The ambiance here is fantastic, and they even provide kitchenware, which was a nice touch. The service was excellent – they even went the extra mile to help us order food delivery. The property is conveniently located, making it absolutely perfect for a family trip. My family really enjoyed the little garden, and the amenities provided were comprehensive. Plus, getting a taxi was super easy.

Greeted by friendly hotel staffs upon arriving. It’s a decent hotel for the price paid. However it’s a little old and the carpet flooring seems to be quite dirty. The rest of the room is clean. Definitely worth mentioning is the shower water pressure and the automatic toilet bowl. They also changed towels daily and I think the sheets too. Sometimes they give me water sometimes they don’t. During winter, there will only be heater working - both room heater and floor heater. Would recommend staying for non-choosy travelers. Oh yes, carpark is a little small for the hotel, if return a little late, then probably have to park on non-designated slots.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic! We booked a poolside room, and having direct access to the pool right outside our door was perfect for the kids, who had a blast playing there for two whole days. Breakfast was included, and the selection was decent. The only minor downside was that the room was a little on the small side. A significant inconvenience was that the hotel didn't offer lunch or dinner, and there were no à la carte options available. Furthermore, the ground-floor dining area only opened at 5 PM, which meant we constantly had to go out to find food. This was truly the only major drawback of our stay.

I was worried about the review, but the hotel staff changed their management in February this year and remodeled it.
The room was larger than I thought, and even though it was 2 beds, there was a lot of space left. The view from the window was good,
The bathroom was clean and nice.
The restaurant was clean and the breakfast was especially home-cooked.
Good value for money, and I think I will come again every time I come on a business trip. recommendation!!

I compared over a dozen hotels for this Jeju trip, and choosing Best Western Jeju was the smartest decision. As an international chain, it delivers quality while being incredibly affordable, far exceeding my expectations.
The location is absolutely unbeatable. The hotel is situated in the most vibrant area of New Jeju, just 3.5 km from Jeju International Airport, a quick 10-minute taxi ride away – a huge plus for travelers with lots of luggage. Even better, it's a mere 10-minute walk to Lotte Duty Free and 15 minutes to Shilla Duty Free. You can shop, drop off your purchases at the hotel, and avoid lugging heavy bags around.
The room experience was also excellent. We stayed in a deluxe twin room, and at 30 square meters, it's easily one of the most spacious options for this price range in Jeju. We could easily open two 28-inch suitcases simultaneously with plenty of room to move around. Although the hotel opened in 2015, it's very well-maintained, clean, tidy, and completely odor-free. The bedding was also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring.
The service was very attentive. The front desk had staff who spoke Chinese, so communication was effortless. Check-in and check-out were very quick, and they proactively offered us a Jeju map and recommended local dining spots and attractions. The 24-hour front desk service was also very convenient; no matter how late we returned, someone was always there to assist us.

Second time staying at this hotel.
The sea view room offers a great view, especially on a clear day. For the price, it's really excellent value for money.
There's a bus stop right downstairs and a CU convenience store, making it quite convenient overall. Getting to the airport or city by taxi is also easy, perfect for those who enjoy a slower-paced trip.
Worth mentioning is their fried chicken – it's absolutely delicious! Make sure to eat it while it's hot; it's incredibly, incredibly tender.

My partner and I both found our stay very comfortable! It was super clean!
The receptionist was so kind and even helped us call a taxi. There were also Chinese-speaking staff, which made communication very easy.
We came in late October, and it was about 10-15°C outside, but the swimming pool was heated 🥺 I really regretted not bringing a swimsuit.
An Uber to Lotte or the airport would probably cost around 60-70 RMB, which isn't too bad, so it's not really out of the way.
There's also a hidden gem of a small shop nearby that's beautiful and serves delicious food! Highly recommend!

First of all, the location was excellent, situated almost in the middle of Aewol-eup in a bustling area with many great restaurants. The staff were also very friendly. I was very grateful for the room upgrade; the service was top-notch.
However, the annex building was somewhat dated and had a distinctive smell, and the smell inside the elevator was also a bit unpleasant. The room itself was tidy, but there were no slippers, and I didn't bother asking the front desk. I was shocked to find that the coffee cup was left unwashed with a paper cover on it. It seems the staff don't wash because they check if guests have left without showering. It wasn't properly inspected. I wonder if bathrobes are standard... Even motels provide slippers and bathrobes, so it was disappointing. The noise between floors was terrible. The thumping footsteps were so loud that I couldn't sleep well. You need to manage the area better after 9 PM. It seems the aging building needs renovation. The magnificent exterior and gardens were very impressive, but the interior didn't live up to them. The smell of the aging building really needs to be addressed. It is very, very disappointing. Nevertheless, the service was excellent. I hope Stay in Jeju will be even more beautiful by my next trip to Jeju. It will surely be an even more wonderful place then, right? I will be looking forward to it. Anyway, I had a great rest. Thank you.

