Really lovely stay, they checked us in a little early and helped with a delivery which was so useful. The room was really nice, comfortable beds.
We even had a warm welcome from one of the locals when we got to the room 😉
Location very convenient but you don’t notice any notice from the station. Easy to walk to all the main spots

You can tell this is an established resort hotel; everything is so well-equipped. The room was spacious and clean, and all the snacks and drinks in the room were free. The beach is right outside the door! Brighton 360 is literally on your doorstep, and there are lots of great seafood restaurants nearby. The hotel's underground parking is paid, but I parked in a street spot (on-street parking in the UK is generally free from 6 PM until 8 AM the next day! Brighton, being a seaside resort city, has slight variations, as seen in picture 5). Since I arrived late, I only paid for 2 hours of parking, and then it automatically became free (kind of like the overnight package at an internet cafe in China 😂). It was very good and comfortable! I highly recommend this to anyone with a sufficient budget – you won't regret it!

Booked a family room for 3 people, 2 nights, 1 room with breakfast. The accommodation was clean, and the room was suitable for 3 people, although the window was a bit small and couldn't be opened. Overall, it was very good. The accommodation is close to the beach, just a short walk away, and also near the Brighton i360. You can easily walk into town or take a bus to various attractions. The breakfast spread was plentiful and sufficient for all guests, and the staff kept refilling the food constantly.

The hotel was right by the train station so easy to drop off luggage then head out and leave our luggage there when we checked out as we had a few hours before our train home. We had an issue with our room and the staff were so very helpful could not do enough. They could not move us but offered a one night refund, breakfast free of charge. We felt like royalty. Big thanks to staff members Gracjan, Justin and Alice who just made everything perfect for us. The choice on the breakfast menu was amazing. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and we became members of there hotel chain for future stays.

Wonderful place to stay for a few days! Wonderful location next to the train station! A fair bit of noise from building right out side our window, but never the less the staff were incredible! If you stay here I would advise to bring some £1 coins for the pool table! They don’t give change or anything

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right on Brighton Beach, overlooking the sea. Our room was quite spacious. We opted for a top-floor sea-view room, enjoying the ocean vista directly from our bed. We fell asleep to the sound of the waves, and seagulls were constantly flying past our window. Just behind the hotel, Brighton's main street offers all sorts of supermarkets and restaurants. The room was very clean, breakfast was included, and the service was very friendly.

Positives - on the beach front with lovely views, just a short walk to all the tourist attractions.
Very nice English breakfast.
Staff were polite and efficient.
Lobby areas neat and tidy. Good lunch food.
Negatives. Upstairs hallways and bedrooms are in very poor condition. Peeling wallpaper, dirty sofas, threadbare carpets, scratched paintwork and faded curtains.
Private Parking advertised but still costs £25 a night.
Limited amenities.

The room was modern and clean and the staff were friendly but the best bit about this hotel is the location - on the seafront and close to shops bars and restaurants.
The spa area was a bit disappointing, it’s more a leisure centre and very busy when we visited so don’t expect too much relaxation as there are not even loungers to sit/lie on.
We didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel as there are many great restaurants in Brighton so I cannot comment on the brekkie.
We attended the NYE dinner/dance at the hotel and it was brilliant! Great entertainment, lovely food - a fabulous time had by all and a lovely way to see in 2026!
Brighton in general is a lovely place to visit, lots of bars, restaurants and shops - especially the Lanes which is full of small independents which are just fab!
There’s lots to do and see! We took a short walk from the hotel to the i360 tower. A great way to see Brighton from the sky and we managed to catch it at sunset - so magical! I would definitely recommend!

The hotel itself had no faults. The issue we had was checking in. We did not receive information that we needed to download an app to check in then also needing to upload a passport photo, for someone who traveled a few hours up the road not thinking I would need my passport, soon got that sorted. Then in the evening when we came back to find the pin for our room stopped working, this was soon resolved but very inconvenient. There is no reception so had to be done over phone

