What a fantastic experience! I highly recommend it for solo travelers.
1. The bathrooms are well-designed with space for clothes and towels, and you don't even need to bring your own toiletries.
2. The personal lockers with key-pad locks felt very secure (perfectly sized for my carry-on).
3. The common lounge area is super comfortable and great for getting some work done.
4. The high-tech sleeping pods felt more spacious than typical hostel beds. The bed was incredibly soft, and the pillow super comfortable!
5. The complimentary sleep report was an amazing and unexpected bonus!

I came for a show at Tokyo Dome. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the station: cross a bridge, turn left, go up a slight incline, and you're there. A tip for an easier walk: after crossing the bridge, if you continue straight past the first traffic light and then turn left, the uphill path isn't as steep. There are plenty of dining options in the area. The hotel breakfast, as pictured, consisted of frozen items you could easily microwave in your room. It was quick, and the fish provided for rice was delicious. The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. Its best feature is the in-room washing machine with a drying function, which is a huge plus compared to other hotels where you have to queue for communal laundry facilities. Since it was either sweltering and humid or raining during my visit, being able to wear fresh, clean clothes every day was incredibly comfortable. Furthermore, shopping, dining, and drugstores are all conveniently located nearby. Don Quijote is directly opposite Tokyo Dome. I also tried Katsukichi Suidobashi branch; their fried shrimp and tonkatsu were great, especially the tonkatsu. And the fast-food place under Suidobashi bridge? Their chicken leg curry and unagi gyudon were absolutely divine – you can even get them to go! I'd definitely come back again.

I stayed twice. The first time was excellent; the receptionist was very friendly, and the room was clean and tidy. The second time, the receptionist was a bit unhelpful, and someone in my room had smelly feet.
The shower, toilet, and sink were all plentiful. One of my stays was on a weekend, and the hotel was almost fully booked, but there were no queues in the mornings or evenings.
The curfew until 11 pm is actually quite convenient; most people are out and about with low energy, so it's very quiet at night, and I slept very well. It's right above the subway station, a 15-minute walk to the dome. I might stay here again next time.

I found 4 black hairs in 3 nights stay and I am blond! The location is not very good for a tourist, the hotel is in the business district, which is a bit boring. I liked the stay, a very nice small hotel, but I checked in on my birthday, the receptionist could at least say ”congratulations”, but the hotel has only three stars, you can forgive. The air conditioning works great. At the reception I asked for an iron and an adapter for the socket, they gave me everything, thank you!

The location is good, with a university nearby. It's about a three to five-minute walk from Jimbocho Station's A2 exit. The hotel entrance is on a corner, and there's a 7-Eleven right across the street, which is super convenient. Check-out is at 11 AM. I booked a king-size bed, which was very large, though the hallways, as is common in Japan, are quite narrow. A 28-inch suitcase can be opened if laid sideways. The lobby has a lounge area with water and coffee, as well as disposable towels. Upon check-in, you receive pajamas, free drip coffee, and toiletries. If you're staying multiple nights and need housekeeping, you must notify the front desk before 10 AM. Even if you're a minute late, they won't clean your room, at most they'll just empty the trash bin. The room was very clean, and overall, I'm very satisfied.

The hygiene and facilities are excellent, and the bath water temperature is just right – soaking in it after a day of walking is incredibly relaxing. There are steps at the entrance, but they're not too high. The location is really convenient, not far from several subway stations, and you can even walk to Tokyo Dome and Korakuen. The nearby restaurants, noodle shops, and cafes are all fantastic. The room isn't small, though the bathroom is one of those integrated units typical of economy hotels, which was a bit tight for my larger build to turn around in, but it was very clean. I feel like I'd stay here again. The free ice cream was delicious! I couldn't figure out the machine myself, but a nice young man helped me. I tried to go after 8 PM as much as possible, because earlier than that, there would be a queue of students.

I stayed for 8 nights, and the bedding was comfortable, the room was well soundproofed and cozy. They cleaned the room every day, provided 4 bottles of mineral water, and capsule coffee. The service at every step was excellent. The hotel surroundings were quiet and beautiful, and it was conveniently located near a subway station. Overall, I was extremely satisfied, and I especially want to thank the hotel staff for making my trip even more enjoyable! I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Tokyo.

