetful person. On my checkout day, there was a crazy women smashed the reception desk. this is not hotel's fault, they were calmly solving this problem. They are quite professional, just a bit unlucky. In general, my suggestion is, for business travel here is not a good choice, better choose a more secured place to stay. If for personal short stay, you can consider it as a budget choice.

When i arrived at the hotel reception there was a sweet lady that explained to me everything I needed to know about the amenities and the accommodation. That's a big plus from me. Very close to F.C. Nantes stadium, if someone is interested. The room was medium size with almost everything you might need. The bathroom has all the amenities but the shower room was a bit downsized. The only big disappointment from my point of view was the lack of air- con ( they have just a fan that doesn't make any difference when it is 36 degrees outside).
