Guest UserThe location of the hotel is incredible! It is just beside the main station exit. The place was in pristine condition, very spacious and the staff extremely polite.
The only down side is that it doesn't have a restaurant in which you could have breakfast. There are alot of great places to eat nearby but that would be a bonus.

Great hotel! Big room and very clean. The complimentary drinks on the 11th floor was a nice touch. Close to the kurashiki train station

Anonymous UserFantastic hotel - everything is right about this hotel. Good smelling well decorated with good taste. Everything feels new and quality, great vibes. Wonderful service from the staff and great location. Near to the railway station and the Bikan Historical Quarter. The rooms were adequately sized and very comfortable. They have an onsen and sauna too which altogether make this into a wonderful stay. Highly recommended

Guest UserThe hotel is a bit of a walk from Kurashiki Station, and navigating the cobblestone paths through the scenic area can be quite tiring with luggage. On our return, we had the hotel arrange a taxi, which cost 1200 JPY.
The hotel grounds are beautiful, and its location right in the Bikan Historical Quarter makes shopping incredibly convenient. Rooms are clean and quite modern. Just be aware that if you select the 'Do Not Disturb' option, towels will not be replaced. The breakfast restaurant offers an elegant setting, primarily serving Japanese cuisine, and you can even take coffee to go after your meal.
Overall, it's a very high-quality hotel.

Guest UserHotel was pleasant and front desk was friendly and helpful. However, car parking was confusing as there weren't directions to show where to park. Parking slots are also limited and we ended up having to park at another 24hr parking near the hotel.
Good onsen and night snacks provided.

Guest UserJust a 3-4 minute walk from Kurashiki Station South Exit, this hotel has a lovely European resort style. For a Monday, a twin room at only 330 yen is incredible value for money! The room was quite spacious, and the large public bath in the basement was also very roomy, complete with free massage chairs. You can buy tickets for the Ohara Museum of Art at the front desk for 100 yen less than at the entrance. Plus, there's an affordable supermarket right across from the hotel that's open until 11 PM – perfect for grabbing groceries! I bought a bunch of late-night snacks and breakfast for the next day, all for less than 1500 yen.

Ferfer8We are a family travelling with 3 kids so we drive a car, and factored in luggage space.
1) Vessel hotel has hands-down one of the best beds ever! We checked and realised it was a Simmons mattress so the beds really offered us deep & restful sleep!! Love this!
2) The carpark was right outside the hotel so it was super convenient not having to walk up & down diff storeys to take things from car. We returned to hotel ard 10pm on 1 night & there were no more parking lots! We’d have to park at a multi-storey building that was 12mins walk away, which wld have been v convenient.
3) The breakfast was yummy. We went in summer & enjoyed the Barazushi (Okayama special during festivals) & the rice was sweet, salty, flavourful, and delicious with prawn, eggs, eel, lotus roots (see pic). Really yummy! Try it
4) Hotel staff were very helpful! We asked for an extra luggage stand so we wldnt need to bend too low & they brought it immediately.
5) There’s a big supermarket just across the road with cheap groceries that we stocked up on for our road trip.
6) If you intend to drive, this is a highly recommend hotel in Kurashiki!! Wld stay here again! It was great!

The hotel was very conveniently located, just about a 5-minute walk from the historical quarter. The amenities bar in the lobby was well-stocked with all the essentials, which was a nice touch. However, the hotel does not offer luggage storage services. Instead, there are lockers available in the lobby, but they fill up quickly, so better arrive early if you’re planning on using them.

The location is great. Unfortunately, it was raining so we couldn't take a walk in the museum garden. They provided umbrellas which was helpful. It was a very cold day so it would have been nice to have a large public bath. Overall, it was very good.

피스타치오듬뿍Location is a key priority when traveling.
This place fits that description perfectly.
It is located just 5 minutes from Kurashiki Station, so the location is excellent.
Nearby attractions include the Kurashiki Bikan District, Ario Shopping Mall, and Mitsui Outlets.
It is convenient for getting around.
Since the rooms are small, I recommend this place for those with minimal luggage.
