Hotels near Dong-gu Office in Busan

Very convenient location to get around Busan city. Buses, subway, convenience stores all very close. Staff were friendly and helpful, very clean and the shower and bath were so good. Definitely will stay again if we come back to Busan.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Busan. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with reliable daily room service that kept everything fresh and comfortable. Its location near Busan Station made getting around the city incredibly convenient, especially for transport and day trips. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the overall experience smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Really good, excellent location, extremely close to the high-speed train station—just a one-minute walk. There's also a convenience store nearby, which is super handy. The price is reasonable and the room is clean.

The hygiene facilities are good, but the prices are a bit high compared to the quality. There are many restaurants and bars nearby, the atmosphere is great, and it's safe and peaceful.

I really like this hotel.  The staff on the 12th floor was absolutely amazing. One thing to note about this particular hotel is that holidays have very strict rules in that there are no special requests. One thing I did not like is the fact that they wanted to take down a credit card number when I checked in even though I’m using trip.com. I understand that there are not special requests and checkout times are not very flexible during holidays, though I do feel the fact that I could not use the swimming pool on the day of checkout after my checkout time of 11 AM was unreasonable. Because I had a late flight going back to Shanghai, I felt it would’ve been more appropriate to allow me to use the pool after I checked out so I could utilize my time at the hotel a little bit better. There is an alternative terrace for people who smoke cigarettes.  there are some room rooms which allow pets, and I think my room was treated well considering that. The air conditioner goes directly onto the bed, so maybe I had to get up a couple of times to turn it off or on. The room was very clean and comfortable. Although there was not a luggage rack, I was able to make it work in terms of the seating area in the room. The view from the hotel room was really nice because you could see the train station. The walking distance to the bus stop was good. I don’t understand those little call-girl cards at the entrance, but I think that’s just part of Busan.  The hotel had nearby bus service and the train station was only 350 m away next to the bus stop.  The view from the pool was beautiful even though there’s a lot of buildings in the process of development.  the buildings under construction had their lights on at night so it made everything really pretty and photogenic. The food was delicious, though I do think it was a little bit overpriced. I do appreciate the free perfume and feel the breakfast was tastey as well.  I would actually stay there again because of the price and hope that they can expand their luggage storage area so the lobby looks a little bit more inviting.

Location of the hotel is between 2 subway stations. Quite convenient. Many eateries just a station away. However, the room comes without a proper window,the so called window open up to the next building exhaust fan. So if one open the window for fresh air, you will get the full exhaust air. Bad! Meanwhile, there is no cleaning of the room thru out our stay of 4 nights. So keep your own room cleaned.

While the room was clean, my stay at Avani Central Busan was underwhelming. The location is not strategic, being quite far from major subway stations, making transportation difficult. Furthermore, it is hard to find restaurants or dining options in the immediate vicinity. For a recognized chain hotel, the service fell short: they refused to warm up food, and when asked for ice, I was told to buy it at a convenience store. Not recommended for travelers looking for convenience.

Gray Hotel was great! It was close to Busan station, 800m, it’s walkable for adults, Mcdonalds, bakery, coffee shops are along the way. Also, many other stations and bus stops in 1-3 minutes away. Many restaurants are just outside the hotel. More importantly, I impressed with the details they thought about visitors. Double room had two TV, two air conditioners, heated mattrass, smart toilet, big bathroom and it was exactly same as in the photo. Moreover, Gray hotel provided hair spray, lotion, ear cleaners, face foam cleanser, sanitary pads for women, sponge for body was etc apart from shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Amazed how many detailed things it provided everyday. We stayed at very expensive hotel in Seoul and The Gray Hotel was so much better than this Seoul hotel. Highly recommend 💙

The carpet, curtain and furniture are very old. The windows were rattling when there’s wind Can hear noises from outside Hot water is not working properly sometimes

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. Reception staff were pleasant and welcoming, likewise the ladies in the breakfast hall were cheerful. The room was small but that is to be expected. I was delighted to be on the 19th floor which meant I had excellent views. It could take a while to leave the building however while you waited for the lift. Again, breakfast was better than expected. I had the opportunity to try Korean breakfast items while there was also tinned fruit, toast and jam. I was also pleased to see that the buffet items were clearly labelled. While the breakfast room does get busy, even at 6:30am, I was always able to find a suitable seat.
