Guest UserWe had a great stay at Moxy. It was located right opposite Cabot Circus and the location was fantastic. The room is spacious and comfortable. There is an ironing room on every floor. However, there isn't a car park within the hotel premises. Guests who drove, could park their car at the Cabot Circus Car Park which was across the hotel and the fee is £14 per day after 20% discount for all Moxy's guests. Just need to be reminded to provide the car plate registration number to the hotel staff each time you park and before exiting the car park. Overall, i enjoyed my stay at Moxy.
Suggestion: To provide a bin inside the bathroom.

XizesissorThe hotel boasts an excellent location right in Bristol city center, next to the City Hall and a church. We arrived at 12:30 PM, and since a room was available, they kindly allowed us to check in early. The English breakfast was quite good, especially the roasted button mushrooms, which were delicious. However, I have a major complaint: this Marriott doesn't have air conditioning, and the room windows are sealed shut, meaning they can't be opened at all. To make matters worse, the room was incredibly airtight. Even after borrowing a small fan from the hotel, it was still uncomfortably hot and stuffy, and I didn't get a good night's sleep.

Guest UserI was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, close to Temple Meads train station, and it's about a 20-minute walk to the main city attractions. Although the room's interior is simple, it has all the essential amenities, including air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom also comes with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The bed was very comfortable as well. The front desk staff were all very helpful and polite. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Anonymous UserThe hotel is in a great location, with the city centre within easy walking distance, making it very convenient for sightseeing and getting around.
However, there is definitely room for improvement in the room amenities. When I asked the front desk, I was informed that only a toothbrush and toothpaste were provided. Basic essentials such as a shower cap, toiletries, and room slippers were not available, which was disappointing and below what I would normally expect from a hotel. Adding these simple amenities would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

Guest UserMy husband and I stayed for two nights as we were attending my daughter’s wedding. My second daughter and friends also stayed. The location was perfect, the rooms and bed were spacious and clean and the staff were helpful and friendly.
Convenient having a bar on site and great that the kettle was actually by a socket!! 🤣😃I would definitely recommend The Future Inn 😀

Guest UserStaying with friend and rang and email saying wanted Twin or two beds. Ended up with a large double.
No bar or restaurant as advertised on your website. Very dissappointed.
Bed was very comfortable though and so was the room. Perfect location to spot the hot air balloons which is why I picked this hotel so very pleased.

Guest UserThe hotel was great and the staff were very helpful, but the location is ok as there is not much around the area and you are a bit of a trek from the centre of town & things to do.
The lady who checked us in, I believe that she is Scottish, was so helpful and we cannot thank her enough for all that she did for us, she is a credit to the business.
The room was comfy and quiet, and the breakfast was great.
I would recommend staying here but for us I think we'd rather stay closer to amenities in future, when we revisit Bristol

Vincent TaoFollowing up on my previous review, I'd like to point out a few areas for improvement for future reference. Firstly, the breakfast offerings are still quite uninspired. While this seems to be common across the UK, with a high percentage of Asian guests, perhaps you could consider offering a wider variety of options in the future? After these past few days, I don't think I'll be having a similar breakfast for a long time.
Secondly, my elevator experience was very unsatisfactory. For seven out of my eight-day stay, at least one elevator was out of service. I never saw all three elevators working simultaneously. The far-right elevator was even so dark that I had to use a flashlight, which frankly made me feel uneasy.
Finally, there's the issue of the in-room drinking water quality! Perhaps you could consider changing your water supplier. After boiling, this water leaves too much limescale and genuinely tastes bad. This forced me to buy bottled mineral water from M&S instead.
One point that absolutely deserves a negative rating: Gimi, the front desk attendant during check-out, was not very friendly. My English has deteriorated somewhat over the past year, and when I repeatedly asked her to clarify what she was saying, she looked visibly impatient, which was very unpleasant. Please strengthen your staff's customer service training!
Overall, the stay was still pretty good. I hope to see some changes in these areas when I return next year.

Environment: The hotel is in a good location, and it is very convenient to walk, take the bus, go to the supermarket, and eat
Facilities: The room is relatively large, the bathroom is spacious, and two bottles of water are provided every day, as well as tea and coffee
You must stay in a high-rise room when staying here, definitely. We were given the 5th floor at first, and the room was small and dark. By the way, the lack of lights in the room is a small problem. Living in a high-rise not only has a good view of the church and the Ferris wheel, but the key is that it is very bright. I stayed there for seven days and was satisfied when I moved to a high-rise room

Guest UserWe had the loveliest time here the staff were so lovely and friendly. It was about a 30 minute walk into town and if you are travelling into town at rush hour walking is the best way as the traffic was pretty bad.
The room we stayed in was beautiful and clean and tidy and we were blown away by the service from the staff it really was lovely infact I was shocked to find they were part of a group and not independent as it felt the kind of service you would get from an independent. The bar and restaurants were lovely and the building was so beautiful inside and out we had a really lovely stay toiletries were provided and they smelt beautiful. thanks so much we had a lovely time.
