Apologies for not taking photos, but the location is excellent! There are many pubs nearby, and it's very easy to catch a taxi. Many Chinese and Japanese guests stay here. Be careful when entering, as there's another hotel right next door to the left. Downstairs, you'll find a convenience store, a coffee shop, and a soup restaurant – highly recommended! The facilities are comprehensive!

I wasn’t thinking too much before I booked travelodge. This is likely the first time and the last time I stay in properties from this brand.
Upon check in, they tell you cleaning is only available once every 3 days. They don’t even empty the garbage bin. And leaving you clean towels and bottled waters at the door. I booked a loft for 4 persons to stay so it is supposed to come with futon beds.. after I entered the room, someone delivered a bag of pillow, futon bed and blanket so I have to make the bed myself… I wasn’t expecting 5 star services but I expected the room to be set up the way we booked it for?
Cleanliness was okay except that the bedsheet was a bit stained. I didn’t bother to call the front desk though cause I don’t think they will exchange it for me.

The room was quite spacious, and the cleanliness was good. There's a common area on the first floor where you can cook and dine. A bus stop is just 200 meters away, and the subway station isn't far either. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

We had an amazing stay at Centum Premier Hotel. Its location is very convenient—just a short walk to Shinsegae Centum City Mall, with easy access to metro and bus stops, as well as the airport limousine service.
The beds were soft and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The washroom was spacious, clean, and equipped with a Japanese-style toilet, which was a nice touch.
They also offer luggage storage, which is very helpful for guests arriving early or needing to store their bags after checkout. Overall, a great and hassle-free stay.

We stayed for two days at this hotel, conveniently located near Centum Subway Station. Our room was on a high floor, offering a decent view, although it’s surrounded by other tall buildings. One of the standout features of the hotel is its spaciousness. There’s plenty of room to move around, which made our stay comfortable.
On the downside, the TV wasn’t a smart TV, which was a bit disappointing. We also noticed some minor wear and tear in the room. Additionally, the hotel can get busy, especially during check-out, leading to crowded elevators. However, with 4–6 elevators available, wait times were manageable.
Overall, it’s a solid choice, especially if you’re looking for a spacious, well-located hotel at a reasonable price.

So close to the concert venue! The room was really spacious, and it was convenient for getting everywhere. Shinsegae Department Store is right next door, and there's an airport bus stop nearby. The soup and rice (gukbap) place in the building across the street was absolutely delicious.

As a foreigner, visiting Busan for the first time, and obviously your hotel, I would have liked the hotel management to pay more attention to welcoming visitors. Staff can also brush up on their basic English. I am attending various concerts in South Korea so I will be back and I might just try another hotel as the service wasn't 100%
I would also like to see the brochures and menus in the rooms to also be in English. When you are tired at 10pm you don't feel like translating everything just to order take out for example.
Other than that my stay was quite pleasant for the 3 days.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious enough for me and my stuff. It was also cleaned every day. The TV worked. There were toiletries, towels, and robes. It was really comfortable.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk to the subway station, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The room and overall cleanliness were also great. This was a truly memorable experience because I had an urgent situation and needed to cancel my booking, which was initially non-cancellable. However, the staff were incredibly understanding and humanized the situation, eventually agreeing to cancel and refund my money. I was very touched!

GGuest UserThe room was quite clean, though very small. The location is incredibly convenient; you can see the hotel just to the left of Busan Station Exit 1, only about a 100-meter walk. It's also right next to Busan Subway Station Exit 6, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, which is really handy. The downside is the poor soundproofing; there was intermittent noise from what sounded like a motor, and the toilet flushing was extremely loud.

GGalaxyZView - If you are keen in wharf / harbor view, this hotel (see images) is along the harbour next to wharf, Songdo, so there is no beach on the wharf. At 4am you can hear commotion at the wharf, interesting for a different view from city or sea view. Nearest Songdo beach is still at distance, it is not at door step.
Booked a large room for family of 4, comes with 1 Queen bed, 1 single, the last pax ended on the floor with Futons. (Although I indicated i had 4 pax, housekeeper does not seem to be aware, replenishes only for 3 pax?). Small hand towels are issued as bath towel, just be aware. Quite common for smaller hotel accommodation here (inn, AirBnB).
Floor heater, water heater works, daily housekeeping. Has bath tub not used at all for winter. Good balcony for sitting in the cold to watch the wharf bustle. Pax using futon had a few bites by bugs, not sure if flew in from outside the room, else the room is clean.
Nice open terrace at roof top with telescope to look into Lotte mall at distance, and the open sea after the bridge on the right.
Complimentary breakfast offering at basement kitchen is available until 9AM (not 9.30am) - kitchen staff will remind you to finish up at close to 9am, and please clear your dishes at collection area, discard leftovers, return cultery, utensils. Breakfast spread : Cereal with milk (only on weekend), ONE slice of toast with jam, egg/s, one fruit or yoghurt, one coffee/tea, ONE juice, one instant noodles (if you want). Only tried for first morning, other mornings has similar menu on the wall.
Staff - looks like husband wife team. Friendly to greet at reception at upper level.
Safety wise - As accommodation is located at harbour with large prime movers and containers movements, it is better to travel in groups to look out for each other. I note the drivers are generally careful to look out for pedestrians on the harbour, wharf. Can be a bit dark at night in the surrounding area of the accommodation.
Plus point - Double entrance door which allow you to lock inner door in case main door is being accessed externally.
Location - About 20mins or so by bus to Busan shopping area where the crowd is. Not too far,
The more popular tourist spots, beach sites is further up northeast at Haeundae beach, which is about 1 hour bus ride away.
Pricing -, for the pricing, there are better known hotel chains going at more economic rates. So need to do proper research before booking.
Else pleasant stay, simple, large room, no fanfare.

