Guest UserA few niggling things that could be improved to make it perfect, however, I would not book when the temperature outside is in the mid 20c or higher! It was baking inside more than outside, making it extremely difficult to work and sleep. The room was very clean other than a few hairs stuck in the pillow (paper lined instead of quality pillows). My room was right next to the cleaners cupboard and noise from others slamming their doors can be heard very clearly. Otherwise the street noise couldn’t be heard with the door closed, but in that heat there was no way you would want to close the door.
They give you a standing fan and a ceiling fan that stays set to 19c and no way to make it go faster. You’ve been warned about booking in hot weather!
They have a spacious lobby you can sit and work if needed, but I didn’t stay after check out.
Great location for all amenities of Brighton.
Cleaning products provided for dish washing, washing clothes and eco hand soap. Hair dryer, ironing board and iron, safe, bottle of water, milk and tea/coffee which was a nice touch (usually you get the fake milk in the pods). Everything else you need to provide yourself.
Would stay here again if was in Brighton and in the winter! Maybe it’ll be nice and cosy in the winter.

Guest UserA wonderful location right in the seafront in Brighton. An iconic hotel that exudes history. Staff were attentive, friendly and caring. CYAN restaurant set in a great setting with the staff keeping us a sea view seat. Menu was great value at £32 per person for two courses. Only disappointment was the room which we couldn’t upgrade.

ElenaLonI often choose Leonardo hotels for holidays as it's a good chain I can trust. We loved the location here. The pool is good, although weirdly too deep (1.7m) for such a small pool that many families visit. Gym.on site was probably the most decent I've seen in a hotel. Didn't eat or drink at the hotel, so cannot comment on that, but there are so many restaurants in the Lanes, you will be spoilt for choice. We've upgraded room to family with 2 King beds and it was lovely! I would definitely come back.

TravelinnbeesFantastic stay – great service, location, and value!
We stayed over a weekend and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
Check-in: we arrived early at 1pm (official check-in is 3pm) and was pleasantly surprised that our rooms was already ready. The front desk team were warm and welcoming.
Service: The staff went above and beyond – they even sent a follow-up SMS to check if our rooms were comfortable and if we needed any assistance. A personal touch that made a real difference.
Location: Perfect – just a few steps from Brighton beach. Very convenient for exploring the seafront and town.
Room: Clean, comfortable, and with strong, reliable air-conditioning. We didn't have a sea view (opted for a standard room), but it was perfectly fine since we were out most of the day.
Wi-Fi: Fast and consistent – no issues at all.
Parking: On-site parking available, and the rate was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.
Breakfast: The buffet spread was superb. A special mention for the dedicated vegan and vegetarian station – great to see such thoughtful options.
Overall: Highly recommended for families, couples, solo travellers, or anyone wanting a stress-free stay in Brighton. I'd definitely stay again.

It was a decent stay and at off peak for £80 on a Saturday it’s not too bad. It’s a nice area of town and near to everything whilst still being quiet. The key code system as helpful asyou could come and go at any time and no check in process was needed.
The room was a reasonable size but the bathroom was very small and tight. The room gad basic creature comforts like soap, small shower gel/shampoo pots and hot drinks facilities.
The overall cleanliness was fine but the extractor fan in the bathroom was very dusty and the shower could’ve been cleaner with some hairs in it. The bed and key hygiene elements were clean though. The floors were quite thin so you could hear neighbours at times and the room could’ve done with a blackout blind really.
If it was cheap to stay again I’d consider here, but I wouldn’t pay more than I did given the overall experience as some basics were overlooked as mentioned. Hopefully the feedback is constructive.

I could only manage one night out of the five I'd originally booked in this hotel. The room was stuffy, barely furnished and had an overall rundown feel to it. The walls and ceiling are paper thin, you can hear the ceiling creaking and squeaking as someone walks upstairs. The rooms come with no aircon, and the windows can open so little that there's no airflow. I wouldn't recommend staying in this hotel in summer, the rooms are as hot as ovens. Not to mention the waiting time for the only lift. The staff was unhelpful and uninterested, knowing we're in the midst of a heatwave, they didn't even offer a fan, as if they're unaware of the state of the rooms. The only positive aspect is the location, but there are many other hotels around, within the same range of price. Do yourself a favor and book another one.

The location is excellent, right across from the beach, and the housekeeping staff are incredibly enthusiastic. They were always helpful whenever I needed anything. The only downside is that the price is a bit higher than hotels in the city center. Although there's a bar downstairs, I stayed on the fourth floor and barely heard any noise. They even provided earplugs for guests, which was a nice touch. The bathroom is a bit small, but the bed and comforter were very comfortable. I forgot to take pictures of the room itself, but it looks exactly like the photos on the website. I only managed to snap a few shots of the hotel's exterior.

High hopes but this feel quite short in a number of ways. From the photos the room looked lovely and this did match up. However it did become apparent that aesthetics have been prioritised over other aspects. The pub/club opposite was still incredibly noisy at 2am (on a Tuesday) with the windows doing nothing to muffle the noise. There was fast food rubbish found next to one of the beds from a previous occupant, and this was quite a large wrapper that would have been difficult to miss during cleaning. Communication around bed preference was not good at all, I had specifically asked for a king (and have the evidence of this in my booking details) yet on arrival twin beds were set up. When I raised this with the company, there was no offer of rectifying this, instead I was told more than once that this had been the request. To add insult to injury, our neighbours in the room next door invited some friends to their room and it seemed they were having their own party at 3am with shouting, giggling and loud music and more than 5 in the one room. We knocked on the door in the end to request some quiet as, with the club outside, we were completely surrounded by noise. One small plus point that, once we managed to get to sleep, the bed (albeit the twin I hadn’t requested) was very comfortable.

The room was not large, but it felt modern and clean, just like the picture! The location was good, but it was disappointing for a place where 4 people went and paid 80,000 won per person. There was no elevator and the bathroom was shared... ㅠ But I think that date was a bit expensive. I looked up other dates and it was just a little cheaper. I would have been 99% satisfied! The bathroom was clean, but there was no shampoo. They gave us one towel each.

Guest UserThe self check in was a bit difficult at first as some of the codes didn't work but if you press the ring door bell then you get an answer and they are very helpful, the room was beautiful and the shower was lush! The fact there was a fridge was an amazing bonus cause it meant we could keep our leftovers from the restaurants fresh and keep our beers cold 😂 would highly recommend as its a 14 minute walk from the train station (literally walk in a straight line and you're there) and it's on the seafront with everything you could want or need within a 5 minute walk, will definitely be back
