"This was such a stunning hotel. It has recently been renovated and the decor is just beautiful. They have live entertainment on a Monday. The breakfast is immaculate and had so much variety. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Any queries we had they could help. The location is perfect! Only a short walk to the harbour. Room was spacious and lovely!"

"Central location, close to the beaches. I'd say it was clean, but the walls were thin and it was very noisy. I noticed a lot of guests in their 20s, which meant the hallways were excessively loud even at night. The sound from the nightclubs outside was also very noticeable."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service at this hotel was top-notch; the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and attentive. Their warmth and hospitality truly made me feel welcome.
The facilities at the hotel were excellent as well. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the room's design. The common areas of the hotel were also lovely and had a charming ambiance.
Now, let's talk about the food – it was a highlight of my stay. The breakfast offered at the 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar was simply exceptional. The variety of options and the quality of the dishes exceeded my expectations. Each morning, I eagerly looked forward to starting my day with the delicious spread they provided. It was evident that they put a lot of effort into creating a delightful breakfast experience for their guests.
In summary, my experience at 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar was fantastic. The service was impeccable, the facilities were impressive, and the food was a real treat. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in the area. It's a true gem, and I can't wait to return for another visit."

"We only had breakfast, which was fine. Busy between 9am and 10am, better to go for breakfast before 9am if possible. Location good for Harbour and Old Town, about 15 minute walk. Beach directly in front of hotel. Pool on the small side, but there is good shade when it’s too hot. Only issue was the pool closed at 7pm. Would of been nice if it was open a little later to cool off after being out all day. Staff were helpful and polite. Hotel clean"

No. 4 of Family Hotels in South Aegean"Fantastic hotel. Would stay here again without any hesitation. The all inclusive food was superb and the best we have ever had (including restaurants) the room with private pool was brilliant, spacious and light. Well stocked mini bar!! My only slight observation would be that some of the hotel needed a bit of minor cosmetic attention (cracks in glass etc) and room housekeeping (sometimes hair and fluff left on floor) but this did not detract from the quality of the overall stay. There were quite a few children around and other reviews suggest plenty for kids to do, however we didn’t take our children on this short stay but believe they may have been slightly bored if they had come along - besides a small pool / slide and play area there did not seem a lot for children. Please keep in mind we were not specifically looking as we were child free so this is not a criticism . Booking of restaurants is essential - download the mitsis app which was a godsend! It features all restaurant menus and concierge so you can add extras. . Super impressed with the hotel!"

"Very stylish hotel. Photos are not guided in the camera, let's experience it for yourself
The menu on the roof is the same as the pool bar, and the recommended dishes are worth trying. Pool bar, different performances every night from Thursday to Sunday, very romantic.
The service is of course decent and warm. The hotel also provides mailing services, which is very convenient.
You can see the old castle on the roof, which is also very feeling."

"An extremely satisfying experience!!! Very clean and beautiful. Opening the curtains, you face the sea. It's really happy to walk out barefoot through the back window and feel the hot shore rocks☺️. Breakfast and dinner are very rich. The restaurant is spacious. You can always see butterflies and little cats outside the window. The service attitude is as warm as the sunshine on Rhodes! I'm a little reluctant to leave. Every staff member is very friendly. We will stay here next time!
An absolutely amazing experience! Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully arranged. As soon as you open the curtains, you’re greeted with a stunning view of the sea. Stepping out barefoot through the back window onto the sun-warmed rocks was pure happiness☺️.
Both breakfast and dinner were plentiful and delicious. The restaurant is spacious, and you can always spot butterflies and little cats outside the window. The service was as warm and welcoming as the sunshine on Rhodes!
We honestly didn’t want to leave. Every staff member was incredibly kind and friendly. We’ll definitely stay here again next time!"

