Amazing
DDr. Ong SoetantoIt was my first time staying at this hotel, and the location is very strategic. The receptionist was kind and welcoming, which made the check-in experience pleasant. During Ramadan, they kindly arranged for breakfast to be delivered to my room as requested, which I really appreciated. The room was clean, and overall the stay was very comfortable. I would definitely come back for a short stay in Bogor..yes it’s highly recommended.

IilovecoffeebreaksLiked the cleanliness and fuss free accommodation here. It’s next to the Botanic Gardens and near to the city centre. However the nearest convenience store is about 5 mins walk behind the hotel.

GGuest UserLocation is very central behind McD Bogor Botanical Garden. There is BTM mall just beside. Deluxe room is small but clean. Water heater works well. Pool size is ok for kids but the water is very cold. We opted room without breakfast so can't comment on d food. Breakfast is 100k per pax. Room twin bed is 120cm each. There is small fridge. But no hairdryer. I think the room is just lacking of space for putting things. If they put the tv on the wall it will be better

SSyiffMy stay at amaris was perfect for a business trip. The rooms are spacious like serviced apartments, complete with a work desk, living area, and kitchenette, making it comfortable for longer stays. The Wi-Fi was reliable for online meetings, the atmosphere was quiet for productivity, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Although the interior feels slightly classic, the peaceful environment and great facilities make it a solid choice for business travelers.

GGuest UserCozy for those who want to relax after routines, especially residents outside Bogor. Worth it, the location, the room, the atmosphere. It happened to choose a room with a quiet atmosphere.. Mezzanine Suite type ... Really full rest ... Next yes, come back here again. Ma'aaic Azana Essence Sanggarbuana, which has already been one of the best comfortable hotels. Recommended 😍🥰

GGuest UserI didn't expect to get a room with a bathtub, but there were a few downsides. Some of the facilities in the room, like the bathtub, were rusty, and there was a cigarette burn hole on the sofa. Also, there was no hairdryer, so I borrowed one from reception, but it wasn't powerful enough to dry my hair quickly. The breakfast selection was very limited and unappealing. Plus, they charged 75,000 for an 8-year-old child, who barely eats anything at that age. On the positive side, the staff service was very friendly. Thank you.

PPatriciaHeritage hotel, in good condition despite the building age. We stay in 6th floor, the elevator only reaches 5th floor so we still need to take stairs. Standart room in 6th floor is quite large, we put our twin bed together for the three of us and still feel spacious.
The hotel has special low-calorie dishes, dendeng and satay, which I think were made for vegan.
They have delicious doughnuts, must try for desert.
There's a wet wet party for kids in the pool everymorning. I tried their billiard and old piano, which was a nice experience.

- Friendly staff, quickly replaced my sheets after mentioning the stained sheets.
- Daily water bottles.
- Good location (close to Botanical Gardens, Indomaret).
- Quiet.
- Comfortable mattress.
Could be better:
- The air conditioning works well, but it's very loud.
- The pillows take a few nights to get used to because they're very thick/high. Also they heat up very very fast, so I needed to cover it with a towel.
Bad:
- Lots of stains on the mattress cover and blankets. Also the towels could look fresher than they did.
- It takes ages to get hot water for a shower.
- Water pressure is highly irregular.

AAnonymous UserLocation: The hotel is located across exit 3 of Bogor Botanical Garden. It's a good place to rest after playing the whole day with your kid. There are 2 department stores within 1 km, lots of food stalls & cafes in the vicinity.
Service: Standard amenities were readily available when I entered the room, except towels and bathroom mat. I reported to the front office but they were delivered late, despite housekeeping staff working on my floor.
Food: Breakfast was great! However, the dinner I ordered through room service was tasteless. They have a cafe in the lobby. Drinks were under expectation, but the traditional snacks were marvelous!