Great
GGuest UserThe sea view from the room was magnificent, though the isolation from wind and sounds not the best. The pillows can be improved. The staff were the best, very professional and friendly. We enjoyed our stay, I would definitely come back.
LLisaB72I booked for myself and my sister for a night away for our Birthdays.
We had a lovely stay, our room was upgraded and we had a wonderful sea view. We were given a lovely gift which was so kind and thoughtful and really made our stay extra special.
The room was large, with a seating area and a very huge comfy bed.
Everything we needed for a relaxing night away. Robes & Slippers Perfect
Buffet breakfast was very tasty. Staff friendly and helpful.
We shall definitely return.
Thank you so much x
YyuteHsuThe location is excellent, right across from the beach, and the housekeeping staff are incredibly enthusiastic. They were always helpful whenever I needed anything. The only downside is that the price is a bit higher than hotels in the city center. Although there's a bar downstairs, I stayed on the fourth floor and barely heard any noise. They even provided earplugs for guests, which was a nice touch. The bathroom is a bit small, but the bed and comforter were very comfortable. I forgot to take pictures of the room itself, but it looks exactly like the photos on the website. I only managed to snap a few shots of the hotel's exterior.
AAnonymous UserIt was a decent stay and at off peak for £80 on a Saturday it’s not too bad. It’s a nice area of town and near to everything whilst still being quiet. The key code system as helpful asyou could come and go at any time and no check in process was needed.
The room was a reasonable size but the bathroom was very small and tight. The room gad basic creature comforts like soap, small shower gel/shampoo pots and hot drinks facilities.
The overall cleanliness was fine but the extractor fan in the bathroom was very dusty and the shower could’ve been cleaner with some hairs in it. The bed and key hygiene elements were clean though. The floors were quite thin so you could hear neighbours at times and the room could’ve done with a blackout blind really.
If it was cheap to stay again I’d consider here, but I wouldn’t pay more than I did given the overall experience as some basics were overlooked as mentioned. Hopefully the feedback is constructive.
GGuest UserA stay with my adult daughter for passing her Degree. Her 1st time in Brighton. At a lucky request gave me a partial sea view which was in fact excellent large room, comfy bed a with a gorgeous bay with full view sun. All staff were attentive, friendly and inclusive.
There’s a real charm and nostalgic atmosphere about the old building that is on the beach front enabling Breakfast to see the sea. The only reason I have not given a 5 star 🌟 is due to some signs of wear and tear / dated chairs although they were comfy and snug. Thanks to all Queens staff we will be back
JJessica FrancescoThe location of the hotel is extraordinary, seafront in front of two attractions (i360 and upside down house) and a few minutes from the center The first visual impression of the hotel was disappointing. One area was run-down and made me think the hotel was closed and abandoned. The room, on the other hand, was spacious and tidy. cleaning could be improved
Llann94High hopes but this feel quite short in a number of ways. From the photos the room looked lovely and this did match up. However it did become apparent that aesthetics have been prioritised over other aspects. The pub/club opposite was still incredibly noisy at 2am (on a Tuesday) with the windows doing nothing to muffle the noise. There was fast food rubbish found next to one of the beds from a previous occupant, and this was quite a large wrapper that would have been difficult to miss during cleaning. Communication around bed preference was not good at all, I had specifically asked for a king (and have the evidence of this in my booking details) yet on arrival twin beds were set up. When I raised this with the company, there was no offer of rectifying this, instead I was told more than once that this had been the request. To add insult to injury, our neighbours in the room next door invited some friends to their room and it seemed they were having their own party at 3am with shouting, giggling and loud music and more than 5 in the one room. We knocked on the door in the end to request some quiet as, with the club outside, we were completely surrounded by noise. One small plus point that, once we managed to get to sleep, the bed (albeit the twin I hadn’t requested) was very comfortable.
GGuest UserOn the pricey end of hotels in Brighton, the room very simple and old fashioned.
No real complaints staff are very friendly. Getting the bags to the room is difficulty so I wouldn't recommend to someone with reduced mobility.
But overall great view and nice staff.
GGuest UserEasy to book via Trip.com, reasonable price for room with ensuite in great location. I liked the decor and the bathroom. Lovely clean fluffy white towels, good wifi, password clearly indicated, useful blackout blind, HOWEVER, the lights were falling out of the ceiling, bedside lamps were sort of attached to the wall, very wobbly and dusty and the bed was cobbled together from two mismatched divans so that there was a downhill slope towards the head end of several inches. I have never seen anything like it. I slept for an hour or two using the pillows to prop me up, but still woke with all the blood gone to my head so I had to sleep upside down on top of the bed. A bed to sleep in is THE basic requirement for a hotel room, so really guys, install an actual bed!!!!!!
GGuest UserThe room was not large, but it felt modern and clean, just like the picture! The location was good, but it was disappointing for a place where 4 people went and paid 80,000 won per person. There was no elevator and the bathroom was shared... ㅠ But I think that date was a bit expensive. I looked up other dates and it was just a little cheaper. I would have been 99% satisfied! The bathroom was clean, but there was no shampoo. They gave us one towel each.
