The staff is really friendly. There is no air conditioning, and the accommodation conditions in Korea in the 1970s were indeed apartment-level, really old and poor. The room is too small and uncomfortable without air conditioning. The key is not a card key, so it is not convenient to carry in large bundles. Since it is a large metal ball, it is inconvenient to carry. Never use the summer from June to September. The toilet is too narrow and the facilities are outdated. The door is an old tree, Only spring and autumn do not matter. There is a taxi there, so it is very convenient to go to the old town. But the staff is very friendly. And the breakfast is really good. The breakfast is really good. WiFi is only available in the lobby. I can't do it in my room, but I can do it on the terrace of my hotel. The hotel is 20m from the lobby. Parking is more relaxing. A nice apartment in the center of Pula. We received detailed check-in instruction via email. It was clear, and despite requiring us to enter several codes, we completed the task easily. The building is old and a bit gloomy. There was a heavy, damp smell in the hallway. We found several dirty towels behind the bathroom door, likely left over from previous guests. However, we found clean, fresh towels also, and this wasn't a problem. We liked the apartment. All the electrical and plumbing worked well, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the soundproofing was good.

Jak to my, smutni Polacy bardzo długo i intensywnie szukaliśmy minusów i miejsc, do których można by się przyczepić – i absolutnie nie znaleźliśmy :). Otwartość, uprzejmość, organizacja, lokalizacja, przejrzystość, czystość, słowiańskość w miksturze z rzymskim, śródziemnomorskim tłem – wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Z pełnym przekonaniem: te miejsce konkuruje z wybitnie śródziemnomorskimi kierunkami – takimi jak Hiszpania czy Włochy, jestem pewien, że wśród wielu odbiorców wygrywa. Zdecydowanie polecamy!

The stay experience exceeded expectations. The hotel location is very convenient, not far from the station and business district. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was good, and the rest was very stable. The front desk staff was gentle, the check-in was efficient, and the questions would be answered patiently. The public areas are clean and elegant, the breakfast is rich in categories and the taste is online. The facilities are maintained in place, the hot water and air conditioning are used smoothly, the overall atmosphere is quiet and comfortable, and the price is very high. Whether it is a short trip or a transit, it is very suitable. I will choose this one next time. It is highly recommended.

The service staff is very good, the environment is first-class, but there is no carpet in the room, and the worst thing is that there is too little breakfast. I don’t know if it’s the off-season. It was absolutely an amazing experience staying at this place. Location : Perfect location. Lush green. Amazing beaches nearby. Good connectivity via Taxis as well as public transport. Beautiful aquarium nearby. Also, do not miss the beautiful Ambrela beach nearby. Rooms : Clean. With a kitchenette. All required utensils present. Microwave and fridge available. Service : 24 hour reception with super friendly staff. The cleaning staff is very responsive and no complaints against them. Food: The resort has it's own shopping complex with so many restaurants. You get everything! They even have a supermarket. A bit expensive, but the extra money is for the convenience. Pool : Three sea water swimming pools with a pool bar. The only drawback is that the pool closes at 19:00. It should be extended till 21:00 at least during summers. Perfect for families. Just book! Do not think twice. This place will be remembered by us as the place where our 1-year old learnt to swim. Thank you Park Plaza for the experience.

The hotel is close to the cross-border bus station. It is convenient to take the bus in the morning. It only takes about ten minutes to walk. The room equipment is average, two single beds, the space is not too big, and only one stick of water is provided for two people for three nights! Breakfast is in the restaurant downstairs, the environment is very good, there are many types of food, the most pleasant surprise is that there is a fried dumpling column, breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00 am, if you want to take an early bus (such as 6:45 in the morning), you can only abandon breakfast!

If you are looking for a central location, this is your place. On top of its excellent location, the service we received was second to none. Omar was friendly and flexible and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very good and the lady who served it was very nice and met all our requests. The room was clean and the mattress very comfortable.
