Hotels near Lafesta in Goyang-si

The hotel is well located in Goyang, close to subway station, restaurants and convenience stores. Room and bathroom are very spacious and clean, no amenities though...but I believe you can buy some at reception if needed. Front desk very cordial and helpful. My only notation is for soundproof, it needs to be improved somehow as we could hear other people's intimacy or neighbors talking and dragging furniture at 2AM. There was also construction work in front of the building starting at 7AM. I still recommend the hotel but please be aware you may not have quiet nights nor mornings.

I went up to Ilsan to go to the KINTEX event and went to bed for a day, but I was so satisfied that I left a review! I thought it was a little far from Kintex station, so I took a taxi, but I arrived sooner than I thought. The taxi fare seems to be 7,000 to 8,000 won. The price is cheap, not to mention the characteristics of the capsule hotel. It was cheap but I was surprised that the accommodation facilities were so good. There is a shared lounge so you can sit comfortably and use your laptop. The bathroom and shower are clean too. The most important place to sleep is more space than you think. I thought it would be narrow because it was a capsule hotel, but I lay down and moved around, but it wasn't very narrow. There are frequent events in KINTEX, so I think there will be many things to come to Ilsan, but I will use it again next time I come ㅎㅎ

The hotel is located on the 8 Floor of a commercial building. It is just a minute or two away from Juyeop station exit 7. It is also near the airport bus stop for no 3300. The location is very convenient as there is a huge Daiso and GS25 and many other restaurants. You can also walk across to Juyeop park where I was fortunate to see cherry blossoms. The park is popular with old folks exercising and there are cafes, restaurants and shops like Olive Young, Compose Coffee, convenience stores as well as Isaac Toast. The room we got is spacious and clean. Basic amenities like tooth brush, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, room slippers, hair dryer and bath robes are provided. The shower is in the same space as the sink and heated/electric toilet bowl. So the floor does get wet but they provide bathroom slippers. Whilst there is no kettle in the room, there is a common area where you can get hot water, coffee, tea, bottled water and biscuits. There is a mini fridge in the room. Do note the room does not have windows that can be opened, so there is no sunlight from outside, which is a minus. Service is good & friendly and they use translation app to communicate. The area is not noisy and not busy, which is great as well.

The family suite was so roomy and clean, warm and had everything we need for our winter stay in Goyang. It is next to a subway stop so has a lot of convenience with coffee shops and restaurants, as well as an airport shuttle bus for additional convenience. We tried the breakfast at the steak restaurant upstairs and it was ok - nice to have for convenience but nothing notable for the spread. C

Whilst the cleanliness of the room and especially the toilet was good considering the type of hotel it is, my biggest issue was the sockets. I understand that Korea uses a different type of socket. I had my travel adapters handy. But the sockets were so old that 1) my adapter couldn't be plugged in tightly. So it was always loose and sometimes would even fall off. 2) it was super slow charging! They had provided a cable with multiple chargers that was attached to an electrical supply. But the typeC wouldn't work. That cable was useless. With the one socket that would actually charge at a decent pace, I had to interchange over the night amongst my 2 handphones, power bank and WiFi router.

A charming, cozy little old hotel run by the loveliest couple. They still write the guest list by hand—how beautiful is that? In November, they even provided a bed warmer, which was perfect for someone like me who’s always cold. They took the time to personally show me how to operate the TV and made sure everything was perfect. I’ll definitely visit again!

A very good accommodation experience. The room was spacious and comfortable for two people. They even provided a free hair straightener, and many facilities were woman-friendly. The price was very competitive, and it's not far from Kintex. If I want to participate in Kintex events again, I will consider staying here. The only downside: there was only one room card for a double room. This might be inconvenient if two people want to travel separately. I suggest improving this.

They didn't provide a toothbrush, and the one I brought was thrown away when I came back on the second day, which was annoying. The location is excellent, with a convenience store right in front, close to the station, and the event venue within walking distance. However, I stayed during a peak season, so the price was much higher than usual. The bathroom was spacious but only had a shower; a bathtub would have been nice.

The hotel is about 500 meters from the KINTEX Pavilion and walks for up to 10 minutes. The front desk of the hotel is a family, young can speak English, and there are two lazy sheep at the front desk. Downstairs is the Dahuadi Station of Metro Line 3, and it takes about 40 minutes to go to Seoul for shopping and subway change. There are restaurants around the hotel, there are liveyong stores, there are seveneleven, fruit shops 10 minutes walk to Lotte Supermarket