Room: small, but that was enough for me, as everything needed was in the room. Room was very tidy, you can request cleaning 1 time every 3 days, but if you want to switch towels, you can just bring them to reception. Besides, even though tooth brush and paste aren’t provided directly, you can request those on the reception as well. You can use washing machine and dryer next to reception if required.
Staff: very polite and respectful, perfectly speak English, will try their best to help you with any questions.
Breakfast: self-service, you can pick everything you want, and actually everything I tried there was delicious.
Location: 2 minutes from Nampo station, that is extremely convenient. A lot of shops and restaurants around, as well as several convenience stores. Just in 10 minutes you can get to Busan tower by foot.
At night it’s very quiet.

GGuest UserThe hotel was a bit hard to find since it's tucked away in an alley, but it's really close to the main Haeundae road. It was super convenient for grabbing a meal and then heading straight to Haeundae beach. Being a new building, it was very clean and had a great interior. The only minor issue was a slight new-house smell that made my eyes sting a little, which was a bit unpleasant.

I booked a twin room - double and single bed. Room is new, clean and a good size for city. This room does not provide unobstructed Seaview.
Whats disappointing:
1. We needed to change cash for laundry which was part of the hotel. The reception say no change.
2. We initially reserve 2 night then extend a further 2 night's. We requested for cleaning on 3rd day. Whilst they replace the towels, wash the cups and provided free bottles of water,
- bed not made,
- floor not vacumn( hairs visible) and
- toilet not cleaned ( hair in the shower cubicle)

From check-in to check-out, my stay was smooth, and I found the hotel to be a solid mix of comfort, cleanliness, and character.
Check-in & First Impressions:
Upon arrival, I was greeted by courteous front desk staff who spoke basic English and were very accommodating. The check-in process was fast and efficient, with minimal hassle. The lobby itself was tastefully decorated—nothing extravagant, but definitely welcoming. It had a quirky charm that felt a bit more boutique than your average budget hotel.
Room:
I stayed in a standard double room, which was surprisingly spacious. The decor was modern and minimalist, with a few unique touches that gave it personality. The bed was large and comfortable, with clean, crisp linens. I appreciated the small details like a well-lit vanity area, USB charging ports, and a mini-fridge. The room also had good soundproofing, which meant I could rest peacefully even though the hotel is near a busy area.
The bathroom was spotless, equipped with a full set of toiletries, and had a surprisingly luxurious rainfall shower. Water pressure was excellent, and hot water was consistent throughout my stay. Some rooms also offer jacuzzis or bathtubs, depending on the tier you book, which I thought was a great value.

While Hotel Elephant isn’t a full-service luxury property, it offers everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. There’s a vending machine area, complimentary bottled water, and in-room amenities like a kettle, coffee, and tea. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, even during peak hours. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or gym, but there are plenty of cafes and convenience stores nearby to make up for it.
Housekeeping was thorough and respectful. My room was cleaned daily, and towels and toiletries were replenished without needing to request anything.
Location:
This is arguably one of the hotel’s strongest points. It’s just a short walk from a nearby subway station, which made commuting to places like Haeundae Beach, Jagalchi Market, and Gwangalli very easy. There are also tons of restaurants, bars, and local shops within walking distance. Whether you’re into street food or want to try Busan’s famous seafood, you’ll find great options nearby. If you’re into nightlife, there’s also plenty happening in the area, but thankfully, the hotel itself remains peaceful at night.
Staff & Hospitality:
Every staff member I interacted with was polite and eager to help. While not everyone was fluent in English, they made an effort to assist with directions, transportation tips, and even helping me book a cab using local apps. Their hospitality made the stay feel much warmer and more personal than I expected.
Overall Impression:
Hotel Elephant may not be a five-star hotel, but it delivers more than what you’d expect from its price point. It’s clean, cozy, and well-located—perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends on a budget-friendly getaway. If you’re visiting Busan and want a reliable place to stay that offers good value without compromising on comfort, this hotel is a solid pick. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Busan.

GGuest UserThe location is great—right in front of BIFF Street. The room is spacious enough to comfortably open two large suitcases. One of the best features is the separate toilet and shower area, which is quite rare in Korea. Essentials like shampoo, a hair dryer, and other toiletries are provided.
They also have a handy machine that removes dust and dries your clothes—perfect if you don’t want to do a full wash but still want your clothes fresh and clean.
The only minor downside is the uphill slope leading to the hotel, but it shouldn’t be a problem for most people with luggage.
