"The hotel isn't 100% finished yet, and the parking is quite a distance from the rooms. My suggestion would be to create a shortcut or direct path from the parking area to the rooms."

"We booked 3 rooms forv6 pax. I am very pleased with the rooms and service. Breakfast was good and varieties. Unfortunately, on the 6th day, I found a medium fly or bee in the vegetables. I showed to the staff serving foid but no response from them. I was quite pleased when I entered the hotel. Unfortunately, I had lots of trauma with 4 cats jumping and appearing suddenly running across everywhere. One cat even keeps meowing at the door at night until I have to call the reception to take it away. They should cage the cat or house them far fro. The front rather than let them run wild causing traumatic experience. I would not want to stay at Sandalwood in future."

"My family and I got a room on the second floor (which is right below the swimming pool). Honestly, the room was a big no for me. It wasn't soundproof at all; it was incredibly noisy. My room was in the middle of the floor, but I could clearly hear the elevator (I can't imagine what it's like for rooms right next to it!). And the AC in my room was broken. The technician just cleaned the filter, and nothing changed. We ended up complaining to switch rooms and got a free upgrade. But another problem arose: in the new room, the AC remote and the unit weren't connecting, and there was no hairdryer (we had to request one). Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. The food variety was lacking, and the taste was just so-so. However, the kids' play facilities were good. For us, once was enough."

"Stayed with Bobocabin for a night! Did BBQ there as well! It was an amazing stay! They offer activities as well such as Off road Jeep, hiking etc. Can check with them before you arrive! They mostly communicate via Bahasa so do take your translator app with you. The room space is really small so do bring as little things as possible. Check in is via an app (Bobobox) and room key is using the app as well."

"Cockroach passing on the lobby. There's also another small cockroach in the bathroom. Receptionist staff is having a fast, but didn't wear any mouth mask so the aroma is so disturbing. The good is , there's a SPKLU for EV charger station so can fill up the battery for 4 hours. The room and the bed size is quite big and good."

"This is 1st time for me and family to stay with the Valley Resort and i would likt to said our stay are good and comfortable. The service are good ,the staff are friendly and also best of all since i celebrating my bday the room i stay the arrange with nice decoration and wishing word”Happy Birthday” ,i feel really touching for the services.the food for breakfast can be more good with more variety specially can add salads and hot soup in future ya 😉. I booked 3 room since i came with my family,1 of the room are connecting and it is perfect specially for my parents as they are older so good we can look after too,the view are good as we choice rhe room type with balcony so we can enjoy the view. Only the amenity lil bit rundown specially go car area perhaps can fix as well with lift for old people quiet challenging for up and down on the hills,others like mini bird park,chicken farms and playgrounds are vakue add to the resort😉. Gym and swimming are good specially with the hill views since the resort allocated above hills ,my nephews and sister are enjoying ,only some equipment in gym must more maintance and can be more better. Overall we enjoy stay at the resort and will recommend to family and friends to stay for some changing views and experience in Bandung ,Good Job the Valley resort hotel keep it your good service ya and Thank you for welcoming me and family 👍😉"
