The hotel is located right next to the station, making it easy to find. It saved me the trouble of lugging my luggage all the way. It was past 10 PM when I arrived at the hotel by train from Narita Airport. The front desk staff were polite and professional, speaking excellent English. Check-in was arranged in just minutes. They were very professional. The room was on the third floor, and the amenities, including a drinks machine and a free ice machine, were very appealing. The room was immaculately clean. This was my first time traveling to Japan, and the first time I'd encountered such a spotlessly clean room. They even provided pajamas, which was a very thoughtful touch. Although the room was small, a lot of thought went into the design, making perfect use of the space. For example, the wardrobe opens up to accommodate suitcases, the bed is lightweight and can be pushed together, creating a lot of space, and there's a coffee table and chair. The large windows allow for a great view while dining in the morning. Being right next to the station, shopping and dining are very convenient. The police station is right next to the hotel, so security is a given. There's also a small park nearby where you can sit and admire the moonlight after dinner. The room had everything you need, including two sets of four charging stations and a small refrigerator with plenty of freezer capacity. Teacups, toothbrushes, toothpaste, tea bags (various varieties), and bath salts were provided, all of which could be picked up in the lobby. The room was well-insulated, so even if the children were noisy in the room, they couldn't hear them in the hallway. The air conditioning was powerful enough, and the bed was a great sleeper. The TV even had a homepage with information about the packages and services in different languages. The WiFi was fast enough that the children didn't experience lags when playing online games. The only downside was the hotel's self-service laundry and dryer service, which wasted a lot of time.

The room was spacious and comfortable, allowing for a very relaxing stay. Membership registration allowed for a leisurely check-out. The staff were very polite, there was parking available downstairs, and the restaurant offered plenty of delicious vegetables. I was extremely satisfied! The illuminations along the path to Mitaka Station, where I took a walk, were very peaceful.

This hotel is excellent! The location is superb, the rooms are spotless, and the surrounding area has a fantastic vibe with plenty of shopping and attractions. Although they initially gave me a small room when I booked a medium one, they apologized and switched my room the next morning, even compensating me with a meal. While the hotel itself is small, there are tons of restaurants nearby, offering a wide variety of cuisines. I'd definitely want to stay here again!

I booked this stay for guests, as I live nearby and know the area well, but this was my first time booking this hotel. When picking up my guests, I learned that the hotel lobby is on the 4th floor, not the ground floor. It's about a 3-minute walk from the station, with supermarkets, izakayas, and Marui Department Store right next door. Don Quijote is just a 3-4 minute walk away. Within a 10-minute walk, you'll find a wide variety of shops, including Uniqlo and Tokyu Department Store, making it very convenient for shopping, dining, and leisure. Inokashira Park is also nearby, which is stunning in spring and autumn. You can walk through the park to reach the Ghibli Museum in Mitaka. Amenities are conveniently located by the elevator on the 4th floor. There's a water dispenser by the elevator on each floor, and in the 4th-floor lobby, there's a coffee machine (offering coffee, water, soup, etc.) and bagged teas for self-service. The staff are friendly, and the room is a good size – not too big, not too small, just enough. Compared to Chinese-owned hotels, it might feel a bit compact. It's not a new hotel, but the facilities are complete, and the overall experience might vary for different people. I highly recommend it! 👍 From Kichijoji Station, it's very convenient to get to Shinjuku, Shibuya, Tokyo, and more. The surrounding area is vibrant and lively.

It is only a seven or eight minute walk from the subway station, making it convenient for travel and surrounded by complete shopping facilities.

I stayed here for a concert at Belluna Dome. It's not too far from Musashi-Koganei Station, and there's a convenience store nearby which was super handy! The staff were also very kind. Just a tip: there aren't any indoor slippers provided, so I'd recommend bringing your own (you can buy them there for 200 yen if you forget).

The location was good and it was easy to spend. The service is not insufficient and comfortable. The light pink sign in front may be a little misleading, but the inside feels clean and calm, and the sound or noise of the train is not heard, which is good.

I recently stayed at Laffitte Tokyo West and had a pleasant experience. The new building is clean and well-maintained, providing a quiet atmosphere that's perfect for relaxation. One of the highlights is its convenience; it's only a 30-minute trip to Shinjuku, making it easy to explore the city. However, be aware that there is no lift, so you'll need to navigate the stairs, which may be a consideration for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. The amenities are satisfactory, with towels, sockets, and even toothpaste and a brush provided, which added to the convenience of my stay. Overall, I would recommend Laffitte Tokyo West for those looking for a clean, quiet, and convenient place to stay in Tokyo!
