"I booked a superior room and the hotel staff offered me a free upgrade to a deluxe room for more comfort. Of course, I was very happy with the offer. When I entered the room, there was no welcome cake that I ordered (even though all 4-star hotels always provide it for free). And... the bed was not suitable. I ordered a queen, but what I got was a twin bed combined into one. The staff was not honest with me whether the queen bed was full or not. For breakfast, it was less variety for a 4-star hotel. only 1 kind of juice, there's no sausage/potatoes"

"The service rendered by the hotel was top notch and definitely will stay again if stop at Bandung in the future. The staff was realy helpful and polite. The process for check on and out was so easy. The room was spacious and worthy for the money spend. Definitely will get other people to stay here if they went to Bandung. The hotel also near the Paris Van Java mall."

"The location is strategic. It helps a lot to go around Bandung. Near from PVJ and some viral caffes or restaurants in Bandung. The parking space needs to improve. Because guests who drive the car will be difficult to park thier cars especially during high seasson. The ambiance is comfy with the oldiest ornaments around the hotel. Eazy to get meal for breakfast if you don't book the hotel with BF. Overall, it is still chooseable for staying 1-3 nights at maximum"

"Fantastic stay with great service and perfect location!I stayed at this hotel for three nights and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and checked us in very quickly. Our room was spotless, modern, and offered a beautiful view of the city skyline. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. "The hotel's location is very strategic, and overall, my stay was quite pleasant. However, there are a few areas that could be improved, especially regarding comfort. The room wasn't soundproof enough, so noise from the hallway and the street was quite audible and could disturb my rest. Additionally, bathroom cleanliness needs more attention, as there were still some black mold stains. The pillows also didn't smell very fresh; it would be more comfortable if their cleanliness and maintenance could be improved. Lastly, amenities, especially liquid soap, should be fully stocked. I hope this feedback can be used for evaluation to improve service quality in the future. Thank you."

"This was our first time staying at the Aston Hotel, and the service was friendly, prompt, and very helpful. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted with welcome drinks. Check-in was simple and hassle-free, and the receptionist was beautiful, very friendly, and extremely helpful. The breakfast was equally delicious with a wide variety of options that tasted great. All the staff, from the chefs to the waiters, were very proactive in serving and refilling items. All in all, it's highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in the Bandung area, especially with its proximity to a mall, culinary spots, souvenir shops, and travel agencies. Please improve the AC temperature as it wasn't cool enough, but overall, Hotel Aston Pasteur is the best!"

"The hotel is conveniently located, not far from the highway exit. It seems quite new and is pretty clean. Breakfast is included and offers a good variety, including fried rice, fried noodles (though the noodles were a bit salty), fried chicken, toast, chicken porridge, and kolak. The staff were friendly enough. I'd come back again."

"The hotel location is good if one is travelling using the train or will use the tol highway. The bed is comfy, the room with a mountain view is awesome. Breakfast is modest. But the toilet needs some extra cleaning to do away with mildew and stains. Hotel staff overall are helpful."

The interior of the hotel is nice, clean, there is an elevator too, all the staff are helpful and friendly, and you can have free snacks that are refilled every day. Location is close to PVJ and BMB Canteen. Can walk even. it's just that there is no mini refrigerator and swimming pool in the room"