Stayed in a beautiful, clean hostel with very friendly staff 🥰
It's a 10-minute walk from Kanda Station on the Yamanote Line, which might seem a bit far, but the next stop by train is Tokyo Station, and the one after that is Akihabara. It's also a 10-minute walk from Nihombashi Station on the Tokyo Metro, so the location is actually quite convenient.
For around TWD 700 a night (in a female-only dorm), that's absolutely acceptable for Tokyo! Plus, they provide amenities like bath towels and toothbrushes, which is a great bonus! ✨

Great
KkhosodaI had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by every aspect of the experience. The cleanliness was exceptional—everything from the room to the common areas was spotless and very well maintained. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing more than enough space to relax after a long day.
The location is another major highlight. It is very convenient and well-situated, making it easy to access nearby attractions, transportation, and restaurants. This made my stay even more enjoyable and stress-free.
The service was outstanding throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm and professional attitude. Their hospitality truly made a difference.
The food was also delicious, with a great variety of options and excellent quality. Every meal I had was satisfying and enjoyable.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.
GGuest UserQuite a disappointing stay. I initially thought it was a Dormy Inn because the first characters of the name were the same, and it was also a hot spring hotel, which made it very confusing. The service here was a world apart from Dormy Inn. The room was incredibly small. The breakfast in the pictures looked very rich, and I thought it would be a lavish buffet, but it turned out to be just a bento box, and they didn't even provide cutlery. The price wasn't cheap either. It really ruined my mood. The hot spring was also tiny, and they didn't even provide hair dryers in the hot spring area.
MmtmlCleaning is chargeable at 1.5k yen per clean. Otherwise no cleaning whatsoever - but they do give you new towels and a trash bag daily (hung on your door knob).
Breakfast is pretty cute and homely - I liked it when I tried it at a different province, so I rebooked dormy inn.
They have a luggage scale at level 2, so very convenient if you have been shopping like crazy. The shopping street around the area is pretty interesting, and I love uneo park.
However, some pretty strange stuff during my stay:
1. They insisted on entering my room for an ”inspection” but didn't specify why. When I called to ask, they said it was a bedframe inspection. As a solo female traveler my preference is not to let random people into my room, especially if they're not going to clean after these external people enter, but reception said they couldn't wait until my stay was over a few days later. When I came back to the room, my blanket was shifted and untucked entirely from one side, and my electronics were moved around.
2. A bug appeared on my sink mirror, so I gave feedback to the hotel staff as mini bugs means there's more bugs, and suggested that they fumigate. They said ”oh... sorry” suddenly all proceeded to look away from me and pretend I didn't exist, which was super weird treatment, and very rude lol. I didn't even ask them to change my room, the point is that these bugs are likely to have infestations, and if I came back in another trip to this hotel, I would not like to see more. They didn't even bother asking me what floor I was on, so 100% they don't seem to have any intention of dealing with this. Very weird and poor behaviour - I think it was too much to expect Onyado Nono service in Dormy Inn, so I don't think I will come back.
SSupattra(kung)The room is small, Japanese-style11 sqm i book conneting room, The location is very convenient, close to JR. There’s a FamilyMart, AEON, and many delicious and reasonably priced restaurants nearby. You can walk to Tobu Department Store every day for shopping.
The hotel offers a welcome drink available anytime, and there is a separate onsen for men and women. In the evening at 6:00 PM, there is a free happy hour with drinks—perfect for alcohol lovers. My husband really loved it.
The amenities are also of good quality. If I visit Japan again, I would definitely choose to stay here—the price is very reasonable too.
AAnonymous UserEvery time I visit Tokyo, I stay at this hotel, and the service is consistently great. My only recurring comment, which I've made before, is about the breakfast. It hasn't changed in years, not even the layout. I really hope the hotel can improve this and start offering eggs, whether boiled or fried.
GGuest UserThe location is great, the metro is maybe 1 min walk. By metro your only a few stops away from any big attractions. And after a long day in the city you can come back to enjoy the onsen. The only bad thing I can say about my stay was the someone in the capsule across from mine snored so loud it was nearly impossible to sleep.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is a typical budget option with nothing particularly memorable about the stay. Basic amenities were provided, but not well maintained — the soap and shampoo came in small sachets and were not consistently replenished. The pillow was quite small and overly soft, making it uncomfortable to sleep.
CCN_NanaThe facility was great in general. Except you cant stay over the day its just for sleeping, showering and then you can leave it ln daytime, leave your stuff, as they clean and restrict the sleeping area. Otherwise it was kind of an all inclusive experience and did have a clean and nice washroom, as well as all round service. But it was a bit loud in the morning, the cleaning stuff rummages around exactly in front of the bed, talking, making noise cleaining beds 2 hours before check out.
GGuest UserEasy 6-7min walk to Keisei-Ueno (Skyliner) station and Ueno station. Main and Annex blocks. Single room SUPER SMALL. Unable to fully open clam-shell suitcase on the floor. Have to place it on “foldable” table.
HUGE Pillar about 70cmx70cm occupies 1 corner of the room. Widest path between bed and wall about 80 cm.
GGuest UserThe stay was enjoyable. The person that cleaned the rooms was really friendly and helped us always out. Washing machine was perfect for us. The only complain I have is that under the bed it was really dirty.
