"I had a fantastic stay here! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, directly across from Mestre train station – just a walk across the street. Getting to Venice Island by train is a breeze, taking only a few minutes, which is super helpful for tourists. The room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable amount of space and a very cozy bed. The overall environment was quiet. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great. All the hotel staff were friendly; check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were patient and helpful whenever I had questions. I particularly loved the convenient transportation. Not only is it easy to get to Venice, but taking the bus to the airport is also very convenient. For anyone visiting Venice, I think staying in Mestre is more convenient than staying on the island, and it offers great value for money. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. If I visit Venice again, I'll definitely choose this hotel and recommend it to my friends!"

"The hotel's location is good for traveling by bus to island Venice and the station for traveling to neighboring cities. We were on a short holiday and were able to see a lot. The hotel rooms are small, but quite suitable for an overnight stay after a busy day. In the evening you could sit in the hotel lobby with a glass of wine before relaxing. Thanks to the friendly hotel staff for providing a comfortable stay. They make good coffee."

"Extremely satisfied 👍, the hotel facilities are excellent and well-equipped, including Illy coffee and various tea bags. There's a fridge, which is really convenient for bringing back ice sometimes. The hygiene is impeccable. The front desk and other staff are all very warm and polite, always proactively going the extra mile for guests. My experience traveling in Italy was quite disappointing due to numerous pickpockets, and public transport being either late, early, or striking. Thankfully, this hotel provided me with the best, most comfortable experience and wonderful memories, otherwise, I really couldn't have continued my trip. I could stay at this hotel forever. The price is a little higher than other hotels, but its value definitely exceeds its price. Staying at this hotel makes your trip easy and pleasant."

"Excellent hotel! I had a great stay here. It's calm and set in a beautiful Italian countryside, so it doesn't even feel like we're in crowded Venice. And in a way, we're not... Despite that, it's super close, just a 15-minute bus ride (which we caught right in front of the hotel) to Piazza Roma, near Venice Santa Lucia railway station. The room is comfortable and has a beautiful view. The breakfast is spectacular, I'll miss it. And it's only nine minutes from the airport. Contact the hotel and request their transfer service; it's cheaper than a taxi, and Uber is ridiculously expensive! You can also take a bus from the airport to the hotel if you have light luggage; it only takes about 10 minutes."

"This hotel offers good value for money, but it's quite far from the islands, and after 6 PM, there are no dining options nearby. If you're out and about, I'd recommend eating before returning, otherwise, it'll be hard to find food. This is the most inconvenient aspect of staying at this hotel; everything else is fine. Also, I recommend buying a day pass for Venice; it's more economical and allows you to use the water buses."

"We stayed at chiara lodge for 2 nights to visit Venice. It is located in a very quiet and at the same time very convenient area, just 5 minutes walk from the station. The structure is nice, the room we stayed in was comfortable, clean and well-ordered, the bed was excellent, we slept really well. The breakfast is plentiful and very good, there is everything, from sweet to savory, to fresh fruit. A special mention goes to the lemon cake which was really delicious. Lastly, I can only say good things about the staff, extremely kind and helpful, they made us feel perfectly at ease, as if we were at home, and they also gave us the right tips for visiting Venice and the islands."

"The hotel is located in the center of Mestre, 2 km to the railway station. We got to Venice by tram, the stop is nearby, we bought tickets at the stop in the machine. The staff is hospitable, the service was pleasant. The hotel is clean and renovated. We did not take breakfast, I can not say anything about this. Thank you. I recommend"
