"This hotel is really close to the station, easily walkable. I wasn't expecting much, just needed a simple overnight stay for the Atami Fireworks Festival, but I was pleasantly surprised! The environment here is exceptionally good, and the hotel feels very new. Plus, it includes breakfast: a coffee and a hot dog or sandwich. The room was listed as 19 square meters, but we could easily open our 28-inch suitcase flat, as the layout is compact and well-designed."

"It's understandable given the age of the building, but there were some areas where the floor in the room sagged. There's only one elevator, so getting around takes a long time. The ferry terminal for Hatsushima Island is right in front, so it's very convenient for those going to Hatsushima. The walls are thin, so you can hear noise from the next room."

"We booked a mix western+japanese tatami big room. The views are lovely , the cleanliness is on a good level , the staff is attentive and responsive.the meals included are served buffetstyle in a huge room with seaside views. A lot of choices and level of food good enough. There were also 2 lounges and 3 onsen. The main one has view on the Atami peninsula. I would recommen"

"Even though the room was a bit old, the staff's service attitude was really great. There's a Ginza bus stop about a 5-minute walk away. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus to and from Atami (during check-in and check-out times). The curry for dinner was absolutely delicious! And all-you-can-drink beer! It was truly comfortable. We stayed for two nights, and on one of the days, we visited Mt. Omuro and Jogasaki Coast. It was really wonderful!"

"The service was great! I left my phone at the hotel and really appreciate the staff member who helped me retrieve it, as well as the Trip.com customer service. The hotel itself felt quite old, and the cleanliness was just okay. However, the food was excellent and plentiful! The hot spring was nothing special, but for the price, it's very good value for money. It's also very close to the fireworks festival. On check-in day, I waited at Atami Station for the hotel's shuttle bus, but was told there were no seats available and had to take a taxi, which I waited half an hour for."

"The hotel's facilities are really great. I chose a huge tatami room all to myself, though people from my country might not be used to sleeping on tatami. The only downside to the room was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy, but thankfully there's a door, and closing it helped a lot. Both the room and the restaurant face the sea and the harbor, so the view is absolutely unparalleled. As for the location, it's a bit on the outskirts with no commercial areas nearby; it takes about a 10-minute walk to reach dining and shopping spots. All hotel guests receive a complimentary hot spring ticket. Their hot spring also faces the sea. The infinity hot spring pool is definitely the biggest highlight! The entire hot spring area is very modern and beautifully designed. However, it's spread across 7 floors, and you have to undress upstairs and downstairs, with shoe storage and showering not in the same area, which makes the process a bit confusing and overwhelming."

"The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from Atami Station. There's a large Family Mart convenience store right at the corner, perfect for grabbing some snacks. In the lobby on the first floor, you can help yourself to skincare products like cleansing oil, which are from Pola. There's also a coffee machine and a microwave available for guest use. The room was typical of a Toyoko Inn – compact but well-equipped. I could hear the JR trains passing from my room, but it wasn't particularly early in the morning. Breakfast is served in the first-floor lobby. The selection was good, with both Western-style pastries and Japanese options like curry rice and miso soup. Compared to other Toyoko Inn hotels, the dining area here is a bit smaller and felt a little cramped, so it's best to go during off-peak hours for breakfast."

"This place was surprisingly good! The scenery is indeed beautiful and the rooms are spacious. What really stood out was the more extensive self-service drinks available on the first floor – a very thoughtful touch. I'll definitely be back next time. Highly recommend!"

"The room offered a fantastic sea view. The public hot spring area showed great attention to detail; the hotel provided each guest with a special tote bag for their toiletries to take to the baths. The bath facilities were comprehensive, and it wasn't crowded during my soak, making for a peaceful and comfortable experience. The only minor letdown was that my stay coincided with the day after a public holiday, so the room rate was higher than on weekdays. It would have offered even better value for money at a regular price. Based on my previous stays, the guest rooms are well-equipped and clean, and the balconies come with private pine-wood hot tubs. Overall, both the facilities and the hot spring amenities are excellent. The only slight drawback is that the check-in guidance at the front desk isn't very clear, and it's easy to get lost between the two accommodation buildings. All in all, the hot spring experience is outstanding, and it's definitely worth staying if you want to enjoy a hot spring bath with a sea view. I'd recommend avoiding peak holiday periods when booking to save a significant amount on room fees."
