The room was pretty small. Not much space to move around. Had to move things to open our suitcases. This was our second time staying at this hotel. I didn’t notice last time but this time, the bathroom smelled like sewage… but I also noticed that it smells like sewage outside around the hotel. Overall it’s an okay hotel if you’re looking for something basic. Nothing fancy.

Location is excellent. Very clean. Walking distance to many shops that we wanted to go. Staffs are friendly and helpful. However there were only 2 washing machines and each wash takes more than two hours. Queue can be challenging especially when there are many people staying. And also there are no hot water dispenser at the pantry ground floor. Have to take cold or room temp water in kettle and bring to room to boil for a cup of hot tea or coffee. Other than that, this hotel is recommended due to its location.

This was my second stay here. Last time I had a single room, and this time I opted for a small queen room. It felt slightly larger visually and had an extra windowsill. However, due to the bed's placement, I still couldn't fully open my suitcase. The two ladies at the front desk who checked me in this time were fantastic and had excellent service attitudes, a stark contrast to the male staff member I encountered last time who was quite cold.

I chose to stay at this hotel for a weekend. First, the location is great – very convenient for getting to Ginza, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, plus it's right next to a theater. The room was a bit cramped. It would be fine for one person, but for two, it would be quite awkward. There was a massage chair in the room, but I didn't get around to using it during my two-day stay. The bathroom has a shower, which was acceptable. The breakfast offered a good variety of dishes, but the portions for each item were very small, which made me a bit hesitant to serve myself. I can understand that they might be trying to avoid waste. On the bright side, the bread was replenished very promptly, and there was a coffee machine where you could make different types of coffee. Near the front desk, there were complimentary tea bags and lotions available. Overall, the service attitude was excellent – very friendly and polite. Next time, I'll opt for a larger room.

First time in Tokyo and this hotel was absolutely perfect! It's just the right size, with a smart layout, and separate shower and toilet facilities which kept things tidy and convenient. The location is super convenient for transportation – the subway is just an 8-minute walk away, making it easy to get anywhere. What a hidden gem! I loved it so much! The two large windows offer beautiful views, and being able to see the river from one side is a huge bonus! 👍👍👍 When it rained, the front desk, who were very welcoming, lent us two umbrellas. I'll definitely stay here again next time. A good hotel always means lots of people and good business! See you next time!

I’ve passed by this hotel before and finally decided to stay here. The best thing about it is definitely the location, right in the bustling Ginza district, super close to the lively main street. The hotel lobby is quite small. Check-in isn't until 3 PM, so early arrivals ended up storing their luggage in the lobby, which made it feel really cramped. When 3 PM rolled around, everyone came to retrieve their bags, and there was a bit of a queue. The room wasn't huge, but the layout was decent, and the bathroom was quite spacious. However, the air conditioning in the room was old and couldn't be adjusted for hot or cold settings. For the first two days, it was set to heating, and I was melting! The room temperature was at least 30 degrees Celsius, and it was incredibly dry. It felt so hot and dry that it was almost suffocating. Thankfully, the Trip.com customer service was very helpful. After I reported the issue, they quickly contacted the hotel, and the room was automatically switched to cooling mode, which made a huge difference. The dryness, however, remained. There was a window in the room, but it seems windows in Japanese hotels generally don't open. The hotel room itself was pretty quiet; I couldn't hear any street noise. But in the mornings, when housekeeping was cleaning, there was a bit of a noisy banging. I think the beds are on wheeled frames and easily moved, so the banging and moving sounds during cleaning were quite loud. Some of the furniture in the room was a bit old. The handles on some cabinet doors were loose, and the mini-fridge didn't cool very well. Otherwise, everything else was pretty good. Upon check-in, I also received some complimentary face masks, which came in handy given how dry the room was.

Great value for money and convenient transportation. Facilities: Very satisfied. Cleanliness: Clean, tidy, and orderly. Environment: Simple and stylish. Service: Friendly and helpful, especially being able to shop at major department stores near Ginza right outside the hotel.

This hostel was an amazing experience! The location is super convenient for getting around, the room was clean and fresh with no weird smells, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The common areas were cozy and well-equipped, and the staff were warm and attentive. It offers incredible value for money, and staying here made my trip feel really secure and worry-free. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is pretty good, not far from several subway stations, making it easy to get around on foot. However, the room was really a bit small; it was even hard to unpack my luggage. It's just about enough for one person, I guess. The hygiene was average, and the decor is quite old. Given the limited budget for this business trip, it's acceptable for this location.

I love staying at B-Ginza hotel. It is strategic location, close to many shops such as muji, itoya, gu, uniqlo, donki, loft, itoya, etc. Quiet area which is great for resting. The staffs are professional, friendly, easy to communicate & helpful (specially Robert). I like the coffee machine which you can print the image, got several times with different ones 😁. The amenities are there in the lobby, you can take according to your needs. I also got some voucher drinks 🍺🍸. Can’t complain about the room space since this is located in center city. They clean every 3 days but change your towel daily which it worked for us. I booked 3 rooms for my family and they all satisfy. Definitely will come back again dan recommended for others!
