"I reached hotel very late in the night. Still the reception i received was very warming. My room was ready and i didn’t have to wait to finish my check-in. I had called the reception help desk en route and told them to prepare some dinner for me. When i reached my room, it was served hot and appeared to be freshly prepared. The hospitality was top class. Full marks for cleanliness and refreshing atmosphere."

The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space.

BbibrewdogI recently stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel Pune and, overall, had a pleasant experience. The staff were courteous, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. However, I did notice that some areas of the hotel are beginning to show their age. In particular, the coffee shop's furniture could use some attention. The sofas appeared worn and in need of a deep cleaning, and a few tables were a bit wobbly, which made dining slightly uncomfortable. While the bathrooms were clean, certain fixtures seemed dated, suggesting that the hotel might benefit from some refurbishments to maintain its high standards. Despite these minor issues, the hotel's service and amenities were commendable. With some updates to the furnishings and facilities, the JW Marriott Pune can continue to offer the luxurious experience it's known for.

GGuest UserI made my base here when travelling for a friends wedding. My first time in India! The hotel was gorgeous and especially the rooftop. The spa treatment was well priced and very relaxing. In general the staff were very helpful too. I went in November, hotel seemed pretty quiet. I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness as I could see some marks on the window(which is full length from floor to ceiling) but in general was a lovely place to rest whilst not out exploring :)

Sspring-AiVery satisfied with a stay experience. The service staff are very warm, there are many types of breakfast, and you can also experience authentic Indian cuisine. Knowing that I have a lot of water, the waiter replenishes sufficient bottled water every day, safe and clean, recommended!

MMarti_13I have stayed for only one night while passing by Pune for business, therefore I could not experience breakfast and facilities (no time).
Overall, I think the hotel is located conveniently in the city center, room size is average and the toilet has all the amenities you might need for your stay. A good value for money option!
The only downturn for me, has been finding the carpet in the room a bit dirty with some food crumbles from (I guess) previous guests, for the rest the toilet and rest of the room seemed to be decently cleaned. My other colleagues did not experience the same, therefore it must have been a small accident and not their standard.

ZZahra J KWe lived at Meritas Adore Resort in Lonavala for 3 nights and I would like to take a moment to really appreciate the entire the staff. They were all extremely respectful, humble, and responsive.
Mr Shivam during check-in was welcoming and very accommodating.
Baba rao in the restaurant was always on his feet during breakfast hours and whenevr we saw him throughout the day.
Rahul and Sritham were very hospitable and kind and always served us with utmost warmth.
The housekeeping girls always had a smile on their face and were available promptly.
The property is small (which honestly we loved) and super squeaky clean and well maintained.
Given the current situation in our country, the biggest thing i saw in the staff was how they gave equal treatment and respect to every guest despite their culture, language or dress. I am super happy we chose this place to spend a few days. I am surely going back again, if they maintain these good standards.

I stayed at The Orchid Hotel Pune recently and had a very unpleasant experience. I requested airport pickup, but reaching the hotel to confirm this was extremely difficult – poor communication and no one seemed responsive. When I finally arrived, the staff came across as cold and unwelcoming, which set a negative tone for the entire stay.
To make matters worse, the hotel strictly enforces a ”no outside food” policy. This felt unnecessarily restrictive and inconvenient, especially when you want basic flexibility as a guest.
Overall, the service lacked warmth, the communication was frustrating, and the policies made the stay uncomfortable. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others looking for a hassle-free, friendly experience.