BBonniThe hotel is brand new. It’s clean, the bed is more than comfortable, the room is spacious and beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, the gym is amazing, the spa was outstanding, the staff were unbelievable, the location is perfect and there is parking. I can’t say enough amazing things because it really was the perfect adult only hotel. But…. And the only but was that we wanted a swim up pool as described on the websites “Heated swim up” with what looks like in the pictures a double bed into the water. It’s not that at all. There is a regular patio with a table and two chairs and a tiny pool with no sun and the water is an ice bath not fit for human beings unless u do cold plunges. We paid double for this room and it was for nothing. Our friends stayed in a regular room facing the pool and paid half the price. There is a noise from the road so I imagine a higher floor on the opposite side is better because it’s sea facing. But other than that everything was 10/10. The pic I have added was the maximum sun the pool gets so maybe the end room gets a bit of sun in the afternoon. But no bed into the pool.

CCallum TIn general happy with our stay at Amoh, and there’s plenty of things to be positive of moving forwards for the hotel. That being said there are a few things to improve on, and some of them are a necessity considering the price paid and the standard they are looking to achieve.
Positives:
- Location is stunning with the typical crystal clear seas and good beaches.
- Hotel is well equipped with good restaurants.
- The rooms were modern and comfortable, with all necessary amenities provided.
- Pool was excellent, and the loungers very comfortable.
- Breakfast was superb.
- Some of the service was very good, some awful (see below). Shout outs to the good ones - the entire staff at the seafood restaurant, Matvey at the beach bar and Thanos.
Things to work on:
- Service definitely needs some improvement considering the price paid. Upon check in no one thought to show us around to where the beaches are or the different restaurants etc.
- No information was given regarding services offered by the hotel outside of the spa. For instance boat rides or services to the centre etc. There’s a tennis court but I was not told when or how to request usage.
- In fact no one really told us anything. We had to constantly ask for information and even then it was often vague. At the start of our stay we asked about the WiFi and a member of staff replied that they “weren’t trained for that” (what does that even mean).
- No help was offered with luggage from check-in. We only had small bags but the help is usually offered at other hotels.
- Towels really should just be put rolled up on each sunbed in the morning, to prevent guests having to manually search for them.
- The restaurants whilst delicious are shockingly expensive. Over €25 for a Greek salad is ridiculous, and the cheapest sushi I believe was around €20 for 8 pieces. I’ve genuinely paid less at michelin restaurants in London.
- There need to be taps and showers near the beaches to guests can wash the sand off themselves before entering the hotel again.

GGuest UserWe had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gennadi Grand Resort. The hotel is exceptionally well organized, and everything operates smoothly from the moment you arrive. What impressed us most was the staff: every member of the team was incredibly attentive, friendly, professional, and always smiling. Their genuine hospitality made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
The rooms are excellent—spacious, bright, airy, modern, and extremely comfortable. Everything has been designed thoughtfully, and it is clear that even the smallest details have been carefully considered to make guests’ stay as pleasant and convenient as possible. The hotel is also stylish and equipped with up-to-date technology.
Breakfast is excellent, with a very wide selection and plenty of alternatives for different tastes. The overall food and beverage offering is equally impressive, both in terms of variety and quality.
The facilities and services are outstanding, with many options and amenities available throughout the resort. The beach is beautiful, the sea is lovely, and the entire beach area is comfortable and well maintained.
Everything—from the organization, staff, rooms, and breakfast to the facilities, dining, beach, and sea—was excellent. It was a flawless experience in every respect. Gennadi Grand Resort is a truly exceptional hotel, and we would happily visit again. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserAn experience I wanted to try for two nights as I never have. Beautiful place but not walking distance to anywhere close by
The food was amazing and the service. The pool was amazing too. The private beach was gorgeous. Being greeted with champagne and a flannel plus fruit was a real treat for me

