"It is a 10-minute walk to get there. You will need to use the stairs if you are coming from Atami Station. The room is very traditional Japanese. I had some Japanese Sake (Izu Sake) for free. You can get free beer, tea and coffee. The owner was very friendly and made us feel welcome. He helped us wash laundry for free. He also gave us a lift back to Atami Station. I was able to relax in the public bath and have some private time twice. There was a projector that allowed you to watch YouTube and Netflix. I would like to come again."

"Good: The hotel is close to the beach and a 6-minute walk from the JR station. It has a large public bath and offers free drinks and ice cream. The hotel is very new. Bad: The hotel price is a bit high. The parking lot is behind the hotel, which is a bit inconvenient for entry and exit and requires staff assistance. Parking costs 1000 yen per night. Perhaps there was an error when booking, as I only booked two beds. When checking in, there were two adults and one child, and we were not allowed to stay. We had to upgrade and pay extra to check in, but there were no three-bed rooms, only four-bed rooms. The staff insisted I pay extra, so in the end, I had no choice but to pay an additional 25,000+ yen per night, totaling 51,000 yen for two nights. I had no choice but to pay. Aside from this rigid rule, everything else was good. I will not stay here again or recommend it to friends."

"Facilities: Basic toiletries are conveniently self-service and available by the elevator. Service: The front desk staff's English is good, and they patiently guide you through the check-in process. Environment: It's very close to the station, so all your usual food, drinks, and convenience stores are within 500m. The rooms are much larger compared to typical Tokyo accommodations. P.S. For my fellow Chinese compatriots who need hot water, remember to ask the front desk for a kettle, as it's not standard in the rooms. You can leave it in the room when you check out. Breakfast: Simple, just sandwiches and coffee or black tea. You'll definitely need to supplement it if you plan an active morning. If you want to pack it to go, you'll need to bring your own bag. The good thing is it starts early, from 7 AM."

"The room was actually quite spacious, bright, and comfortable, with clean beds and a fantastic full ocean view. However, the facilities were a bit dated. Also, probably due to staff shortages, the hotel offered guests staying multiple nights a 2000 JPY credit per night if they opted out of housekeeping, which could be used at the hotel's outlets. The hotel's location was a bit tricky to find. Arriving at night, the navigation led us through small alleyways and stone steps. Carrying luggage up those steps was quite a struggle 😰, and after descending the stone steps, we still had to climb a slope… 😂. I'd recommend taking a taxi if you're arriving late! Overall, this hotel was very comfortable, and it was a pleasant end to our in-depth trip."

"Overall, it was good, and the service was very patient. When we arrived at Atami Station, we called ahead and they immediately sent a car to pick us up, and also dropped us off at the station when we checked out. Actually, it's not far from Atami Station, but the many ups and downs and stairs make it inconvenient with luggage. They really wouldn't let us store our luggage; the front desk staff were all elderly and said they closed at 5 PM, so they were worried we wouldn't make it back in time. We ended up storing our luggage in a locker at Atami Station, which was also convenient. It's essentially a family-run guesthouse, and most of the service staff are elderly, so many unpleasant experiences might have been due to language barriers. I highly recommend the full Japanese-style meal; it's exquisite, delicious, and feels very ceremonial."

"Hotel staff are very patient and helpful in ginving guidance on the means of transportation to different tourist spots! Restaurant staff are very friendly too! The private bath in my room is excellent, I can enjoy both the day and night views while bathing in the hot spring in my room!"

"Location: It's not far from Atami Station, about a seven to eight-minute walk. You can see the trains from downstairs, and the clanking sound of passing trains is quite clear, which affected my sleep. I'd recommend bringing earplugs. The bus stop right outside Atami Station offers direct routes to the MOA Museum of Art and Hakone, which is very convenient. Service: The complimentary breakfast on the first floor was decent, nothing special, but enough to fill you up. However, the front desk staff didn't speak English, which made communication a bit challenging. Cleanliness: No unpleasant odors. Facilities: Standard Toyoko Inn offerings."

"The best hotel in Atami! On the day of check-in and check-out, you get one free taxi ride to the station – just tell the driver your destination and you can hop off without paying. The rooms are spacious and come with a private hot spring tub, and the minibar is complimentary. The public onsen also offers free drinks. Dinner is included in the room rate, but I'd recommend skipping it since Atami has plenty of great restaurants. Breakfast is very international and suitable for Chinese tastes. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Atami!"

"An amazing place to stay with a location which is near lots of restaurants and even a grocery store. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Also there are private hot springs on the top floor which are constantly available and free to use! Loved this hotel very much and it made the stay at Atami very magical and memorable.
