"This hotel is located in the bustling area of Jongno. It was bright and felt safe even late at night. There was a 7-Eleven nearby, and even a CHAGEE! Amazing! The staff were also very kind, and I had a very comfortable stay. I'd love to stay here again. Regarding noise, I was on the seventh floor, so I didn't notice much."

"The hotel is located in the heart of Seoul's cultural and tourist district, surrounded by countless boutique shops, creative stores, and restaurants. Changdeokgung Palace and Changgyeonggung Palace are both within a 30-minute walk. The hotel's service was also impeccable. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Seoul."

"Great location. Easy walking distance to several train stations and airport bus stop. Just a few minutes away from famous cafes and bakeries such as Artist Bakery and Onion Cafe. Hotel is located at a mall with many restaurants and a small Olive Young. Just a few minutes away from the bigger Anguk flagship Olive Young. Also walking distance to hanbok village with many nice boutiques and shops. Room is decent sized and clean too. WOWPASS machine at the lobby which is convenient for money exchange and top up. Overall a great hotel that I’d be happy to stay here again."

"The location was fantastic, making it super convenient to get around. The room was surprisingly spacious and clean. My room, unlike what some other reviews mentioned, had absolutely no sewage smell; both the room and bathroom smelled pleasant. However, the bathroom was indeed small, but I got used to it quickly, and it wasn't a big issue. There was no bottled water in the fridge, but there was a water dispenser in the common area, offering not just water but also tea, coffee, and even instant noodles. By the way, towels and trash disposal were self-service. It might be a bit cramped for two people, but for a solo traveler, it's perfectly spacious. You can even open up your suitcase. Plus, there was not only a fridge but also a freezer. I think it's plenty spacious for a solo trip. However, the walls are thin, so you might hear noise from the next room. Also, there's a karaoke bar downstairs, so if you're sensitive to noise, weekends might be a bit bothersome. I personally wasn't too bothered and slept well. I'd love to stay here again. One small suggestion: it would be great if they could provide more keys for luggage storage."

"Excellent location! It's just a short walk from Jongno 3-ga subway station. There are tons of convenience stores nearby (GS25, CU, 7-Eleven, you name it!) and plenty of restaurants, including some great options for solo diners. You'll also find a lot of bars and cafes. The location is a little tucked away, which makes it surprisingly quiet. I arrived quite late, so I emailed them beforehand and received a very detailed and patient reply. If it weren't for all the K-pop fans lately making it hard to book consecutive nights, I would definitely have stayed longer. The transportation is super convenient, and there's Tapgol Park nearby for a stroll. It's also close to many other attractions. Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy. Facilities: The common areas are well-equipped. The room has a mini-fridge, and the bathroom has a wet/dry separation, with slippers thoughtfully placed right at the entrance, and a floor mat. Service: They have local travel guides available for reference (I've included a picture of the guide). When I checked out, I met a very warm and polite Korean lady. I just love the vibe here! There's a restaurant on the street outside that serves amazing beef bone soup noodles, and a set meal with grilled meat. I forgot to take a picture of the name, but the auntie there speaks good English and provides fantastic service!"

"The hotel overall is quite new and in a great, easy-to-find location. There's a CU convenience store downstairs and a Paris Baguette across the street, so breakfast is easily sorted. On the second floor, there's a common area where you can sit and eat instant noodles, which is a nice touch. The room was a bit small; it felt a little cramped once I put my large suitcase down, but the bathroom size was decent. The hotel provides disposable slippers. We brought our own toothpaste and toothbrushes, so I'm not sure if they offer those. The only minor issue wasn't actually related to the hotel: Exit 3-1 at Jonggak Station doesn't have an escalator, so carrying a large suitcase up the stairs was a bit tiring."

"It was a good hotel with a good old-fashioned atmosphere, close to the station! I was a little worried because foreigners received an email saying that they could not check in automatically, but the hotel person was a good person and I managed to check in while being taught. It was fun to make and eat ramen by machine! Ramen, water and coffee are free. The room was clean and relaxing. The toilet and the bath are together, so it was a little disappointing that the toilet became a bit of a blur when I took a bath. I thought I wish I had a wall."

"The room was generally clean and tidy. The front desk staff spoke Chinese, and everyone was very polite. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the nearest metro station. Also, this hotel doesn't use key cards; you have to enter a code for the elevator and to get into your room."

"I had a wonderful stay at Sunbee Hotel in Seoul and would highly recommend it. First, the location is excellent. It’s about a 10-minute walk to many eateries and pochas (Korean street bars), making it very convenient for dining and exploring at night. There are convenience stores and a supermarket just 1 minute away, which is extremely handy. The hotel is also located near a police station, which made the area feel very safe. Second, the hotel is very well maintained. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Bathrobes, comfortable towels, and a full set of shower amenities were provided. The room has a double-door design that helps prevent noise, so it stays very quiet. The floor heating and air conditioning worked well, and the TV even comes with Netflix. Overall, the room felt very comfortable and well equipped. Lastly, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, and they spoke excellent English, which made communication very easy. The lobby is clean and has a pleasant scent. There is also a small café area with free drinks for guests, and the hotel provides washer and dryer facilities in the basement, which is very convenient for longer stays. Overall, Sunbee Hotel offers a great combination of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again."

"On the first day, I was a bit dissatisfied because the room I was given looked very different from the photos of the room type I booked. They told me it was the only one left and it was downstairs. However, on the second day, they managed to move me to a room that matched the photos I saw when I made the reservation. Overall, it was pretty good. The location is great, with convenient transportation, and it's quiet at night. Plus, it's only about a 4-5 minute walk to the snack street with lots of night markets."