FFranciscoThe location is amazing, in a quiet corner of Vlycha beach, where it feels calmer and relaxing. It's also conveniently located at 10-min drive to Lindos town. The beach is just 3 mins away on foot. The hotel is very modern, has a new feel, very minimalistic which we like very much. This is an adult-only hotel which we prefer, so we really had more serene mood. Breakfast is fantastic, a lot of variety so we didn't get bored within the 5 days we were there. Dinner at one of the restaurants (Agistri) was great, the service was nice. The hotel also allowed us to check out late at 1pm (standard is 11am), which was nice because we booked a facial treatment at the spa at 1030am on day of check out because it was the only available one that morning. The shower was working perfectly, with a view of the pool and the sea. Our private pool was always clean and looks new. Housekeeping staff was also very friendly and did proper clean up.
Opportunities to improve on:
1. The butler was not friendly at all, which is disappointing as he was the first person to greet guests at the lobby. We arrived at the front with our rental car, and he didn't even greet. He was quite aggressive when we asked where to park the car, and he simply pointed wherever vacant spot on the street we see. He was also responsible to walking us to our room with the luggage upon check in, and that was a few minutes of awkwardness too.
2. The check-in was a bit clumsy. Although the reception lady was really nice, he assisted us to check in via the hotel app (which we first had to download). That took some time when it was possible to simply check us in the normal way. I understand that the hotel wants to push the app to guests, but perhaps best to check in the normal way first THEN ask us to download the app afterwards. This way, it doesn't feel like: if we don't download the app, we cannot check in. Because in the end, we find the app helpful. We were in Lindos town one afternoon, and reserved our massage and dinner at the hotel via the app while there.
3. The room phone line did not function the whole time we were there. We reported it on day one, nothing happened. We had some questions that the app couldn't answer, and we always have to go to the reception to ask little questions, like how much the bottle of wine in the room costs, or if it's possible to do late check out.
4. One one night, we hang out at the pool bar and there was only one service staff. We had to wait for about half an hour to get our drinks, and he only passed by once to say it's coming though we can see the bar and no one is preparing anything.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and the value for money is worth it. We will come back again and recommend.

CCapybara930The interior is pretty, and the common area on the first floor is really hip and well-designed. They also host a variety of events every day. The accommodation has a somewhat unique layout; there is one bed with a curtain in the common hall, and two beds are placed in each room. It wasn't bad, except that noise could be heard easily. As the reviews said, the bathroom shower room is indeed very cramped.

AAnonymous UserWe spent 3 nights at the Belair Hotel with breakfast included. On the first night we received a small room of 10-12 m2 with a sea view, even though I had booked a room of 22 m2 (standard room on Trip.com). The next day, the reception without any problems suggested changing the room to a larger one. The rooms are quite modernly decorated in a holiday style with a fridge, a kettle and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The hotel has 2 swimming pools. In July at 10 there were no more free sun loungers. Instead of going to the swimming pool, I recommend going to the beach for the whole day - the best one is 30 m from the hotel (next to the Rhodes Palace hotel - an underground passage right next to the Rhodes Palace sign). We were offered to change towels once every two days. During the season, the hotel offers evening attractions in front of the hotel bar right next to a busy street. There are two supermarkets under the hotel where you can buy from food to souvenirs. Breakfast was good, not much choice and quite monotonous. The service from the cleaners to the reception desk is nice and communicates in English. There are bus stops in front of the hotel, with buses taking you to/from the airport and the center of Rhodes. Tickets must be purchased at the supermarket next to the hotel. Despite a few inconveniences, I rate the hotel a strong 4/5.

GGuest UserWe regularly visit Rhodes and usually stay at Mitsis Resorts, but this time we decided to try something different and booked the Aulus.
Overall, the staff were pleasant and friendly throughout our stay, and the drinks/cocktails were very nice. The pizza restaurant was definitely the highlight food-wise, although service there felt quite disorganised at times.
Unfortunately, the main buffet food was disappointing and nowhere near the standard we expected. Most dishes were cold, overcooked, and very dry. Booking the à la carte restaurants was also frustrating, as many seemed fully booked before we had even arrived at the hotel.
Another downside was the lack of sunbeds around the pool area, which made it difficult to relax unless you were up very early. There also didn’t seem to be enough staff around during busy times.
Overall, I’d rate the hotel around 6/10. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but compared to other resorts we’ve experienced in Rhodes, I don’t think we would return again.

CCaGirlWe stayed for 12 days, the location was perfect, within walking distance of everything in Rhodes City. It's a small hotel so the owner lives there and is there every morning serving breakfast. The owner (and staff) are very friendly and will help you with whatever you need. The breakfast was simple but filling we also bought additional items such as fruit & yogurt to have with the breakfast. It can get a bit noisy at night if you have a room facing the main street, but overall it was a nice place to stay.
