"A budget hotel far from the city center.
Reception is open until 9 PM; after that, you must check in directly using the machine outside.
The Trip.com booking number isn't valid; you need to contact the hotel directly (the hotel's email address is provided in the contact information after booking). They responded a few days later with the booking number we needed to use. If we hadn't contacted them directly, we would have ended up sleeping on the street (it was impossible to reach us by phone)."

"I really enjoyed it. It was my first time in the region and staying at a hotel. I loved the welcome from the hostess; she was very friendly, and I'm sure she'll recognize her.
Overall, the hotel was very good; it's well located, close to all amenities.
There was a slight problem with the bed, especially the mattresses moving around; I had to put them back in place each time, otherwise everything was fine."

"Bed and towels are clean, water is hot, it's the most important. Overall the apartments are clean enough. Only the floor was a little dusty.
Staff is kind, location is good: near the supermarket, to the center of minutes 10-15 on foot. To the station is also close, too near 10-15 minutes.
The instructions in the room are written to throw away the garbage. We sorted everything but it was not clear where to throw. It turned out to be a room on the bottom floor. It was difficult to find: no signature."

AAnonymous UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Saint-Malo. It is a perfect choice for those who want to experience the authentic charm of the walled city.
It is located right in the Old Town. Within just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the city’s best creperies, ice cream shops, and the historic ramparts.
The room features a lovely balcony which was a great surprise. While the elevator is small, it is functional and sufficient for the stay.
The staff at the front desk are exceptionally warm and welcoming. I was even gifted some Easter chocolates, which was such a thoughtful and professional touch.
Considering the location and the quality of the stay, the price is very reasonable and affordable.
I am very satisfied with my choice and would definitely stay here again!

AAnonymous UserThe sleeping area was good, the mattress was comfortable, and I slept well. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they also provided a map and useful information about the Intra-Muros area.
However, several other aspects need improvement. The bathroom showerhead had mold, so I did not want to use it, and although the rain shower was acceptable, the water pressure was low. On windy days in Saint-Malo, it was impossible to enjoy a comfortable hot shower. The breakfast was average, and the hygiene was only fair; I saw flies landing on the food and honey. A kettle was provided, but the one in my room was rusty, so I was not comfortable using it.
Overall, I was disappointed. Considering it is a four-star hotel, I do not think it was worth the price.

AAnonymous UserBright and spacious room. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary utensils. Detergent for the dishwasher was also provided. We were able to stay in a warm room with heating in the room. The room had a view of the ocean and was very comfortable and spacious. I also enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was simple western food, but local yogurt and lots of bread were served. Next time I would be happy to prepare breakfast in the room kitchen.

LLidamaoziAll Accor Group hotel chains are a little higher than Ibis, the room is very good and relatively spacious, the breakfast is rich, and the service is very thoughtful. Linhai coastline. The price is average. It is relatively far from the train station. There are still several restaurants around. Going to the old town is relatively close.

GGuest UserL'hôtel dispose d'une literie très confortable et les chambres d'une bonne isolation phonique. Les salles de bain manquent d'étagère pour y poser les trousses de toilettes et les serviettes ne peuvent pas être plus fines... Dommage.
Le petit déjeuner est correct, mais je déplore le fromage épais comme une feuille de cigarette emballé dans du plastique. Comment en est on encore là ?
Saucisses et bacon sont présents, mais pas d’œufs brouillés !
En revanche, le pain et les confitures sont délicieux.
En résumé, bien, mais peut améliorer quelques détails pour être au top.
