Hotel makes big deal with Duty free liquor.. so obtain a signed n sealed permit before you visit this hotel. Very poor service from checkin to housekeeping. Adajaj cafe food is below average with some flashes of excellence at live stations but service was good n good hostess

Nice cleantrue 4 star hotel with good service, good restaurants on LG & L9 n even stocked mini bar fridge!! Prompt response to any housekeeping n room service or cleaning requests. Despite liquor ptohibition in Gudjarat state for public, tourists cam enjoy specisl treatment and can get wine, beer, etc in this hotel. Located centrally near Ahmedabad city council, some local shops, big supermarket 5km away by tuktuk.inside well maintained n clean, nice lobby with Zodiac themed ceiling far high up, it has even old style business centre common fir 5 star hotels like Intercontinental Sydney with desktop pc + printer if you need it. Great service, fantastic rooms, good breakfast & friendly staff. We had a great stay here and I would personally like to thank Gulshan for being extremely accommodating & professional. He made our experience so much better and went the extra mile to help us. Will be booking again in future.

The hotel is under renovation and the entire property (including rooms) smells of toxic paint. There was no information about this renovation on the website while making the booking. The heavy solvent smell gave me a headache and the stay was very unplesant.

Amazing room with exceptional service. Only draw back is old tv in which you can't stream anything and even the volume of my phone is more than tv. Room is spacious but old.

The rooms and space is well-done. The location is good and it was clean. The staff seemed a little rude because of which the experience could have been better. Other than that, food, room cleanliness and location is all good!