GGuest UserThis guesthouse was absolutely wonderful, and we had a fantastic few days on Jeju Island. The two owners were incredibly kind and patiently guided us through the check-in process, explaining everything about the room and its amenities. The room itself was spotless, showing how much care the owners put into maintaining each guesthouse. Our favorite part was the huge window offering beautiful sea views and a glimpse of the walking trail outside. Even on a less sunny day, it was still incredibly picturesque.
We visited in early May, so the weather outside was a bit cool and windy, but the room was perfectly comfortable and even had floor heating. It was very quiet at night, making for a truly relaxing environment. The walking trail outside is also excellent; if you have time, definitely take a stroll there.
One thing to note is that there's no elevator. However, please don't let that deter you! My friend and I felt the stunning views were more than worth it after we arrived with our luggage. If you know you'll have a lot of luggage, I recommend contacting the owner beforehand to request a lower floor, as you can still enjoy the sea view from there. A big thank you to both hosts for their wonderful hospitality during our stay. Jeju Island is amazing, and we'll definitely be back to stay here again next time!

JJordan’sWe stayed here for 6 nights and had a very comfortable and pleasant experience—it truly felt like a home away from home.
Housekeeping is done daily, which was a big plus. They replenished one 2-litre water bottles, provided four small towels, and emptied the trash every day, keeping the room consistently clean and tidy.
The room comes with a small kitchenette that is well equipped with cutlery, drinking glasses, shot glasses, a kettle, microwave, and a full-size household refrigerator with both freezer and fridge compartments. There is also an electric stove, though the only downside is that no pots or pans are provided, so cooking is limited.
One of the highlights is the large, human-sized window that can be opened to let in fresh air, along with an amazing scenic view outside. The bathroom is clean and modern, designed in soothing neutral tones. They provide good-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and the high-pressure shower is excellent—perfect for a refreshing bath after a long day.
The TV includes Netflix access without needing to log in to your own account, which is very convenient.
The owner is extremely kind and friendly. Since we had a longer stay, she kindly allowed us to use the washing machine, provided clothes hangers, and arranged a place for us to air-dry our laundry, which was very thoughtful.
The location is excellent—directly opposite the property is a 24-hour 7-Eleven. In the early morning, there’s also a café at the lobby selling coffee and baked goods, which is especially helpful as many eateries in Jeju only open around 10:30 am.
One thing to note: check-in should be done early, as the staff do not work overnight. After 7:30 pm, there will be no one available to hand over keys.
Overall, this is a very welcoming place, and we truly appreciated the comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. We would definitely return and stay here again.

JJulietteLI had such a wonderful stay at Mir’s! First time in Korea so wanted to familiarize myself with locals by starting off staying at a shared dorm. Eventually chose Mir’s over other hotels! First night at the place was greeted by Kevin, a very sweet boy who’s been so helpful and kind. The owner of the place is also very welcoming and polite.
The whole building is well designed and very clean, smelling good. Rooms are quiet and people are respectful! Very happy with the stay. The location is so amazing as it’s close to the ocean and many cute coffee shops and delicious restaurants. Thank you!

Clean and well-maintained with superb housekeeping crew. Breakfast buffet was average. On-site cafe has reasonably priced food and dribks. No dental kit or shaving kit in room and so bring your own!

GGuest UserWe stayed in a double plus single bed room facing the airport/ocean. It was a lovely view. Check in and check were both pretty smooth. Room size is okay for small family. Bathroom comes air heated bidet which is appreciative during cold months. The bed were very comfortable and we have a very restful night.
Location is seems to be surrounded by lots of restaurants catered to PRC tourists. Even walking on the street feels like we are in China.
Shops like Innisfree and Olive Young are just steps away from the entrance. It makes a good airport hotel as the drive is only 15mins. Hotel also provides free airport shuttle stating from 7am.

There are plenty of food and shopping options nearby, as well as a shuttle bus, but be sure to check the operating hours. The hotel lobby offers luggage storage, but you can only check in after 3 PM – that's an important point! The room size is decent, though the facilities are a bit old. Overall, it offers good value for money! They offer Chinese service at check-in and provide Olive Young discount coupons!
Around the hotel, you can find local Jeju delicacies like black pork, fried chicken, pork backbone soup, and abalone porridge. However, don't expect too much from the taste; none of it was particularly outstanding. A barbecue meal for two usually costs over 300 (Korean Won/Chinese Yuan, please specify if you know). There are several Olive Young stores nearby where you can get immediate tax refunds, which is quite convenient!
If you arrive at Jeju Airport on an early flight and don't know what to do, I suggest heading directly to Dongmun Market near the airport to kill some time. Seven Stars Street is also close by, with many sports brand stores!

They don't provide disposable toothbrushes or toothpaste, but there are disposable slippers, though they're quite thin, so you might want to bring your own. During our stay, we saw many Korean locals staying here. It's in the city center with lots of food options nearby, and getting a taxi is very convenient.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is great. Right outside, there's a bus stop for the 600 bus to the airport, and 7-Eleven, CU, and GS25 convenience stores are just by the entrance. It's also a short walk to Baojian Street. The room cleanliness was just so-so, probably on par with a 3-star hotel in China, but they cleaned it daily. If you opted out of cleaning, they'd still leave towels and water outside your door. For just over 200, the price for this location is excellent. The self-check-in and check-out are very convenient for introverts, and there's also luggage storage. However, I booked a double room but got a twin room upon check-in. When I scanned the QR code to contact staff, they said my original booking was for a twin room and that this was actually an upgrade. I'm not sure where the mix-up happened, but the room was spacious, which was nice.
