"The hotel has a great location with direct views of Wakayama Castle, and there's a bus stop right outside. It's about a 20-30 minute walk to the JR station, and mostly a straight path, which is pretty convenient. The room size itself was quite good, offering excellent value for money."

The hotel staff even helped move our stored luggage into the room and provided complimentary snacks and water, which was a very thoughtful touch! The TV showed the occupancy of various public areas, which was super considerate. The hot springs were also very comfortable, with good ambiance and cleanliness. After a dip, they offered popsicles, which was a nice treat. There were two large bookshelves nearby where you could pick out your favorite manga to read, and right outside was the massage chair area – absolutely perfect! In the evening, they offered free late-night noodles that were quite tasty, and there was a self-service drink bar. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices, and I even got to try local specialty sushi, which was a unique experience. There was an electronic scale at the stairwell for weighing luggage, which was very convenient. I'd love to visit again if I get the chance!"

Although the hotel’s renovation and interior are slightly outdated, the room was still clean and comfortable. Considering the price and the excellent location, it is more than acceptable and offers great value for money. What truly stood out was the excellent service from the front desk staff. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. We encountered a problem with our car during our stay, and the staff kindly assisted us by contacting the police and helping us handle the situation, which we really appreciated. Overall, it’s a great option if you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel with a fantastic location and outstanding service."

"So many people! Everyone checked their luggage online, and the check-in and check-out were self-service. The location is absolutely fantastic, you can see tourists from all over the world. The downside is that the entrance is hard to find. Well, Osaka Station is huge after all! We spent a long time looking for the entrance near Yodobashi Camera and couldn't find it. Turns out there's a dedicated entrance from the first floor, don't go through the shopping mall. There's also an entrance on the second floor, connected to a skywalk."

"The location is far from the city centre. If you are not driving it is a bit difficult to find restaurants, except if you wanna eat in the hotel. The location is not far from the fish market, maybe 5 mins walking distance. The hotel looks old but has good maintenance and it has superb scenery as near yachts pier."

"On my second night, I discovered the soundproofing was terrible. There was a bunch of 'monsters' in the room next door – it sounded like people from several rooms had gathered, chatting loudly, opening and closing doors constantly, and laughing and shouting hysterically. This went on for a long time. By past midnight, I couldn't take it anymore and went down to the front desk. I was worried there wouldn't be anyone at the front desk, but there were two gentlemen on duty. They told me a sports team had checked in that day and were probably just overexcited. I told them they either needed to talk to them or I'd have to change rooms. The front desk staff went up and knocked on their door, greeting the group (signaling me to go back to my room first). Not long after, the group finally dispersed. The hotel service was still very good. Running into those ******* was just bad luck for me. Next time I encounter a similar unexpected situation, I definitely shouldn't think, 'I'll just bear it, maybe they'll finish soon.' I should go down immediately and seek help from the front desk. I'm curious, which country do those selfish, loud people who disturb others in the middle of the night come from? The hotel breakfast is complimentary and included by default with the room booking. Although simple, it's completely filling. The restaurant is also open during the day for relaxation and offers free drinks."
