Hotels near Seosomun Park in Seoul

Easy to get a taxi right outside hotel.  Food/coffee all around the area.  Easy access to Subway.  Would definitely stay at this hotel in the future.

Clean and spacious room. Only small issue is that they winter they keep the Aircon controller which make the room stuffy. We open the window which helps with the air circulation but can't control the temperature of the wind outside.

The 10 AM check-in time caught me a bit off guard; I really should have double-checked. Nevertheless, I was waiting in what I presumed was the lobby, and perhaps sensing my plight, they kindly allowed me to check in a bit early. I was extremely grateful for their understanding.

The room that I checked in is not even close to the room that I booked (deluxe double room). Staff said every deluxe double room is different but completely different from what they posted and can’t change it due to all full. But everything else is pretty good. Cleanliness and location are great. Subway station(Line 4) are 10 minutes away by walking.

The hotel is located near City Hall Station, just one stop away from Myeongdong (Euljiro 1-ga Station, Line 2). Exit 9 of City Hall Station has an elevator, which is very convenient for managing luggage. There's a slight slope leading up to the hotel entrance, but it's not a big deal. I arrived at the hotel around 1 PM, and my room was already ready, so I was able to check in early. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly friendly and helpful with check-in, check-out, and luggage storage. The hotel also has a gym and a pool available, which I unfortunately didn't get to use this time. The room itself is very spacious. The king-sized bed is huge, easily big enough for two people. The bathroom is also quite large and comes with a bathtub. They provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, body lotion, a comb, and a shower cap. Disposable slippers are also included, so you don't need to bring your own. The only thing you'll need to bring is a toothbrush, though you can purchase one at the hotel for 1000 Korean Won. The soundproofing at night was good; I didn't hear any loud noises. In the morning, you might hear a faint sound of doors opening outside. Downstairs, there's a popular clam noodle restaurant and an upcoming Mega Coffee shop. The only downside is that the CU convenience store downstairs isn't open 24 hours, and there are no other convenience stores nearby. You'll need to buy anything you need before returning to the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at hotel manu. The room was spacious for 3, and did not have odor. I liked that every time they clean it, they leave a fragrant aroma to the room. The place was also quiet and did not have a lot of noise or caused any disturbance. They did not give free toothbrushes, but overall, the room was excellent and clean. They also provide netflix and youtube on the smart tv, which was a plus for us as well. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

The hotel was easy to find, located above a Ramada. Although the instructions said to check in at a kiosk, a hotel staff member came over while I was trying to check in and kindly assisted me, even providing two key cards. The room was spacious and clean, equipped with a microwave, kettle, sink, stove, pots, knives, and even dishes. It was incredibly convenient, offering everything you'd expect from a modern hotel, including a refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, shoe cabinet, and cloakroom. While it's a bit of a walk from the subway station, Seoul Station was within comfortable walking distance. This hotel is definitely a candidate for my next stay.

Wish they could have an overall 5 star rating and I will have rated it 5!! Booked the deluxe queen room and the hotel kindly accommodated my requirements for a quiet room so they did give me as best the quietest room at a corner between the roads. It was very very spacious and well kept but what made it Above 5 stars was , the last night I stayed, there was noise coming from one of the neighboring rooms. The front desk helped to arrange an alternative room at 1am (of course thankfully it wasn’t the peak season) but also helped to speak to the guest because I went back to my original room and it became quieter. Finally on check out, as I collected my luggage, a front desk officer ran out to gift me a bag of drinks and coookies to apologize for the noise! Wow, I have just recently travelled to Tokyo and in contrast had a poor and rude experience from the front desk and that hotel was like a 4.5 stars and Japanese were suppsed to be a lot more service oriented? Anyway, to not digress, prior to this, the front desk was always helpful with directions and spoke perfect english. I will highly recommend staying here and coming back again.

Since it was just opened, I searched for it on Naver Maps or Kakao Maps and it didn't come up, so I was worried it might actually be there, but it turned out fine! There was no floor guide on the website, so just to clarify, there is a kiosk on the 4th floor where you can check in, receive your room number and go to your room. The elevator goes up to the 5th floor, and there is a common space on the 6th floor where you can enjoy a cafe corner, ramen, and other services. The microwave was broken so I couldn't heat up my tteokbokki, which was disappointing 😭 The room was clean and had a refrigerator and table, so I had a comfortable stay!

The hotel location is quite good. From air port easy take the limousine airport bus 6005 to Seoul city hall. Tell the driver your hotel name and e will stop just infront of the junction of hotel. From hotel back to airport also easy. Location picture as attached. The down side of this hotel if you are Asian and afraid of warm and hot. This hotel spring and autumn does not have air conditioning. Beside on air conditioner, everything I rate 5 star for it.
