"The room was very clean and welcoming with ocean view of the harbour from the 17th floor. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and view and having breakfast looking out at the ocean, beach and the movements in the coastline of Busan.  The area leans more towards local Busan, with few scattered tourists. The coast is stretched from both end with cafes and local restaurants serving freshly looked fish to order. Access to places like the Gamcheon Cultural Village and Huinneyeoul Cullure Village is easy. However, central Busan and Haeudae Beach is a bit far. Overall, I would highly recommend this stay if you want to kick-back and have a relaxing few days by the ocean."

"The best part of this hotel - the location! It is just perfect. There are plenty of stores, restaurants, the beach, pebble path, cable cars, the park at the mountain, spa… so you can have a lot of fun in this area. But in the rooms of this hotel we couldn’t find any pleasure. Everything looks really cheap, old and unpleasant. I don’t know why they put the jacuzzi which doesn’t work for example. Anyway it was pretty good option for this money I guess:)"

"Since it's a new building, it was very clean. Being on a high floor, the room offered great views. The availability of a washing machine was a huge plus, and the location was absolutely perfect, right by Jagalchi Station. However, despite requesting towel changes, they were only provided once during our stay. I'd suggest future guests bring an extra towel just in case. Do note that room cleaning incurs an extra charge, and there were specific rules for trash disposal. If these points don't bother you, I highly recommend this place! With its affordable price and excellent location, I would definitely love to stay here again! 😊"

"View - If you are keen in wharf / harbor view, this hotel (see images) is along the harbour next to wharf, Songdo, so there is no beach on the wharf. At 4am you can hear commotion at the wharf, interesting for a different view from city or sea view. Nearest Songdo beach is still at distance, it is not at door step. Booked a large room for family of 4, comes with 1 Queen bed, 1 single, the last pax ended on the floor with Futons. (Although I indicated i had 4 pax, housekeeper does not seem to be aware, replenishes only for 3 pax?). Small hand towels are issued as bath towel, just be aware. Quite common for smaller hotel accommodation here (inn, AirBnB). Floor heater, water heater works, daily housekeeping. Has bath tub not used at all for winter. Good balcony for sitting in the cold to watch the wharf bustle. Pax using futon had a few bites by bugs, not sure if flew in from outside the room, else the room is clean. Nice open terrace at roof top with telescope to look into Lotte mall at distance, and the open sea after the bridge on the right. Complimentary breakfast offering at basement kitchen is available until 9AM (not 9.30am) - kitchen staff will remind you to finish up at close to 9am, and please clear your dishes at collection area, discard leftovers, return cultery, utensils. Breakfast spread : Cereal with milk (only on weekend), ONE slice of toast with jam, egg/s, one fruit or yoghurt, one coffee/tea, ONE juice, one instant noodles (if you want). Only tried for first morning, other mornings has similar menu on the wall. Staff - looks like husband wife team. Friendly to greet at reception at upper level. Safety wise - As accommodation is located at harbour with large prime movers and containers movements, it is better to travel in groups to look out for each other. I note the drivers are generally careful to look out for pedestrians on the harbour, wharf. Can be a bit dark at night in the surrounding area of the accommodation. Plus point - Double entrance door which allow you to lock inner door in case main door is being accessed externally. Location - About 20mins or so by bus to Busan shopping area where the crowd is. Not too far, The more popular tourist spots, beach sites is further up northeast at Haeundae beach, which is about 1 hour bus ride away. Pricing -, for the pricing, there are better known hotel chains going at more economic rates. So need to do proper research before booking. Else pleasant stay, simple, large room, no fanfare."

"Had a fantastic experience! The front desk staff were incredibly responsible and thoughtful, and spoke so gently. They even helped us book an early morning taxi. This trip was for the BTS anniversary concert, and the hotel was so thoughtful to even set up an ARMY corner! It's a shame our itinerary was so packed this time; we didn't get to fully enjoy the seaside scenery and relax."

"Busan in April was absolutely stunning with cherry blossoms everywhere. I stayed here for one night. While the hotel definitely shows its age, and some might be put off by the older interior, plumbing, or a broken doorknob, I personally felt it was kept quite clean, even if not perfectly spotless. The thoughtful touches, like an electric blanket and three different charging cables, were really appreciated. I walked from Jagalchi Station, but the location was a bit tricky to find, as the sign is only in Korean. My tip is to look for the 7-Eleven next door (I think that's what it was). My room was on the 5th floor, and there was an elevator. A lovely 'ajumma' (middle-aged woman) showed me to my room, and a kind 'ajusshi' (middle-aged man) with a great smile saw me off at checkout. For the reasonable price, it exceeded my expectations."

"the property was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. The location is also excellent, making it very easy to get around. However, the sleep quality was disappointing. The beds were collapsing at the sides and felt quite worn out, which made for an uncomfortable night's rest. If the management replaces the mattresses, this would be a fantastic place to stay, but for now, it's hard to fully recommend for a long visit."

"The service was excellent! As soon as we entered, we were greeted by a lovely lady from the front desk who personally escorted us to the third-floor reception to check in. The room we were given was a corner unit with a large, L-shaped balcony. It was very spacious, exactly as pictured – I highly recommend booking a corner room! You get a fantastic 270-degree view of Busan. Downstairs, there's a pedestrian street, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. The duty-free shop isn't far either. This is definitely a top choice for families with kids."

"Parking is convenient. Check-in is convenient. The twin bed room is spacious, clean, and nice. However, I recommend replacing the slippers because foreign substances fall off. You can walk to Namhang Bridge and go to the mountains nearby."
