From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The staff was incredibly polite, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. They were quick to respond to any request and always greeted with a warm smile, which made the experience even more pleasant.

GGuest UserThe mattress is clean and sleepy. It is recommended. The breakfast buffet is of good quality and very varied choices (there is actually Yangleduo). It is worth buying, but the sound insulation needs to be strengthened. The overall staff service is also impressive. If you visit again, you will stay again!

GGuest UserEverything was great and my only disappointment was that the room was in a dark corridor with windows into that corridor. We had no light or windows to allow light in. The room itself was well appointed and very large. The staff were amazing and if we were staying longer I would have requested a different room.

GGuest Userit is a relatively new property with modern decor and spacious lounge and dining hall. rooms and bathrooms are fine with very good mattresses which ensures good sleep quality. the staff at reception is very efficient and cooperative.we celebrated our 50th marriage anniversary and were upgraded to a club room with complimentary lounge facility and a lovely cake was offered to us as a loving gesture. we had booked a half board package and the breakfast and dinner both had lots of varieties and many of the dishes were good, however i feel some dishes require improvement. lastly there was live sitar recital which speaks of high taste of the hotel management. the sitarist Mr Shabir performed very well and was very graceful person.the staff every where including restaurant staff was very well trained and m/s Radhika, Tirva, Rupsha and Sonali were very friendly and always eager to help the clients and served with a smile.

GGuest UserThe rooms and space is well-done. The location is good and it was clean. The staff seemed a little rude because of which the experience could have been better. Other than that, food, room cleanliness and location is all good!

GGuest UserThis charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc.
Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/management accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another
